Writing up a post! Still no lappy so OTl

Lets see if I can finish this before i get dragged off again AHAHAHAHA
Ah jeez, I'm on my phone so I'll post the nostalgia inducing memories later, along with my post since Rex and Michi are posting later too /o/

"Tell me. Tell me how many shipments of humans you guys have gotten and tell me how many have died!"

Martini reeled back in fear as Lesley slammed a hand against the tabletop, shrinking as far back as she could from his angry gaze. Tears were already forming in her eyes before the whole room erupted into chaos, with humans both accusing and defending the guides as the Nobodies themselves started to react. Songbird was livid, coming to stand between the mermaid and Lesley and shouting at the humans while Brandy glared wordlessly at the humans, fist clenched in his robes at the mere gall of them daring to accuse the guides.

“Yes, we’re paid to look after this batch. It’s a smaller sum than the one we get from our original jobs, but for some infernal reason… We took it. This just proved that it was never worth the trouble.”

The rabbit couldn't help but agree. Did the humans not realize the risks being a guide posed? He supposed that it was easy enough for them to forget that the Nobodies could die just as the humans could, just because that this was supposed to be their world. At least the Harper boy was being reasonable, and Martini couldn't help but cling onto the reassuring hand he placed on her shoulder, lower lip quivering.

Brandy's lips were pressed into hard lines, but after the apologies he could only shake his head. It wasn't completely the humans' fault that they had snapped- it had been a long day, not to mention the questions they had about the train weren't completely invalid. Still, snapping and threatening the guides with a spear was hardly the way to get them home- they had to complete the list; it was the only way.

The door to the cabin burst open before anyone else had the chance to do anything, the corpse of the unicorn that had helped them earlier splayed out on the ground. The scent of blood was strong and its neck was stained with red, blood still oozing out from the wound where its throat was slit. Martini only managed a small shriek before everyone in the room was sent flying, slamming into various pieces of furniture.

Brandy staggered to his feet, the wound on his head having reopened and dripping blood down the side of his face. He swore, wanting to punch himself for not noticing that they had forgotten the most vital part of witch slaying- taking the heart.

"Song-!" The rabbit snarled as the witch plunged the dagger into the item-hunter's shoulder, blood spraying into the air. He lunged forward, catching the man before he managed to hit the ground, surveying him frantically. The wound was deep and bleeding heavily, and Brandy didn't dare pull out the knife in fear of causing blood loss.

The mermaid had managed to crawl her way over to the heavily wounded dragoon, tail flopping uselessly against the floor as she cradled the heavily bleeding Avian, shielding them from the falling debris with a wavering bubble that threatened to pop at any moment. "J-Jasper!" She sobbed, calling for the healer. "Hurry, Avi is- He's-"

"Knock down the back wall!"

A large blast followed Ace's command, the wall blasting into mere fragments from the force of magic. Due to the dilapidated status of the house the other walls quickly followed, raining chunks of rubble down only to bounce off a crackling green barrier that surrounded the humans. Brandy panted in the middle of the debris that was what used to be the cabin, one hand outstretched as the other wiped blood out of his eye, rather relieved to have remembered the barrier spell he hadn't touched in a long while. It shrank as the dust cleared until it settled onto Martini's bubble under which the two wounded Nobodies lay. "Bring the wounded or exhausted under the dome," he instructed, stripping off his scarf and pressing it around the dagger wound. The material quickly soaked red, and Brandy winced as Song let out a groan of pain. They would uphold the shield until it exhausted all their magic, and hopefully that would be enough to withstand at least a few blows from the witch.

No matter what the humans believed about them, they weren't about to abandon the brats that they had worked so hard to keep alive till now.
I be typing up a postie noooooooooooow <33 So much blood already :c

Sweet Gods above this mission was proving to be a real headache. If the fact that there were still thieves running around wasn't enough, now the Phantom had a hostage of his own and was planning on blowing up and stealing the entire academy. Even better was the fact that Tobias was more than ready to use his bedazzled butter knife on the caged thief, and that they only had ten minutes to think of a plan.

At least their red-headed leader hadn't lost her enthusiasm yet.

"So, how are we going to save Angel?"

Aria shook her head, wringing her scarf in thought. "He's coming here, isn't he? Any way we could ambush him or..." She let out a sigh, knowing that it wouldn't work especially since he already knew that they were in the theater. She was rather sure that the other guilders would be quickly starting to head over now they knew that the Phantom was going to arrive, but would extra backup really help in this situation?

"Ten minutes," Lucien helpfully reminded, and Aria just gave a frustrated huff in response.

"Anyone come up with any plans that don't include stabbing Jay here?" she eyed Tobias in warning before looking to the others. "Marcus? Dylan? Xan? Simon?"

“You tell him Supersis! We’ve got one of your henchmen here right now, and we’re not afraid to stick one of these fireworks up his butthole and light it!”

Mattis paused. Did the girl just threaten to- He shook his head, slightly disturbed and rather glad that none of his siblings would think of saying such a thing. Still, he was rather glad that Fabian had motioned to the white-haired man and not the girl; he disliked the idea of having to knock out a child. They were still busy discussing Phantom's latest announcement which gave him the chance to dart closer unseen to the group.

He was close enough to see the vines that the kid was trussed up in and tutted quietly. He crouched close to the wall, waiting for the man to turn his back. Luckily he looked rather weak and would probably go down with a strong enough hit, after which he would free the boy to help deal with the other two before reconvening with Phantom in the theater.

The man finally turned to speak to one of the females and Mattis shot forward, aiming a hard jab at the pressure point on his neck. Hopefully his calculations would be right and he would be able to bring the guy down with one hit and free Fabian quickly to distract the other two so he had time to break their line of sight on him, or there would be quite a bit of trouble.
Writing up a post now! Sorry for the holdup ahaha OTL

Looks like the guy wasn't planning on talking. Aria glowered at him, tempted on making another illusion to make her point clearer, but was interrupted by the door to the theatre .

Lucien was the one who walked in, closely followed by an angry looking Tobias. Of course the pissy rich guy had to come. She decided if the Phantom somehow captured the guy and decided to use him as hostage she probably wouldn't try to help him.

Their entrance was disturbed by a sudden burst of static over the communicator, followed by clapping and a foreign voice. She took the communicator, rather irked by the guy's confident tone.

"I believe a conversation is in order as well. Who did you get this from? What are you after?" She demanded, deciding to forego the "over" after a small pause.

Mattis leapt through the hallways, Phantom having given him a boost through his wind magic and allowing him to reach the southern section faster than he usually would've been able to. He skidded to a sudden stop and stared, not having expected the vines that crept along the walls and floor. Another magic user- great.

He could hear Fabi's angry screeching echoing down the halls and sighed, carefully stepping over the tangles of vegetation towards the source of the sound. He spotted the kid after rounding a corner, being antagonized by an even smaller brat.

"Fabi, I see you. Who do I take out first?" He was hesitant to charge into a hallway with little to no cover to break their line of sight if they happened to notice him.
~Fabulous~

"Otherwise… well. You don’t want to know the otherwise, does he, Aria?"

My, Dylan was in a scary mood today. Aria merely grinned in response, sitting down in front of the cage and crossing her legs. She didn't quite blame the matter artist- the guy had been a very slippery catch, not to mention that now they knew they had more than one thief to capture. "Now now, there's no need to be so hostile." She gave the thief a wink. "Very nice to meet you, Jay. I'm Aria," she gave the guy a friendly wave. "I'd shake your hand if I could but unfortunately... Well." She gestured to the cage.

"Still, my friend here is right. We'd appreciate it very much if you'd give us the information without too much hassle." Her grin grew, and she lifted her hands. A banana materialized in one hand and a cleaver in the other.

"Certainly would be a shame-"

She twirled the knife around, smile darkening.

"if we have to force you, no?"

Chop.

She giggled, before dropping the knife and the half of the fruit she was holding, them dissipating before they hit the ground. "So there you have it. I suggest you speak up, Jay."

"Hey guys. We're kinda... fucked. Over."

The sudden transmission over the radio made them all freeze, mood suddenly tensing in the room. Wasn't that Angel's voice? Did that mean that whoever was there with him had managed to take out both Syed and Moira?

Mattis cringed as the giant woman crashed into the ceiling, and once again when she hit the ground. He certainly didn't want to be around when she woke up- she looked like she had a hell of a temper.

“Are you okay? Please don’t tell me this… lazy student gave you trouble.”

The man just watched as the dice was taken by Phantom, rendering him defenseless. He gave the other still standing suit of armor a poke, watching as it tipped over with a loud crash. Looked like the die was the guy's source of power, and the student knew it judging from the way he just sat there, looking defeated.

The guy spoke into a communicator, evidently his method of contact with the other groups before turning his attention back to the Phantom.

"You know - I can save you the trouble and just knock myself out. It wouldn't take that long."

"No need." Mattis spoke up this time, face stoic as ever as he walked over to Angel. He bent down and reached out one hand, silently amused when the guy squeezed his eyes shut. Did he think Mattis was going to knock him out? A large hand settled on Angel's head, ruffling his hair before taking the communicator from his hand.

He stood up, tossing the device to Phantom and turning to leave. Now his part was done, he was going to go and help Fabian out of whatever trouble he had gotten into this time. Pressing a hand to his communicator, he spoke quietly. "Fabi, where are you? I'm heading over."
