Current Reading through past Role Plays. And enjoying some of them.

Bio

Hi, thank you for checking my account to further your knowledge of me as a person... That or you're preforming a background check...
None-the-less, this bio will hopefully give you a bit of a flavour of person that I am (and hopefully a postive flavour).

  • Believer Of Jesus Christ (Christian)
  • Casual/Avid Video-Gamer
  • Casual Star Wars fan
  • Casual/Avid Board-Gamer ('Common' games do not apply [i.e. Monopoly, etc])

And below are general interests when it comes to Roleplaying:

  • Star Wars
  • Supporting Characters (I don't wish to play Gordon Freeman, I prefer to play the Rebel trooper but I'd be ok with playing the Combine Soldier)
  • Mid-Low Fantasy Setting
  • Sci-Fi as a whole
  • Some Military themes
  • Heroes & Villains

Trying to quickly finish details on a Mr. Freeze based character. Having a hard time with the bio & origin of powers without it being to long and detailed so will make it short and give both of you GMs those details when I get them straight.

If you want, you may PM me what you currently have as an idea for your character, and I can tell you if it is okay or not. Because in all honesty, it'll probably be fine.

Sure, I'll do that.

Think about Spiderman. The government didn't really ask him to be a hero. He just came and started to be a hero. That's kind of like what this team is. They came, banded together, and began to be a hero team. Think about Avengers Assemble. Except they weren't asked to do it.The characters can start having already saved people, but nothing major. The heroes can't have saved the city from something, say, a nuclear bomb. That's a bit much. The most I'd be willing to allow would be the hero saving a hostage situation, unless otherwise said by Monster. The heroes can't already be known for saving the world from devastation.

Then it appears I made a missconception... Back to the drawing board.
Another question. Why is a city taking in 'heros' as a protective scheme? Is the government trying something out in this city before doing the same for the rest? Has a third-party managed to get permission to establish their own paramilitary force but replaced the mercenaries with heros? Working on a AI character but don't want to imply somthing within the bio that is in fact false.
I'm greatly interested, primarily because I'm 'working on' my own 'heros protecting a city' RP idea and I'm hoping this would help me with some ideas. I'll wait to see some more characters before I make mine, if I make mine. One way or another, I'll be watching this RP. PS, by 'working on' I mean procrastinating...

That aside, I've got a couple of questions.

  1. What's the player-participent size are you hoping to achieve, if one at all, in this RP?

  2. What non-human characters are not allowed to be made? I.e. Six-legged space robot zombie pirate from the world of hell in the Gamma dimension of the future? Or generic elf-man?

I'm going to pass, you guys enjoy yourselves!
Possibly Interested... Give me a day or so to come to a conclusion.
Very well. Let's end this here and move on. At least it was fun while it lasted.

Just checking. Is this RP still active or are we letting go?
