"Elaniel..." Illiasriel thought to herself, allowing the other two to half carry her, "A kingdom? I'll have to add geography to the list of things to study."

Out loud, she spoke to the two helping her to wherever there was a healer. "Thank you both for your kindness. I am unsure how I would have fared had you not come along." She purposefully avoided answering the boy's question, wary of their possible reactions. It was possible that Intheris had become hated since she was locked away, even probable, considering her father. Most likely, it was forgotten like her, and mentioning it would only lead to confusion. She was once more reminded that in this time, she was knew even less than a child would, and would have to spend much of the coming months learning all she could.

Powers

Ritual Writing - Similar to her old Ritual Magic, Ritual Writing uses special chalk to imbue written words with power, based on the will of the caster. Words like "Fire" or "Bind" typically have fairly straightforward effects, but unlike the static spells of Ritual Magic, Ritual Writing is defined by the user's will.

Ritual Writing was the culmination of her old master's lifelong endeavor, attempting to replicate the powers of a Penholder without being born with their natural ability. His final success was not an exact match, but was worthy of being called his finest work, a combination of alchemy, Ritual casting, and other minor formsof spellcraft.

Weaknesses

Nonathletic - Unlike some of Athalia's former students, Scillia isn't in peak physical condition. She cannot run everywhere, and typically gets winded simply walking for an extended time.

[iRepairing Psyche [/i] - Scillia is slowly overcoming the mental trauma of breaking an emotional curse paired with the destruction of the Academy. The responsibility and joy of teaching is helping, but she remains fragile.

Personality:
Scillia is calm, kind, and warm, even in dire times. She enjoys nothing more than heping other people, especially her husband and students, whom she dotes on.

Background:
When Scillia was very young, still learning to use her magic, her master was murdered by a rival sorcerer and she was placed under a curse that bound all of her positive emotions. She continued her training under the man who had killed her old master, the curse making her unable to refuse, and eventually was sent to Athalia to spy on them. It was there, however, that she met Oliver, and eventually it was his influence that broke her curse, leaving her free again for the few scant days before Marcus attacked. Since then, she has been learning her first master's lessons again, using books he had locked away under a spell that only she could break. After learning what she could from them, she approached Maria about teaching at Athalia.

Illias watched the two in front of her in an attempt to follow the conversation. Some words they used didn't mean much of anything to her, since the language was still settling in her mind and she had taken an incomplete version of it to start with. She was so intent with the conversation, in fact, that it took her a minute to realize they were both looking at her as if expecting an answer.

"Ah, my apologies, my name is Illiasriel." She shook her head, rising to her feet unsteadily. "I am not injured so much as perhaps needing attention. If it is not too much trouble, could one of you lend me your shoulder and show me the way to the doctor?" She noted her word for healer translated into several different things, but the best fit seemed to be doctor. The girl, Kathy, had mentioned a nurse though, so perhaps that was the better match? Honestly, what she really needed was time. Time to acclimatize, time to eat and restore her atrophied muscles, and time to learn.

Job

Ambassador to the Fey

Powers

Magic - All of the Fey are uniquely gifted in magic. Fairies like Britnia are especially talented in elemental and healing spells. As part of her grooming to become Queen of the Fey, Britnia has begun extensive magical training.

Shapeshifting - Britnia can change her size at will. Normally she can't grow to more than twice her human size, but she can become as small as she wants. She can't change her size if something is in the way, even something as fragile as a wicker basket.

She's begining to learn to change her form, as well as her size.

Weaknesses

Easily Trapped - Britnia has a tendency to shrink to fairy size when she's not directly interacting with humans. This makes it fairly simple to trap her by catching her in a net or something similar.

Emotional - Britnia is fully devoted to her husband's well being, and by extention the well being of all of Athalia. She becomes very emotional when anything threatens them, and is prone to rash action because of it.

Personality:
Before the attack on Athalia, Britnia was always a little flighty, never staying focused on one thing for long. In recent years, she has become more grounded, becoming entirely devoted to the two most important things in her life, her husband and her people.

Background:
Britnia was once a human, albeit a human with an abnormal amount of contact with the fey. After a tragic accident left her alone and dying, she was adopted by the Queen of the Fey, and given a second chance at life as a fairy. She was sent to Athalia, where she learned to use magic until Marcus Cross destroyed it. Britnia returned to the forest to ask her mother to aid Athalia, which led to her marriage to Criston Cross. Now she acts as an intermediary between the Fey and Oasaris.
Startled, Illiasriel looked up at the second person she had seen for nearly her entire life, and again her freedom hit her like a kick to the chest. The tears redoubled as she took the girl's hand, rising to her feet with agonizing care. She wasn't standing for more than a second before her atrophied legs again collapsed out from under her, and she fell again.

"Forgive me," She said in her borrowed accent, "My legs no longer respond to me. I fear it shall take some time for me to remember how to use them"

The thought sobered her up a bit, and she frowned at the pavement under her legs. "I am afraid there is much I must now relearn. It is a daunting task to once again live in the light"

Illiasriel became pensive, trying to grasp that not only was she free again, but she was far out of her time, centuries at least. She had no idea what the world was like now. Perhaps even the best course of action was to follow her rescuer's advice and spend some time learning from this period's history.

Returning from her deliberations, she realized she must be being rude.
"Ah, forgive me, you must think me terribly rude," her grasp of English was progressing swiftly as she talked, though she could already tell she would need to borrow from a native speaker soon to fill in the gaps. "My name is Iliasriel."
<Snipped quote by HylianRose>

I made it...Took me way too long to fucking write it all out. And sure, I could use the extra assistance when needed. You actually having people to make them successful is really cool, unlike me who is about as lonely as that Corpse in my Basement.

My favorite bit is that Corpse and Basement are capatalized.
I'm still trying to decide who Maria's unnamed friend is.
Alright, So at least Scillia will be bopping around in the background
