@KillBoxSome questions comments and concerns. Our First katana. I'm actually surprised it took this long. I am also surprised by the number of rapier's floating around in the rp. Not important moving on. Not yield to faith? Am I missing something or does this mean he is really willful about being atheist? Regardless unless his willpower is supernatural in nature it should be under talents.
Not really sure about his sunlight powers for a few reasons. So I see that it does make him a sort of pair with Sariel who has supernatural powers derived from moonlight, but that sun and moon pairing has been filled with the queen who is the last wielder of sunlight sorcery. That and the Proudsword family was desperate to get that power for themselves mostly because they couldn't wield it themselves at all. So I guess I'm looking for some reason for him to have the powers. its not like a birthright to the royal family that you get to have superpowers. Sariel is a sort of chosen hero who already went through his trials when he took back the kingdom and started cracking down on corruption in the nobility. So why does Leyton have the powers? Perhaps he's the end result of experiments with Lucinda by the previous king to create an heir that had access to sunlight sorcery. And then perhaps the sunlight powers did not come in the intended form? You don't have to go with that and I am willing to work with you on whatever reasoning you come up with.
We're not done with sunlight powers though. I'm not sure how on board I am with him being just straight up better in the sun, especially with how prevalent sunlight is going to be on a day to day basis. The sun keeping his wounds dry as I am vaguely and briefly informed is actually bad healing. Wait its all part of his imagination? What? okay. Help me out here and let me know if they're supposed to be real or not.
If his speed and agility are unnatural then they should be under Abilities/Powers and not under talents.
The bio overall is a bit lackluster. Anyway, he has superpowers. it would give a lot of credit to the idea that he is of royal blood. I mean the royalty don't all have magic powers, but none of the peasantry do. Also who is telling him he's of royal blood. I certainly hope its not just random people off the street. Was he told that his brother would be king one day when he was four? because Sariel has been king for twenty years. Who was his mother and why doesn't he know her? How did he end up growing up outside of the castle? He used his freedom as a ticket? Why is he so particularly free and how does it pay for anything? yes I am taking that too literally.
So I'm not accepting it in its current state.
@Crimson RavenYou may be tall and strong, but not this tall or strong. Yeah this won't be easy for you alone. Fortunately you have friends. Okay at least they probably won't try and kill you. The other thing to mention to you is that so far both characters who part demon or otherwise touched by them, Aegis and Raven von Stein, have inner voices, so I think I'm going to make it a thing that people who are altered in some way by the void are spoken to by one entity or another of the void. You are of course free to call this a bad idea. but assuming you do not hate it then the voice calling "Traitor" is addressing the voice in Aegis's head. And yes that should tell you a little something about why this bandit is so huge and so strong. Oh and it is a maul not a mace. Good luck
muahahahahahaha!
