Beauty is a fun and seductive type of girl. She like's to play with men's and women's minds. They end up not knowing if she wants to sleep with them, or if she just wants to be friends with them. It's no harm in playing tricks on people, as long as no one gets hurt, right?

Skills:

Being an exotic dancer, Beauty is very flexible she has great upper and lower body strength, and she has a lot of endurance. In her line of work you can't just pass out from one pole dance. She is also gifted in acrobatics, climbing poles is just like climbing a skyscraper to Beauty. So after all that gibberish, Beauty's skills are Flexibility, Upper and Lower Body Strength, Endurance, and Acrobatics.

Weaknesses:

Beauty's biggest weakness is her ego, she can't let anyone take the spotlight from her, she loves to be the center of attention. Her other weakness is men, and women. She loves to make love (A cleaner way of saying, you know what). If a good looking man, or woman comes up to her, Beauty falls apart not knowing what's going on anymore.

Bio:

Beauty was born in the city. Her parents were well known superheroes. They were like the Romeo and Juliet of superheroes, except they didn't have a tragic death, or suicide. Their powers only worked when they were with eachother. They were destined to be together, their love gave birth to Beauty. She grew up knowing about her powers of seduction. Her father, knowing what her powers could do, would keep her away from boys...and the occasionial girl. Beauty didn't understand why everyone treated her like she was a sexual object. It made her uncomfortable, and depressed at first.

Once she turned 18, that's when Beauty embraced her powers. She would use her powers to get better grades in school. The superhero girls in the school hated her, the boys loved her, her female gym teacher loved her. Her parents got tired of getting complaints from her school, so they took her out and sent her to the Superheroes groups. Knowing that she was difficult, the veteran superheroes made sure she stayed away from any guys, (and the occasional girl) until she agreed to only use her powers on villains.

As a day job Beauty became an exotic dancer (if you call her a stripper, she'll fuck you up). She makes great money, she can buy anything she wants. Using her powers in the club, she makes the most money. The other dancers are jealous of her, but Beauty couldn't care less.

Relationship:

Single-Beauty can't be tied down, she's to much of a free spirit and she likes to see and touch new things.

Alignment:

Chaotic Good- Likes to beat on the evil doers. She maybe out for herself, but she still knows what's right and what's wrong. She's not that much of a bitch to not know when to draw the line.

Alias:

Kisses Galore- When she beats down one of her foes, she kisses them on the forehead, hince the name. It's also a way to let everyone know that she was the one who stopped the punks. It temporairly paralyzes who ever she kisses, as a little surprise.

Origin of Powers: Her powers come from her parents love, it sounds cheesy, but that's how it happened.

Description of Powers:

Seduction-Beauty's essence can make men and women stop in their tracks. They can fight her off, by blocking her out. Her essence isn't as strong as her parents, but it comes in handy sometimes.

Kiss, Kiss-Beauty's signature move, she leaves a kiss on her foes after she has beaten them. It also paralyzes them for a short time after, so the cops can arrest them without anymore trouble.

Heartbreak- Beauty rarely uses this power, she can rip out someones heart with her hands, if they have ever broken someone else's heart. Like a cheater, a homewrecker, a murderer, people like that. Beauty doesn't like to use it, she just knows from what her parents told her that she has that power.

Love-The more love Beauty feels, the stronger she gets, and her powers become enhanced. If someone were to kill the people that she loves (I.E. Mom, Dad, Family, Close Friends, etc...), Beauty would become a weak harmless human.

Lovebirds- Beauty can use the birds that follow her around in her superhero form to fly around, so she can get to places quicker, when the situation is too dire for her to run there. The birds can also protect her when she needs it.

Weaknesses of Powers: Most of Beauty's powers are limited to people's feelings, and emotions. Someone could easily stop Beauty by killing all the people she loves. Without love, Beauty's powers are useless.

Role in the Media and Public Eye: People in the media, and the public eye call Beauty the new age Goddess Of Love, some even call her Mother Nature. They show her love, and admiration which makes her ego even bigger then before. Her role is usually in the middle of the action. She doesn't like to be in the back as "support". Beauty wants to be in the front knocking out foes, with her birds by her side.

Other: Beauty can be a tad bit radical, going her own direction, not always following the rules. Sometimes it pays off, sometimes she ends up in a bad situation. I WILL RISE!

Personality: he is goofy, hilarious, tenacious and has a kind heart. He also really loves American cartoons, and has watched nearly every kind, except My Little Pony and the bad cartoons on Cartoon Network. Despite his funny personality, Ralph does not like people who pick on others and show little care for people who are hurt. Even though he can whacky at times, Ralph still believes that heroes should follow the laws of society and only on special occasions break them. He is firmly against killing his enemies and really dislikes anti heroes and vigilantes who do kill. He is a believer in heroes being examples of the greater good for which people can aspire to.
Skills: he doesn't have many skills, but he is well versed in animation lore
Weaknesses: his silliness can make it hard for him to focus
Bio: Ralph Jones never really saw himself as special, but that never got him down. He was always willing to try and look on the bright side of things. He loved watching cartoons throughout all of his childhood, and tried to use the feeling he got from watching the shows to make others feel happy. But things weren't always that good for Ralph, he was bullied at school on a few occasions and was many times thought of as the joke of the school, but he still didn't let it get him down. One day when he had just turned fourteen, he discovered his metahuman powers, which were the ability to create cartoon constructs. He saw this as his chance to become a hero and do some good for the people, and so he named himself Toon Master. He is now seeking to join a team of heroes to fight against the villains who threaten the innocent, and when Ralph gets into fighting crime, wackiness is sure to follow.

Origin of Powers:
Cartoon Constructs: This ability allows him to create solid cartoon objects and beings which he can use in many different ways. These constructs can have the physical qualities and abilities of whacky cartoon characters, and they also have personalities like cartoon characters and can speak.

Despite their versatility his constructs do have a limited time for how long they can be maintained and will start to deteriorate, or will shatter if too much force is put against them. Also the bigger his constructs are, the more energy he uses up to make them and keep them strong. The strength of his constructs are determined by how positive his emotional state is, if he is too negative then his powers will weaken.

Weaknesses of Powers: any chemicals that can destroy or remove ink can destroy his constructs. also in order to maintain the constructs, Ralph has use up more energy to keep his constructs from disappearing, and he will start to feel fatigue if he uses up too much power. Ten minutes is the maximum he can maintain a single construct before he starts to tire out. Another slight weakness is that his constructs can act on their own on occasions and have a few times fought with each other instead of attack his enemies, this is why he doesn't have Tom and Jerry appear together because the last time he did, it was total chaos.

Role in the Media and Public Eye: Ralph is very popular among the public and media, especially with kids and teenagers. He likes being a role model and hopes that his popularity will help encourage people to look more on the bright side of things. Some of the media and public view him as a joke, but as long as people are happy with him, Ralph doesn't care.
Other: his favorite foods are anything that is featured in his favorite cartoons, and his personal catchphrase is, "I hope you like cartoons, because it's about to get whacky around here." I Will Rise

Personality: He's a silent hero... To the public, but to villains and other heroes he is abit of as wise ass, but when lives are at risk he will get serious. He's also abit of a romantic.
Skills: Light acrobatics, comprehension of every sport inside and out, he can shotgun a beer, and he can cook very well.
Weaknesses: He can't hurt women.
Bio: He grew up in the city, when he was 19 he was in a car wreck with his parent who died shortly before the ambulance arrived. The crash disabled his arms and legs but didn't harm his spine and a company called Epsilon Cybernetics took interest into him, they sent men in suits to talk to him, they suggested that he could join a program in which he could have the ability to use his arms and walk, he of course accepted, and was trained in use, he now uses his prosthetics to do good, every year Epsilon send him the next model. He only receives experimental equipment.
Relationship: Single, almost by choice, he believes that any regular girl would be in danger.

Description of Powers: His Cybernetic prosthetics allow him to run at high speed, they give him super strength (he can lift at least two tons), the ability scale buildings. The experimental abilities work most of the time, nit they do fail at times. His right arm can fold out into a shield that can block bullets, his left arm, has a small flame thrower with a 10 ounce tank of lighter fluid.
Weaknesses of Powers: Any type of emp and if the enemy can get to his flame thrower file and ignite it, but that will only disable his arm in a lockdown mode that literally has his arm fall off.
Role in the Media and Public Eye: So far he has only delivered batter corpse's with recorded confessions. The occasional person would see him being a hero but would assume it just a fight.
Other: He loves chocolate and pomegranate flavored beverages. He has a small comic book collection. I will rise... Maybe?

Wise ass remarks made by Axle:
While fighting a mugger with a curly mustache, "Are you a Hipster?" Later when the mugger is out cold, he tugs on the mustache "Lame."

- Your powers are, in their current state, a bit overbearing. As of now, it appears that in any close quarter combat Dixie is nearly unstoppable. Her strength matched with her impeccable health regeneration seems a bit...much. I'd advise you to remove your regeneration.

- Lastly, both datadogie and I have agreed that your bio is a little jumbled. If she were to have murdered her father - who happened to be the reverend, how would their be no investigation - no trial? I would also like to hear a little more about this woman, Fallah. Also a little more information about how these powers came to play with your character would be nice. Though the latter is not required, that can be left a mystery to reveal later in the IC.
