Bio
Hello!
So, my name is Cherrywitch, but call me whatever! (Cherry, Cher, Cherry-kohai, it's pretty open.)
What's your personality? I consider myself fairly laid back, and a lot of people like me for some reason. I'm highly sarcastic and well... Weird. I kid around a lot and love to play. I can be awkward and pretty confusing at times, but I'm very imaginative and friendly! However, I'm sort of a 'dandere.' I'm really shy, even virtually, so you kind of have to come to me first if you want to chat or something. Heh, sorry about that. ^^
What do you like? ANIME. Yes, I am a weeaboo and proud. I'm addicted to anime and especially love the comedy ones. I'm also a gamer chick, and my favorite video game is Mortal Kombat because it was the first I ever played. I also have a strange liking towards mythology, especially from Asia.
How are you roleplay-wise? I am a fandom/fantasy role player for the most part, but will also play futuristic topics if they interest me or dark-themed modern roleplays.
I've been on other rp forums before, so I kind of know the ropes. I'd consider myself an average writer. I write at my worst about four sentences and at my best four paragraphs depending on my mood and what I'm given to respond to. My grammar could be better, but it's pretty decent in my opinion. I play both 1x1 and group, and I'm always open for new roleplays! If you're interested in me joining one, don't be afraid to ask, I won't bite... Maybe just a nibble. :3
Sadly, I can't be on too much, what with real life and all. If I do get on, it should be about 2 hours during school days and twice that on weekends.
(Yes this is my intro post. Did I forget to mention I'm incredibly lazy? Whoops.)
Thomas "Tommy" Veiga Location: Bar in midtown Interactions: none currently
It was fairly noisy at the bar. It had been for quite a while actually, maybe for a few weeks now? Around the time of— Tommy didn't want to think about it now. He had pushed that off as a nightmare... no, no that never happened.
In a daze of thought, Tommy could only vaguely hear a woman calling out to him at the bar. He glanced down at the shot glass he had been shining for the last few minutes with a soft huff, quietly replacing it on the shelf. God, when did it get so loud in here?
"Yes, m'am?" The quiet, snipped voice asked. "My mojito needs a refill, I've been calling you." The woman was a typical sight Tommy always saw at the bar— a 40 year old cougar sitting at the bar, downing drinks until she was cross eyed while she hit on other drunk bastards who dared come near. Humans were really annoying creatures.
Still, it was his job to serve them. Tommy started on the drink, ignoring her lingering stare at the muscles under his shirt as he shook up the drink. "I might be willing to forgive you for making me wait... It wouldn't cost much, you might even enjoy it~" The cougar batted her mascara lacquered eyelashes, leaning closer so that Tommy just shot her an aggressive glance. He slammed the drink down by the edge of fingertips, making the woman jolt back in surprise. "Your drink. It'll be on your tab."
Tommy strolled casually away from the scoffing, guffawed cougar to the center of the bar to wipe down a little spill, eyes focused on the cleaning though his ears were picking up all the sounds around him... including the beginnings of a fight.
Two idiots, around the age of college drop outs, were arguing over some girl apparently. Tommy didn't care, until he noticed a fist raise in the air.
"YOU SON OF A—huh?!"
Behind the belligerent bafoon stood Tommy casually, having a painful grip on the man's elbow. "Take it outside. Fighting isn't allowed in here." He stated coldly.
The drunkard grit his teeth, turning on Thomas. "FUCK YOU!" Again, the slob went to attack, and a loud crack was heard throughout the bar. The drunkard went flying across the room and slammed into the door, slinking down onto the ground. Tommy shook off his hand, splattered lightly with blood from the man's mouth. His hazel eyes shot to the other man, who was quite literally shaking in his boots. Calmly, Tommy muttered."Take your buddy, leave the bar, or you'll both be leaving on stretchers. Got it?" The second man shook his head yes so quickly it appeared as if he would break his neck as he raced to the door, snatching the passed out man's collar, and running as fast as he could.
"Come back soon." Tommy called comically, smoothly returning to his place to serve drinks as the bar went back into full swing of clatter and drinking. Today was going well.
Name: Thomas Veiga Nickname: Tommy, Barman, Rottweiler Appearance:
A tall man at about 6'6", Tommy is visibly a physically powerful man. He has broad shoulders, and underneath his somewhat loose barkeeper clothes he is actually surprisingly muscular. Tommy has attractively messy dark brown hair with matching slim hazel eyes, a soft hazy black ring outlining his irises, which he doesn't bother to hide since he's almost always in a dark bar where no one dares stare him in the eyes. He has a rounded nose and small ears, with sharp thin eyebrows and slightly thinner lips. With a narrow heart shaped face and a strong jaw and neck, Tommy is quite popular among the female patrons, though he is apathetic towards them. Age: 25 Sexuality: Bisexual Personality: Tommy is a quiet fellow, and very introverted. He doesn't like chit chat, and especially detests being hit on. He doesn't like people because he finds them annoying and narcissistic, so he only focuses on his job as a bartender with as little interaction as possible. Tommy may seem passive at first, but if a fight breaks out in his bar he will calmly sigh, step out from behind the bar, and kick both of the brawlers' asses outside- literally. He hates altercations and violence, but will be the first to knock someone's teeth out if they "start shit in [his] damn bar." Biography: Thomas, unsurprisingly, was originally a little-known male model, the job being forced upon him by his wealthy parents. Even though he hated attention and being ogled at, his family wanted more money and modeling was the way to go for a handsome chap such as Thomas. When he was 18, Thomas left the business and ran away from home. He changed his last name, and got a job as a club bouncer at a small club on the outskirts of town. He despised the glamour and the constant beautification required for modeling, Tommy being anything from shallow and preferring his lack of vainity that leaves him the charming messy glow he has now. One day at the club, he tossed out a couple of hooligans who were fighting with a slightly older man. The man, Jackson Howard, owned a more peaceful bar inside of town, and to thank Thomas offered him a job there as the bartender. Tommy has been working there ever since, loyal as a retriever, and as vicious as an attack dog, earning him the nickname from some patrons: "Rottweiler." Powers:
Main power is energy drain. With each hit he can take some of the target's energy from them and replenish his own as well as numbing any pain from injuries he has occurred. This can make him able to fight for extended amounts of time without tiring. The longer he touches someone, the more energy he drains from them and faster.
Sub power I is advanced brawling skill. Without training, Tommy knows advanced fighting moves and holds that a street fighter shouldn't. His muscles move faster than an average human's, making his punches and kicks faster and slightly heavier in impact. He also automatically can recognize counter attacks to most attacks, and can quickly find someone's weak point with little trouble.
Sub Power II is advanced reflexes ability. He is able to sense incoming attacks from all directions, and can quickly dodge them or counterattack them before they hit. Of course, this only works for physical attacks or weapons, and magical or supernatural attacks are blurry in the subconscious radar. Also, if there is hundreds of bullets flying at him, obviously he could not dodge every single one, and this goes for multiple attacks as well.
Name: Sakuranomajo, the "Cherrywitch" Nicknames: Sakura, Sakura-chan, Cherry, Little Pink Devil, the Sloth Age: 18, but appears to be much younger, perhaps around 15 Race: Witch World: World of Magic and Wickenry! Appearance: Image not exactly correct appearance, only a reference. Please read description for accurate appearance.
The cherrywitch is a short little girl at about 4'9". She has a little baby fat, especially around the cheeks of her rounded face, which make her puppy dog eyes extremely effective. Cherry has long, straight light pink hair that curls at the very tips, her hair sometimes being pulled into twintails that test low on her shoulders. She has wide curious hot pink eyes with long pink lashes that matches the shade of her hair. Messy bangs often hide her thin darker eyebrows and the top of her eyes. She often wears an all pink witch costume, similar to this but of course larger and with cherry/cherry blossom accents along the belt and the ribbon around her hat.
Personality: Cherry is a fairly immature being. People often can become annoyed with her sarcasm and lack of care for anything serious. She is easily distracted, and her focus switches near constantly, making it almost impossible to get her to focus. Cherry is quite the oddball, her strange personality either scaring potential friends off or drawing in even weirder people to befriend her. She is lazy and has to be really encouraged to do much of anything, as diverting herself away from sleeping and playing video games is about as agonizing as pulling teeth. Most usually just give up on her after a while. Once you actually get to know Cherry, she is a loyal friend, who will stick up for you no matter what. She's kind and thoughtful, with a good sense of humor— of course, this often gets her in trouble with the "stick in the muds." Overall, she isn't a bad person... though, at times she does have quite the temper for such a little body.
Background: Cherry has always been somewhat of a misfit. Always procrastinating, pushing away responsibilities, and instead sleeping or playing video games instead of doing things she has to. One day while on the Guild, while she was actually doing some damned writing for once, her computer decided to gobble her up into the screen and turned her into her character— the Cherrywitch! She has no qualms about the Magic powers, but... dammit, why did she have to make the character so short?
Powers: Cherry uses 'cherry blossom magic' as well as healing and support spells, but all are currently under development. She has an animated broom, "Broomy", that she can summon to help her and fly her places.
Broom Summon: Summons her animated broom "Broomy" to take her places or do other tasks.
Heal: A basic healing spell that is still trying to be improved. Can heal minor injuries, remove status ailments and numb pain of a single ally, including the user.
Enhance (Strength/Agility/Defense/Magic): Can either be used on a single ally or a group, but the more people the less power the enhancement has. User can choose to enhance (an) ally/allies abilities, but only one of four at a single time: physical strength, agility(dodge), defense, or magical strength.
Cherry Bomb: bunches of cherry blossom petals clump together out of thin air and are launched in volleys at the target, exploding with contact.
Petal on the Wind: can pop in and out of existence at quick speeds, used to confuse the enemy as it makes it appear as if the user is teleporting.
Pink Sleep: on a pink breeze of wind, cherry blossom petals dance around the target infused with a sleeping spell.
Animal Mimic: can mimic the appearance of an animal, but the fur or feather color is always an unnatural light pink. Currently can only mimic a kitten and a bunny rabbit.
Broomy Upgrade I Whilst riding Broomy, no damage can be taken but no spells can be cast either. Stronger durability, somewhat faster speed, and quicker summon time.
Abilities: Well, uh... she has a very good sense of hearing, and a numbness to anything popping up at her from years of scary movies. Nothing too spectacular, heh...
Resistances: Most status effects she can cure herself of, such as poisons or confusion. She also isn't damaged much by water magic.
Weaknesses: Fire magic as well as hand-to-hand combat are not a good combo for little Cherry. Oh, and she's easily amused. Offering her sweets or something sparkly 80% of the time will have her distracted for at least a few minutes.
@RokkuHoshi Question, you guys just arrived there, yeah? So could Cherry start off attacking you because she thinks you're enemies or something, like, she was put in that world instead of being with the rest of the troupe?
@RokkuHoshi its more of an illusion than anything. She just runs in a zig zag and turns invisible every couple of seconds before reappearing, so it only appears as if she is teleporting in and out of existence. If someone attacked her in the middle of it, even when invisible, it would break the illusion and make her visible again as well as damaging her.

Whoops.)
