The Sadist's Maze
When in the warmer climates of Terra Nova watch your step or you might wind up The Sadist's Maze. A small hole in the ground could drop you into this hell, meticulously dug from the earth by some unknown sadist with a dream of creating hell on earth. Around twelve feet of dead drop from the middle of nowhere and you're suddenly in a slick and dark cavern, dimly lit by a series of lanterns embedded into the wall. A massive catacomb that defies regular maze logic, stick to the right wall and you'll wind up dropping down a pit of spikes. There's not many traps but no matter how brave and confident you are, you will feel unsettled by this creepy cave. Sometimes you might see the walls pulse and writhe, as though the caverns are alive. Sometimes you're certain you hear a voice calling your name in the distance. Other times you'll see a shadow that isn't yours creep around a corner. There's something wrong with this place, but you'll never find out. At least, you won't stay alive long enough for it to matter even if you did.
.
Deep in the heart of Terra Nova lies a massive field of brown plants, like Savannah grass but much darker in color. They sway in the breeze and fill the air with the lustrous odor of cinnamon and a faint red fog adorns the grounds below the plants. The ground is uneven and hilly all around, with the grasses growing in every direction as far as the eye can see. While not special in any way despite its pleasant appearance and aroma, it's a large field where many many opponents could engage in combat simultaneously. While not inherently magical, the grass never seems to grow beyond 4 feet tall and never under 3 feet tall.

And with my health (almost) fully back, I'll get back to accepting characters. Also, if there is no applicable location for your character, you can always submit one that better suits your needs.

We're going to need a list of accepted chars. >.> <.<

That'll be done at some point in the future

So, if you don't bring up anything on characters, can I assume we're good to go? I mean, I kept Sam exactly the same as he was in the last iteration, so can I get started on posting with him?

Right now, not only do I have a cold, but I'm also super drowsy and have a killer headache and my allergies are acting up now too, just to throw one more punch into my gut. I'll look him over asap, but for right now, I'm struggling to do the work I need to get done.

180 is the limit for constant movement speed of a character (ie, when they're running a marathon), but I'd assume strike speed can be considerably higher (even I can swing my arm faster than I can run). I think the problem with the lightning dash is that its only limitation is the 100 meter distance. My character's teleporting is along similar lines, but in order to get it approved it has very finite and well-defined constraints regarding distance, energy consumption, and cooldown time. I can't use it over and over post after post to land blow after unavoidable blow.Or at least I think that's how it works.

Yup, the main problem with it is that it allows her to travel great lengths at higher-than-acceptable speeds. At much smaller lengths (like, much, much smaller), it'd be more reasonable.
