Current Played VA-11 Hall-A and I didn't realize that a bartending game could give me such an epiphany about my life, to be perfectly honest.

Am I the only one who never knows what to write in their status bar?

Orthodox Easter has arrived, which means my time for replying to stuff is going to be close to nonexistent. I apologize.

It's been a stressful past few weeks for me, so I apologize for how that may affect the quality of my posts and my general grumpiness.

I feel extremely tired and stressed right now, so responses might not be of the highest quality, I apologize.

Bio

Well hello, what are you doing here, my friend?

Well, if you're still here and you wish to know more about me, then:

I'm a 22 fella who's currently in college and is trying to RP while attending college at the same time. I've been into roleplaying since about the mid 2013's, though I was really bad at it during the first year or so. I "migrated" to RPGuild around 4 years ago since the previous site had banned roleplaying due to a large influx of newbie roleplayers polluting the site with shitty RP's. Either way, since then I've been on this site quite regularly, except during a few occasions when real life took precedence and I had to vanish for a month or two.

As for writing capabilities, I'd like to think myself right now that I'm somewhere in-between casual and advanced levels of writing, though if I'm really into an RP, I'll tend to force myself to write something advanced. As for writing in general, you don't have to worry about that, I really love writing and I do it all the time even when I'm not roleplaying, though there are "dry" periods when my creativity seems to vanish for no discernible reason. General interests include most types of fantasy writing as long as it's properly written, though it has happened in the past for me to be interested in something when I thought I would like it, so if you have an idea and you want to roleplay, then pitch it to me and I'll tell you if I like it or not. As for smut, well, I'm not actively looking for one, but if you think you have an interesting idea, then feel free to pitch it to me.

Well, that's about it, if you want to know more personal stuff about me, or simply wish to have someone to talk to about any topic you so desire, then feel free to PM me.

Well, I was in the middle of making my character right now. Sorry it's taking this long, but it's taking a bit to get used to making a character in dicecloud, so I would like to apologize. Also, am I right in assuming we have to send you our character's backstory?
Seconded for point buy.

@EchoicChamber

Sweet! I really hoped that this story would go on!
@The Harbinger of Ferocity

While I don't have all of his story ready, my character was formerly a soldier(a officer, to be more specific) and he currently works around in Ironchurch as a monk. If you want our characters to have more special relationship, then your character could be the noble that got my guy kicked out from the army, if not, the two could have just met while my guy was still in the army, the choice is yours.
Quite interested in this, though as Leotamer, I expected something a bit different when I saw the name Void Lurkers, though now, I assume that will probably be the name of our squad?
No problem with starting in level three, as for a starting place, again we should all start in the same nation, either Combedean or Mawtry.

As you can probably tell, I'm not that big on puzzles, mostly because it takes me too long before I figure out the response, but if there will be some, then I won't mind them that much. As for examples of what we would want, well, I'm not sure myself what I want to see as of yet, though the power struggle between church and state would work a bit since one of the characters I have in mind is a monk.

As for a pantheon, I don't mind a GM made pantheon, though I will have a request regarding the gods as my character will be the monk of a more warlike god, not brutal or evil, just warlike. It shall be explained more in detail...

Well, for this one, I'm not sure on how it will work, mostly because of my character is basically the monk of a god the represents war and all it's sides, the good, the bad and the ugly, so I'm not sure who exactly will trust someone like him.

Well, my character is most likely going to be a red dragonborn monk, who as I've already said, is the monk of a deity that represents war itself, all of it's sides, so while there can be good followers of this god, most of them are evil, or simply warmongering fools. My character is someone who thinks that war(and fighting in general) is something that is natural to all living beings, no matter what they might reason it as and while he will not go out of his way to start a fight, he will rarely try to solve a imminent fight with diplomacy.

If this one doesn't work, I think I might have another character in mind.
Orkag the Bloodletter

Mentioned:@datadogie

The raven on her lap sat contentedly as Saffron pet it, seemingly ignoring the slight glare Orkag gave it occasionally due to simply refusing to talk to him. Orkag calmed down as he listened to the young girl, it seemed like the girl did not cast any charming magic on his raven familiar, though he was still confused as to why the raven had chosen her of all people.

"Haha!" Orkag started to laugh quite loudly once he heard the girl call herself a spirit of nature, realizing that she might have well been able to fool the shamans of his tribe that she truly was a spirit of nature. [color=ed1c24]"I apologize for my sudden outburst of laughter, but had you passed through my tribe, you could very well have been considered a spirit of nature, or at least blessed by one." Orkag said with a large smile on his face, any sign of hostility that he restrained within himself vanishing as if it was never there.

"My name is Orkag the Bloodletter, however, I ask you that you call me simply Orkag, the title is something I would rather people not call me. As for the raven itself, it doesn't belong to me, but rather it's one of the two raven familiars that have chosen to accompany me and it seems that one over there has taken a liking to you." He said, and as if on signal, the other raven perched down from the orc's shoulder flapped it's wings a few times to make it's presence known.

"I'm sorry if I'm pestering you with questions, but I have a few more, if you don't mind." He said, removing the rather ominous looking bison skull he was wearing as a helmet and other than the crimson eyes, he looked rather normal. "why did you come here and... erm, what type of magic can you cast?" Saffron and anyone looking at the moment could see that orc looked more like a curious child than the bloodthirsty orc his looks made him up to be.
