Actually, I've been giving this some thought and I think that my character would work better as a Squib: she'd be born to a wizard family, but have no magical powers of her own. Still, through a combination of marksmanship and hand-to-hand training, she'd prove herself effective enough to be an Aurer, which is why she'd be palling around with the rest of the party.
Personally, I just like the idea of a muggle standing their ground against people with supernatural powers. Murphy was always one of my favorite characters in the Dresden Files for that exact reason. Who needs wizard powers when you can attack a plant monster with a chainsaw?
This could be interesting. I kinda want to play a muggle who somehow gets involved in all of this: maybe a cop or a criminal of somekind. Think that'd work?
So I've been watching a lot of Trigun lately and I'm kind of jonesing for a western game. I don't have a plot in mind, though I do have a few character concepts in mind. I'll likely play a female drifter and I'm not particularly picky on the gender of my traveling companions. Props if you come up with an idea that has some sci-fi elements mixed in (I'd LOVE to play a drifter on a desert planet, or perhaps a space cowboy a la "Firefly").

PM me if you've got a plot in mind or if you just want to chat. I'm looking for someone who can run an interesting game, post with good regularity and give me at least one to two good sized paragraphs per posed, though I won't complain if you give me more.
This could be interesting, but I'm going to need a better idea of what's available for me to play. I have an interesting idea for something akin to a street samurai from Shadowrun, but I'm going to need to know how much stuff costs if it's going to be at all feasible.
I'm interested, but I'd like to get a better idea of the plot first. Who are we playing? What are the stakes? That sort of thing
This could be interesting
