It's been a month since the Battle for D6 ended with a Rangers victory with the help of the Dark Ones. The Red Line had started to weaken after this event and the Fourth Reich had flex his muscles and start expanding including its fascist ideology. Meanwhile, a mythical state called "Emerald City" became a controversial issue throughout the metro. Many factions in the Metro starts to compete with each other to find this mythical state.
Two people who are unaffiliated experienced stalkers vowed to find the mythical state by themselves but this would be a risky journey.

After the death of Tsar Nicholas II, the news of his death spread throughout the Empire of Japan, from Korea to the Japanese mainland. It was a truly a shock, even I was shocked. My people don't even care from the death of Tsar Nicholas II..including me, but the Tsar's death was the sign of the collapsing Russian autocracy, soon, war will be prevailed.
Meanwhile, in the Korean Peninsula, the only two major industrial cities are Pyongyang and Seoul, Japan had occupied Korea since the Korean Empire agreed to get by annexed by the Empire of Japan. Emperor Taishō had created a Japanese Korean Army; a new branch of the Imperial Japanese Army. However, the Japanese colonial government will make their best to make Korea under control. The Japanese economy is increasing rapidly becaus of Korea.
The Empire of Japan had start spreading influence throughout China as China was engulfed into a warring states. The target was Manchuria. Manchuria is part of the Japanese sphere-of-influence and part of a future territory of Japan. Emperor Taishō thought that if Japan would interfere the China's Warlord Era, Japan will quickly annex Manchuria but that's risky, he doesn't want to start an another war with the Chinese but if the China's Warlord Era was spilled to the neighboring nations such as the Russian Empire and the Empire of Japan. Japan would likely to interfere and to annex Manchuria quickly since Manchuria is part of the future territories of Japan. Taishō wouldn't spread influence to the Russian Far East yet, all his ambitions towards the Russian Empire is patience.

... actually that might not be a bad idea, unless America sees fit to develop nukes early and destroy Tokyo... that shouldn't be an issue... right? XD
It is impossible to develop nukes if Albert Einstein didn't order President Franklin Roosevelt to create a so-called "nuke".
