Bio

Hi, thank you for checking my account to further your knowledge of me as a person... That or you're preforming a background check...
None-the-less, this bio will hopefully give you a bit of a flavour of person that I am (and hopefully a postive flavour).

  • Believer Of Jesus Christ (Christian)
  • Casual/Avid Video-Gamer
  • Casual Star Wars fan
  • Casual/Avid Board-Gamer ('Common' games do not apply [i.e. Monopoly, etc])

And below are general interests when it comes to Roleplaying:

  • Star Wars
  • Supporting Characters (I don't wish to play Gordon Freeman, I prefer to play the Rebel trooper but I'd be ok with playing the Combine Soldier)
  • Mid-Low Fantasy Setting
  • Sci-Fi as a whole
  • Some Military themes
  • Heroes & Villains

I was simply going to post them getting ready to leave. With the time skip, I can have them land as well. So I'll continue to wait for the timeskip before posting.
Ok. Found a transport that makes sense then, Imperial Transport. I should have simply looked harder :/

I'll put a post up when I get the time.
Quick question for those who know their lore. Does the AT-ST have a 'deactive' stance? I doubt they remain standing during space travel but was wondering how? IE, do they sit down or something?

I ask cause I'm trying to figure out how they get down to the planet. Sure, the can use a drop pod, but if I can get them into a shuttle (primarily the Kappa-class shuttle) by having the AT-ST 'sit' of sorts, cool. Both ways introduce different RP elements so I'd like to know which is best. Any other method of transportation works for me as well.

kk.
I'll post at the time-skip then. I'll have my guys wait aboard Captain Dennison's ship for simplicity's sake.

Charter, I have AT-ST's on my ship, wanna be in my crew?

If I'm accepted, that would be cool.

Charter, soldiers do not generally rise through the ranks to become an officer. They attend a training academy (basically military college) and upon graduation generally recieve the rank of lieutenant (the lowest rank of officer). It is possible to recieve a battlefield commission from a non-commissioned officer to an officer, but it is rare and highly unlikely.

Very well, I'll correct this when I get the time, I'll simply put him through the acadamy and lower a bit of his combat experience.

-Edit-
Scratch that, I've simply made him a Sergeant Major, and I've also bumped Carl down a rank.
Name: Sergeant Major, Trump Caddok

Species: Human

Gender: Male

Affiliation: Empire

Appearance: 25 years of age, Caucasian, 5'11, blue eyes & short, straight blond hair.

Equipment: Scout Trooper Blaster Pistol hidden in his right boot, an E-11 Blaster Rifle, a communicator & AT-ST pilot armour

Background: Trump was born on a solar farm on Tatooine. Although considered a farm boy by his co-worker, Carl, Trump actually spent most of his time studying as his parents sank credits into his schooling while they and their work hands worked the farm. When he finished a minimum schooling, and with a desire to explore and see the galaxy, he tried to get into schools that were off-world. However, every one of the 12 schools he tried to get in denied him, each for their own reasons for doing so. Disheartened from the constant denials, he went for a walk around the nearby town. This is where he saw the recruitment holo-vid for the Imperial military; primarily the words 'explore the galaxy' caught his attention most. Upon returning home, he told his parents what he was thinking of doing. They were hesitant of the decision but they were behind him none-the-less.

After signing up at a local recruitment centre, Trump made his way off-world, saying good-bye to his friends & family. With a good understanding of machines & mechanics from his schooling on Tatooine, he was placed into the Imperial Army and rose through the ranks at a steady pace. Before he had been turned into a Sergeant Major he was made into an AT-ST pilot when he managed to remain on his feet while his fellows fell during an earthquake on a planet in the outer-rim, showing a good understanding of balance. It was at this time he was teamed up with the eager, and yet overly confident, Carl Freddrick. While their personalities somewhat clash, they complement each other for what the other lacks.

Before making his Sergeant Major ranking, Trump received a letter from the Imperial High Command, the kind that you only get when something dreadful happened back home. Trump opened it and quickly read through it, his heart sinking into his stomach when he finished reading it. His parents had been Rebel sympathizers and were executed upon confession. However, when he made his Sergeant Major ranking, he felt the need to know what exactly happened. What he found out shocked him; his parents were classified as sympathizers for the rebels when they helped a random stranger out in the desert who needed medical help. They had 'confessed' by admitting helping this man, though at the same time admitting they didn't know who he was. Some fresh, newly appointed officer had made the gross orders of execution and this was seemingly brushed aside when someone else under that man's command complained about it. Trump has kept this to himself, unsure what to think about it.

Trump can be described as quite, not much of a socializer, quick thinking, cautious, not easy to scare and has some experience on an actual battlefield.

Reason for Joining the Empire/Alliance: Not getting into schools outside of Tatooine, Trump joined the Imperial Army and eventually made it into an AT-ST. If asked, he'd say 'to explore the galaxy', but he also knew that the discipline given to him would help him when he eventually felt the need to leave the military. Due to recent events, he's been quietly questioning his part in the Empire and the roles & motivations of his superiors.
Name: Corporal, Carl Caltic

Species: Human

Gender: Male

Affiliation: Empire

Appearance: 19 years of age, Caucasian, 6', brown eyes, & short, curvy, jet black hair

Equipment: A vibro-blade on his belt, an E-11 blaster rifle, a thermal grenade, a communicator and AT-ST Pilot armour.

Background: Unlike his partner, Carl was a city boy, or so he calls himself. Born on Coruscant to a military family, and being the 5th child in a family of 8 children. The young man joined the military as soon as he could, as did the rest of his siblings. Although he could have simply gone into the military via the Military Academy to become an officer off the bat, Carl wanted the adventure associated with being a grunt, leaving decisions to those who want the trouble and stress that come with being officers. With an excellent record in training, he was assigned the rank of corporal and made into an AT-ST gunner. Carl himself has never truly experienced combat but feels like a god when inside his AT-ST.

Carl is considered eager, arrogant, resourceful, over-confident, out-going and reliable.

Reason for Joining the Empire/Alliance: His family were part of the military before the Republic transformed into the Empire, so it was more of a traditional thing. With this, he's loyal to the Empire, as any soldier should be.
They both man an average AT-ST

I hope this is appropriate. I am not a very big fan so I don't know every detail but I'll try to use the 'wookiepedia' for info, with that said I can't seem to find anything relating to the identification for the Imperial military and was wondering if I can get some help with that as I currently don't have any idea how that works for these guys. That's if these guys are accepted.

-Edit-
Changes to ranks made.
This still open? I'm not sure yet if I want to commit to another RP atm but want to check just in case.

Also, what kind of post length is expected?
