So maybe since two out of the three mods are going to be preoccupied, maybe it's a good idea to get some other people to act as mods for now?
I think a roleplay of this scale can definitely justify having more than 3 GM's.
At the very least, you could appoint 2 or 3 extra moderators whose main role is to review any new CS' and dissolve any minor disputes.
@Expolar I'd be a very wealthy man if I had a dollar for everytime I've dropped communications suddenly with a roleplay. It happens.
