Appearance:
Doc wears a white labcoat, a tie, and a stethoscope. He has blue eyes and auburn eyebrows, possibly due to his lineage. 

Personality:
Unlike most ninjas, Doc experiences a personal dilemma due to his conflicting duties to heal and kill. Despite that, he tends to engage in lighthearted banter at times.

By the way, he is a big fan of Batman.

Powers and Skills

The full respect thread is here. I'll just summarize his abilities and the extent of them.
Super Strength: For some reason, being both a doctor and a ninja gives you super strength too!
Lifting Strength: He can effortlessly lift an entire vending machine.
Grappling Strength: He tears off the arms of an ancient robot.
Striking Strength: He knocks out a giant lumberjack in one punch.
Enhanced Durability: He survived a dynamite explosion that occurred right in front of him. He is shown to be unfazed in the next page.
Amazing Reflexes: He blocks a flurry of bullets headed right at him simply by swinging his clipboard.
Raw Speed: Of course, he's a ninja!
Stealth: He disarms a criminal who is looking right at him.
Fighting/Acrobatic Skill 
He fought his way through an army of synthetically-enhanced ninjas.
He has the uncanny ability to find the pressure points of his opponents, whether human or non-human.
He has infallible balance.
He has an expertise in improvised aerial maneuvers.
Cool shit
Intelligence: He went through a cloning experiment, which allowed him to earn a degree in everything. (except agricultural science)
Doctoring Skill: He can cure many diseases, whether normal or mythical. It is shown that he can work with many materials, from ground monotooth jackal tusk to pizza. He can also concoct antidotes pretty quickly.
Other Stuff:
He can immediately see traps and hidden cameras.
He can punch ghosts by humming the Ghostbusters theme.
His eats and drinks through his mask, which filters toxins.
He outwits death itself so that he can come back to life.
He can break the fourth wall.

Despite all of that, he is somehow still human.


Biography

Dr. McNinja was born to an Irish-American father and a Jewish-American mother. Since his youth, he has trained in the way of the ninja. During a bizarre incident, McNinja's grandfather used his grandson's name to imprison a ghost wizard, thus erasing it from existence. Only he (and people who have read the last chapter of the webcomic) knows his real name. He was the first McNinja to go to college, since he believed that forensics, anatomy, and chemistry could broaden his skill sets (he actually wanted to become Batman). He studied under a clone of Benjamin Franklin in medical school. During that time, he joined a vigilante club, until the members were sold out and the group was forcefully disbanded.

Eventually, the doctor started working in his own clinic. He works with his assistant, an intelligent gorilla named Judy. His sidekick is a 12 year old mustachioed raptor-riding gun-slinging Mexican boy named Gordito, and his raptor Yoshi. Dr. Mcninja has fought an expy of Ronald McDonald, a cybernetic movie star, a dirtbike-riding monarch, and Dracula himself.

And yes, all of these are canon. The Internet does house such weird stories.
