Hey there DragonBeastMode, your character idea was very original and different, fun to read. However, there were a few instances where your character seemed a little OP: otherwise, Ms. Mathews was beautifully done. See what I did there?

Anyway, the only thing I'd recommend fixing would be her Seduction move. If I allowed this, it would be me enabling you to control another character - which I know you wouldn't do because you read the rules, but this power still is teetering on that fine line. I apologize, as it is a good power, but it would be too over-powered for the roleplay. This is just a suggestion, but...If Kisses Galore was to be a leader type, going off on her own whether it benefited the team or not, does not fit into a leader role.

Ok I'll take that out, what if I just fixed and say that the person as to be willing to be controlled, would that be better or still to op, and what if Instead of leader role, she would be more of co leader, not wanting to have to much responsibility, but not wanting to be the back up plan or something like that, if that makes since.

Another question. Why is a city taking in 'heros' as a protective scheme? Is the government trying something out in this city before doing the same for the rest? Has a third-party managed to get permission to establish their own paramilitary force but replaced the mercenaries with heros? Working on a AI character but don't want to imply somthing within the bio that is in fact false.

Think about Spiderman. The government didn't really ask him to be a hero. He just came and started to be a hero.
That's kind of like what this team is. They came, banded together, and began to be a hero team. Think about Avengers Assemble. Except they weren't asked to do it.
The characters can start having already saved people, but nothing major. The heroes can't have saved the city from something, say, a nuclear bomb. That's a bit much. The most I'd be willing to allow would be the hero saving a small hostage situation, unless otherwise said by Monster. The heroes can't already be known for saving the world from devastation.
