Bio

Hi, thank you for checking my account to further your knowledge of me as a person... That or you're preforming a background check...
None-the-less, this bio will hopefully give you a bit of a flavour of person that I am (and hopefully a postive flavour).

  • Believer Of Jesus Christ (Christian)
  • Casual/Avid Video-Gamer
  • Casual Star Wars fan
  • Casual/Avid Board-Gamer ('Common' games do not apply [i.e. Monopoly, etc])

And below are general interests when it comes to Roleplaying:

  • Star Wars
  • Supporting Characters (I don't wish to play Gordon Freeman, I prefer to play the Rebel trooper but I'd be ok with playing the Combine Soldier)
  • Mid-Low Fantasy Setting
  • Sci-Fi as a whole
  • Some Military themes
  • Heroes & Villains

I think most of us are simply waiting for the first mission to be given (i.e. waiting for Monster to make her post).
AX-L approached and stood by Frostbite, presumably to make some kind of small talk. Frostbite continued to look forward as AX-L started to speak, "That suit, is..." Frostbite faintly listened to what was being said out of disinterest, he wasn't about to talk about his suit, or his situation, or anything about-

AX-L snapped his fingers, "Dr. Cold, right?" Frostbite flinched, his hands clenching slightly. How did he know about Dr. Cold? Did he work for her? Does he work for her? What does he know about her?

Frostbite caught himself before he tried to jump to conclusions. If AX-L knew her personally, he most likely wouldn't have openly mentioned her to him, not if he knew about what happened. Unless, of course, this is her way of warning Frostbite to stay away. A quick glance to the cyberneticly-limbed man told Frostbite that this man is, quite possibly, free of her influence. What remains unanswered is 'How', and more importantly 'What', he knows about her.

With a slightly muffled and electronically amplified voice, Frostbite answered him, "Yes. Dr. Cold..." Turning his attention back to the open air in front of him, Frostbite continued to speak, "Tell me... What do you know about her." Now may not be the time for a full conversation about the matter, but Frostbite had to check how deep this pool of information was.
Took me much longer to make that little thing than it should have... Wanted to make the post more 'colorful' instead of 'black & white' but that was taking too long.
A chime went off in the glass-casing, causing Frostbite to stir from his slumber. A holographic screen appeared in front of his face, curving with the fogged up glass. It displayed the current time, what the weather was like outside and time spent sleeping. Frostbite, however, didn't seem to notice the screen, he pressed a few buttons at which his left hand was resting and another chime went off. The bed in which he lay started to rattle and make a variety of sounds. Within moments, the bed started to lift itself into a more vertical angle, causing Frostbite to feel his weight shift with it. When the bed came to a sharp halt, the glass lid shifted sharply. As the lid did this, Frostbite could feel the world around him grow cold as all the heat contained within the capsule eagerly escaped into the surrounding room. As the lid slid open, rising upwards, Frostbite got out of the capsule, removing the various wires and tubes connected to his back. With that done, he made a quick pace to his Life-Suit and started to put it on.

After spending a few minutes putting it on, Frostbite took a look at a digital clock attached to his suit's left wrist. He groaned slightly, he didn't get up early enough. He wasn't going to be able to eat breakfast and get to the meeting on time. Frostbite wondered if the bed's internal clock was off, but decided to continue out of his room instead of check; he was a professional, he was not about to show up late on their first day.

As he made his way to the intended room, leaving a light trail of frost on the walls, he followed the crudely made map to the indicated room. When he got there, it seemed there were already people within; not a surprise but he was expecting more. Within the room was Titan, Sniper and the friend of Sniper... Evan was it? It didn't matter; it seemed he was more ready for the day than Sniper. Frostbite gave a nod of greeting to Titan first before giving one to both Sniper and his friend. He then kept himself standing, adjusting his mask as he did. He also took a subtle glance at his watch; he was just on time... good.
Also still here, just waiting for the next day.

Dovah gave an irritated grunt at Feneya's suggestion; what was he? A hatchling needing to be told what to do? NO! He was a drake on the verge of becoming a dragon, he did not need to be babied. However, with some reluctance, he started to eat some of the well-cooked food.

Then came the dilemma of where they were going to go. The serf asked the question to SoNem, presumably her master, and he made the decision that they should head north. He then made a comment about being slowed down by the wounded dragonelle and 'a drake'. Dovah was a bit annoyed with the comment, granted he couldn't fly but since they were stuck on the ground for a little bit, he could very well keep up with the dragon's pace, if not move faster. He, however, held his tongue and continued to eat.
Frostbite continued to observe Sniper. While he couldn't exactly see what he was shooting, though there was probably a way to tell, he could see the man was shifting his aim after every shot. These shifts were too big to be corrections in aim and Frostbite simply assumed he was switching targets each time. As this was going on, he noticed that Rakshasi hadn't spoken or moved since, probably watching Sniper as a way to burn time, much like what Frostbite was doing. Frostbite didn't give her any attention either, simply because there was no need to converse about anything, he had no particular interest in getting to know her, or anyone else for that matter.

When Sniper had finished the simulation, he finally noticed Frostbite and Rakshasi, giving a wave as well as mouthing 'Hello' to them. Frostbite gave no response back and started to make his way out of the training observatory. He wondered what was on the top floor of the mansion, other than what was stated. He was primarily interested in the infirmary, since none of the others seem to have extensive medical knowledge, or that he was aware of, Frostbite took it upon himself to keep them alive if they could no longer function or do anything themselves. He did read and observe emergency medical teams, learning what he could from that and actually applying it to criminals before and after he interrogated them, they were better to let live than to simply end their existence as they spread fear into the ranks of thugs.

Frostbite noticed a bit of a crowd gathering around the front door, including Toon Master and Kisses Galore. He couldn't exactly see what was going on but simply passed by on his way upstairs. Probably Toon Master showing off his abilities or Kisses Galore doing the same. He could tell he wasn't going to like this group of misfits who've all worked on their own and have no respect for those with experience. Frostbite has presumed Titan has some kind of experience, hence her position, other wise he was probably the only 'professional' here. He had finally made it to the infirmary and browsed what equipment was there.
I personally don't see a need to have a gif represent how your character 'is', but to each his/her own. Can we, however, drop it till either Monster and datadogie make their comments?

Advantages to starting over: More players and the chance to rework or add elements to the story you'd like to see different. More probable players. A fresh start.

Advantages to continuing: You already have, at least it seems this way, dedicated players who want to see the end of this journey. What's currently established isn't broken, so no need to fix it. We're already along in the story; we wouldn't need to back-track through the intro if we simply continue.

Personal Opinion: I'll flow with whatever you decide. A part of me simply wants to continue but another part of me wants some slight changes that I can't put my finger on. One way or another, I'm with this RP till it actually dies or it is complete.
Footsteps could be heard coming up the stairs into the training observatory, Frostbite took a quick glance to see it was Rakshasi before returning his eyes to the battle below. Sniper had started his attack, seeming quick with both the trigger and the reload. Frostbite's thoughts were interupted when he heard Rakshasi speak, "Would you mind turning the thermostat up? Getting cold in here."

Without moving, he gave her a blunt answer, "No." This was an obvious jab at him, while annoying it was nothing to get upset over. He continued to watch Sniper as he was now in some kind of sniping simulation.
