@Bishop Your (Amon Duce) is fine. I only ask that you repost your character on the roleplay's page when I get it up.
By op I mean not giving your character every power under the sun or giving them a ludicrously powerful ability. On that note the number of powers kinda depends on how powerful your other powers are. I guess the best way to regulate this is to just create an OC then I would take a look and give suggestions (if I have any) to nerf an op character. This also kinda goes the other way to ie. if your character is a little under powered compared to other characters I allow then I will tell you that you can add to their powers (in whatever way you want as long as it doesn't get so powerful it becomes op) so that everyone is somewhat on equal footing.
If we can get one more person interested I will start this roleplay!
The only main thing is the warring factions. You can either create your own faction or join someone else's faction. if you create your own faction you will have to name it and list the basic ideas of the faction. I myself am going to join a faction. If you create a faction you will be the leader of said faction until you give leadership to someone else. if you have multiple OC's they can be in different factions if you want.
UPDATE: I will allow one person to play as many OC's as they can handle.

The biggest thing about this roleplay is that the any OC based on any fandom can exist in the world. Oc's only though. The world is one where magic exists along modern technology and the world has split into warring factions who each have a different idea of how to run the world. Remember ANY OC is allowed as long as it is not overpowered. If enough people comment that they would like to do a roleplay like this I will get it off the ground.
