I can understand that :) I like describing things in a way that catches interest, rather than a spreadsheet listing weight capacity and whatnot. Not everyone is fond of it.

I understand the direction you're coming from, but as the GM, I have to assume that you're meaning the strongest interpretation of the description (i.e. holding off several master samurai and martial artists, not bank tellers and janitors).

Sorry if I sound nitpicky.

Wait, 180 is the movement limit, for the whole character, right? What about strike speed?

Land and air speed. Essentially how fast can they close the gap between two points.

It says he can fight multiple level 1 (one) people while playing chess. As a level 4, I don't see how that's overpowered. It's like fighting a bunch of toddlers.

Enemies with various weaponry and combat prowess. While not at superhuman levels, Level 1 fighting ranges from none to black belt (or other various equivalents). Essentially, if a human can do it, then it's level 1. Being able to fight off multiple of these while having enough concentration left over to also participate in even one high-intensity chess match would be far more difficult than simply pushing toddlers away.
Trust with trebuchet knowledge? No.
Realize that a flaming rock isn't as cool as a trebuchet? Yup.

Wouldn't it just be easier to throw a flaming rock?

I bet if you starred in Peter Pan, you'd ask, "Wouldn't it be easier just to take a helicopter out to Never Land, rather than use this magic pixie dust to give us the power of flight?"

Buzzkillington...
One thing to note; my schedule has become hectic lately with two jobs, school (full-time), my short story writings, and my youtube career leaves me with only a couple of hours each evening for RPG. If you wish for combat areas to open up and have an idea for a place to fight in, either drop it here or pm it to me.

I made Evvie a lot slower then before because she was basically just a speed demon. I added on her solid flame to tier 4 to give her more versatility in exchange, although she still won't know how to strategically use it unless someone's telling her. Otherwise she'll just stick to stuff like flame swords.

Awww... So that means no flame trebuchets? *sad face*

She's my character with the most detail. Due to you knowing about her from before you can skip the personality, bio, and appearance because that's the same and even if it changed it wouldn't effect the balancing stuff you need to check to make sure I got everything edited to tier 4 properly.

Well, with what I have to do this evening, if I started looking it over now, I wouldn't have time to finish it tonight, so I'll have to go over it tomorrow. Sorry for the delay, but my schedule has been jam packed lately.

Ice: This allows Weiss to create either a ice wave or icelike spikes. She once encased a Deathstalkers tail in ice but it broke out. It would be ineffective against opponents who use heat based attacks tho. In the White trailer this was used against the knight.

Fire: Weiss can create a small wave of fire. inaffective against anyone using water based attacks. Tho from what i have seen in the show she did set a tree on fire so it can cause a fire to objects like wood.

Yellow: The speed enhancement allows her speed to slightly increase from its usual normal one. It allows her to move as fast as someone who can run quickly from place to place tho it is not like the Flashes. It gives her a brief boost tho she is quickly tired out when it wears off.

As of yet in the show the effects have not been used or elaborated on. In the trailer the purple effect was shown to deal a swift and quick blow to the knight that seemed to disorient it. So I'm assuming Purple would just cause injury to a opponent.

White was used to completely finish off the knight in the trailer. It is seen to be a fatal blow that could very well kill anyone. All it did was make the knight shatter after it was hit. Again this effect has not been seen in the show so I am going off what i have seen from the White trailer to explain Purple and White..

Ice: what is the area of effect that the ice has? For instance, how big of spikes can it form, how many square inches can it cover, etc.

Fire: How big is the wave and what temperature?

Yellow: What speed would she have if she used it (in either miles per hour or kilometers per hour)?

Purple: Currently, it's too vague, you need to come up with an explanation on how it effects the victim before being able to use it as a weapon.

White: As it stands, it's a hard no on white, as it seems far too powerful for a level 4 move (even if you say you'd only use it as a finisher, what would keep you from using it when the battle starts going downhill, or other similar situations?).
