Well, some of them aren't. Some only work for carbon based life, but I guess you have a point. There are some that only work for other kinds too, but I've only got access to two of those.

A third of them are biological, it's a downside of being bio-mechanical. Synchronicity is important, too, for the personality to stay stable. Otherwise I might actually be insane.
