No, I can't believe how little all this means to me.

I'm a long-time Roleplayer looking to do something with my life. My name is Chuuya, Chuu, or Oliver and I'm a 23 year old that lives with relatives outside Tampa. I like 2D fighting games, discovering new music on the daily, and I'm about as much of a weaboo as the next guy. At the moment, I'm currently in the middle of guerilla warfare with the roaches in my bathroom and the dumbest thing I've ever done was fly across the country for work during a national crisis. I like listening to people's problems and I sometimes think about the fanfictions that I'd like to write too. I'm also pretty good at reading people, but other than that, I'm actually pretty boring.

I don't have a preference for Roleplaying though I tend to bore very easily and get distracted by the next shiny plot that comes along. I'm open to about anything though I'm too inexperienced for smut (I have to know my partner for a minimum of a year before I feel comfortable writing it anyway). I've been Roleplaying for a little over a decade now and I'm mostly adjusted to "chat-based" Roleplays (i.e. Discord), but I'm open to new experiences. That's all I can think for now, but ask me anything and I'll be happy to share.

My best friends, @Lyly and @Tiger, also use this website.

Welcome to the community. Your English is quite good as a second language. What's your native tongue if you don't mind me asking?
Welcome to the Guild. We've already met in the Discord, but if you have any questions about the website, then feel free to ask!
The plan was simple enough.

This much crossed John's mind as he passed through Thorn City. It was well after sundown and only shady company would be found on the streets at this hour. Even the bars were closed by now leaving the drunkards to stagger home or fall down alone somewhere in a dark alley. Sunrise likely wasn't too far off at this rate. A quick man, however, could still steal a wink of sleep. The older man was more interested in seeing how Caleb fared though. He was certain that the young man was fine, but there was still a part of him that felt like he owed him something. John Nieve Junior certainly didn't like owing favors either. It worked well enough that the boy was staying at his mother's house anyway. He could swing by, check on Caleb, grab Kayden, and take her safely home before the coup even began.

"But Daaaaaaddyyyy. . . I want to stay 'til tomorrow for grandpa's memorial. ." A familiar voice was lost somewhere beneath the thick veil of sleep. The dream began pleasant enough. It started with Caleb climbing a tree with his friends from the Red Twig Orphanage, Annette and Pierre. They would sometimes hide among the leaves to throw sunflower seeds to the birds. Instead of tossing them to the birds, however, he was throwing sunflower seeds at Edward who was still in his golden horse form. "Please, daddy? I want to stay for the memorial. . I promise that I'll be a good girl for Lala and grandma. ."

"It would be better if you didn't, Kayden. . ." The dream took a disturbing twist then. Branches suddenly snapped beneath the children and they were sent plummeting downward. Laughter was replaced by the screams of Caleb's friends which also included the panicked voice of Jake. Edward, meanwhile, had been replaced with the vision of armed lizardmen. Their claws were dipped in a deep crimson and they seemed ready to strike against their falling prey. The boy had opened his own mouth to scream for help though only air came out. Instead of falling with his two friends, however, the leaves were holding and shaking him instead. "Hey, Caleb. Calm down there. It's okay."

"Huh. ." Eyes slowly fluttered open. A heavy haze hung over Caleb hinting that he had likely been asleep for a few hours. The world was a groggy mess though he could make out the silhouette of someone outlined by a hallway light. ". . Rainbow? Is that you?"

"It's John. Rainbow is asleep in the other room, I think. Looks like Roger put you in my old room, huh? Figures. He probably knew that I'd come by to check on you." Or it was completely coincidental. The two didn't exactly see eye-to-eye and John was certain that the skeleton doctor held a grudge against him. To keep him in consideration was unlikely. Even still, there was a part of the older man that was grateful. "I'm glad to see that you're still kicking though. What you did earlier was stupid, but brave. You have my thanks for that. I'll probably be gone for most of today though once I'm free again, we'll stop by Barrow's Smithy to get that silver sword for you. It's the least that I can do after you saved my skin."

"Really?" There was a yawn from the tired boy. He could see Kayden standing in the hallway with a pouting expression on her face. This much was accompanied by a low-pitched whine possibly hinting towards a future temper tantrum. She seemed like a well-behaved kid though was likely cranky from the lack of sleep. Being woken up did that to anyway, after all. "Thank you."

"No need for thanks. I just don't like to owe people favors." John's shadow inched closer to the door. "Come on now, Kayden. I'll let you stay for tonight as long as you're well-behaved and promise me that you'll stay inside all day tomorrow. Let's leave Caleb to sleep for now."

I am the dust behind the window,
The darkness in the shadow,
The stain under the pillow, son.
And I'll be the perfect silent witness,
I stink from all the bullshit.
So feed me and I'll hold my tongue.
My innocence was taken,
I'll never be that boy again.
I guess I'm only speculating,
But there's no use in hearing,
The truth from a liar.

Full Name: Felicia Haunild Ward
Nickname(s): Lady Felicia, Lady Ward, Princess.
Alias: None.

Gender: Female
Sexuality: Bisexual, but tends to lean towards females.

Birthday: August 24th
Age: 20 years old

By appearance, Felicia is often viewed as a small and fragile woman. This, as to be expected, is often used to her advantage. In spite of her frame, however, she is rather "plump" thanks to a lavish lifestyle, various delectable cheeses, and a lack of physical exercise. She also has extremely pale skin, long curly blonde hair, and hazel eyes. Felicia has considered hacking her hair short as a result of recent events, however.

Height: 5'0 ft (152.4 cm)
Weight: 124 lbs (56.2)

Clothing: Felicia has always been confined to the style of high society. This included tight corsets, flowing dresses, pointed black shoes, and the occasional head garment. Since the blight appeared, however, her attire has shifted completely. Exquisite garments have since been replaced with loose brown robes and boots of a similar shade. This new style is complimented by a black cloak that would, hopefully, protect Felicia from the natural elements.

Accessories: Felicia has had a white floral parasol for as long as she can recall. Its age is painfully evident from the various patches of mismatched fabric that have since been haphazardly sewed on. It has also begun to fade thanks to repeated exposure to harsh sunlight.

Felicia is always the victim in her mind. She finds society inherently flawed for disagreeing with her and believes that she can never be wrong. This is the mentality that she takes, perhaps, to justify her willingness to commit questionably moral acts if it means "seeing results". These viewpoints are usually expressed in little words, however, as she finds no enjoyment in conversing with those deemed "uninteresting or dull". Although she detests gossip and idle conversation as well, there is also part of her that also lives for scandal or anything that could provide a cure for her tedious everyday life. It might be fair to say that, overall, Felicia is ridiculously bored with her lifestyle and would do just about anything to remedy that. The outbreak of the blight, however, seems to have provided her with exactly the entertainment that she craves.

Likes:
  • Painting. Before the blight broke loose, she found it to be a relaxing escape.
  • Her parasol. She's had it since childhood and thinks of it as an extension of herself.
  • The various cheeses of high society. She considers cheese among her favorite foods.
  • Various sharp implements. Who knew that knives were so easy to wield outside the kitchen?
  • Scandal, conspiracy, and local rumors. Anything to save her from the drudgery of everyday life, really.

Dislikes:
  • Dirty, shallow bodies of water. She finds them both unnerving and aesthetically unpleasing.
  • Idle chatter and petty, pointless gossip. This is especially true if it leads to nothing of interest.
  • The entire Christian faith. Not only does she find it to be tedious, but she is also far from a believer.
  • Her deceased husband, Arley Wald. She found him to be despicable, dull, and unaccomplished in life.

Motivation(s): What was once a search for freedom has turned into a new single goal: survive in this new world.
Alignment: Chaotic Lawful. Morals mean nothing to Felicia and she will do anything, legally, to get what she desires.
Moral(s): Felicia has no grasp on functioning morals. She, instead, prefers to view herself as the victim or always right.
Religion: Felicia is a celebrating Catholic Christian though holds little to no personal belief regarding God, Hell, Heaven, or angels.

Felicia was, once upon a time, confined to act as the eldest daughter of the Bennett family. She was raised on virtues of high society where her days consisted of social appearances, painting, and interacting with the occasional servant. She briefly pursued a secret romance with another wealthy young woman, Cecily Porter, though details have been lost to time and the two have continued to remain close friends instead. As a teenager, Felicia further conspired with some of her family's servants to learn skills unfitting of a noble lady. Among them were quick sparring, cooking, and horseback lessons. These lesson were permanently stopped after Felicia turned eighteen, however, which is when she was sent off to marry a man that was double her age. Although this man shared her mutual hatred of the world, he was quick to be "sacrificed" for Felicia's sake when the blight first emerged.

Occupation(s): A noblewoman and the wife of Arley Wald.
Affiliation(s): The Bennett family, the Wald family, and servants to both families.

Family:
  • Arley Wald: Felicia's deceased husband. The two had a mutual understanding yet she chose to "sacrifice" him anyway.
  • Frederick Bennett: Felicia's father. She never much liked him even when he openly favored her as his favorite child.
  • Catrain Bennett: Felicia's mother. The two have a cordial relationship at best and a cold relationship at worst.
  • Destrian Bennett: Felicia's younger brother. She finds him to be an immature, ignorant, and irresponsible brat.
  • Isabel Bennett: Felicia's younger sister. She's forgettable for the most part and Felicia cares little for her.
  • Unnamed younger siblings: Felicia has a myriad of younger unnamed siblings that passed before or during birth.

Rival(s): None. Yet.
Lover(s): Cecily Porter (formerly; secret), Arley Wald (formerly; public).
Enemies: Creatures born of the blight, organized religion, and society as a whole.
Other: Felicia had friendships with some of her family's servants. Her favorite was one who cared for the horses, Gavin Rolfe.

  • Painting: Not that it's especially useful in times of conflict, but Felicia is an exceptionally skilled painter.
  • Horse Knowledge: Felicia has passable knowledge on how to ride and care for horses thanks to Gavin Rolfe.
  • Combat: Felicia learned basic combat, namely self-defense, from her family's servants as a rebellious teenager.
  • Sewing: Like most women of the era, Felicia was taught how to sew during her earlier years and is rather skilled at it.
  • Scavenging: Felicia lacks experience exploring outdoors, but she has no quarrels "scavenging" what belongs to others.
  • Cooking: Cooking was mostly reserved for family servants though Felicia has been taught how to cook meals here and there.

  • Mental: Felicia is generally distrustful of others and may not work well in group settings.
  • Physical: Felicia is a small girl with little strength, especially when it comes to her upper arms.
  • Emotional: Although she can force herself to do so, Felicia usually struggles with killing animals even if it means her survival.
  • Other: A noble upbringing has left Felicia woefully unprepared for long term survival, especially in the wilderness.

  • Canteen: A metal flask that is usually filled with water of questionable quality.
  • Food: Meat, cheese, and bread that has been poorly wrapped. Some of it has already begun to rot.
  • Knife: Taken straight from the Wald kitchen. It is typically used to cut food or as a last resort in combat.
  • Parasol: Felicia's personal accessory and weapon of choice. She is never seen without it.

Is there anyone out there for us?
With the city lain fallen to dust,
Is there anything left to say?
Our prayers now lie buried 'neath this rust.
Is there any salvation for us?
In whatever is left of this crust,
Maybe the devil is the only one to love.
These souls in wanderlust,
There's a reason why.
It's the way we die.
Welcome back to writing. What do you usually write and why do I assume that it's likely related to science fiction?
Sounds like a plan. I'm not sure how we'll continue now that Ben and Pie are gone though. Open to ideas, of course.
Glad to hear someone else shares my appreciation for such an amazing show. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Big fan over here. Been following it since the trailer was released following Red vs. Blue. Hard to believe that was already seven years ago. . In any case, welcome back to the Guild. I hope that you're able to find a Roleplay that suits your tastes.
Welcome back to the community. Good to see a fellow fan of RWBY on these forums.
