Well the idea is pretty basic: when someone with this ability makes direct physical contact with someone (specifically skin making contact with skin), the most recent memory/emotion is transferred. But whose memory gets transferred depends on who initiated the contact.

Excuse me Crimmy but is your persona roleplay still open? I see it's fairly well in and most of the arcana have been taken however due to a lack of new roleplays being really interesting to me personally I figured I'd see if yours was open.
