The site is doing fairly well as it has a great community and lots of support for anything/anyone. As for everyone it’s a mixed bag, some are crazy happy and others are in a bit of a rut.... I haven’t really kept track of the update history.

Sounds about right. I noticed that the Dev Journal has been updated recently, so I'll probably flick through that shortly.

Mahz says he wants to get more into developing the site/being generally active this year as part of his 2019 resolutions, so there's that.

I can dig it and I hope that it's true. As much as I like the Guild's layout, I still feel there's a lot more than can be done. I will argue that I like it a lot more than competitor sites (ie: Iwaku and RPNation) though! Not to mention that I like our community more too.

I noticed that we finally got an 18+ tag and photos were added to profiles, so that is very neat.

Why wouldn't they? Multiple people have been shadowbanned over the past few months, a copious amount of rules have been added, and I literally have proof of a chatmod encouraging drama on the Discord last night. I'm sure you already know about this though. This site is falling to shit and Spam is only the beginning of a long downfall. Really, Broby and mdk really seem to be the only classics that are around these days. It's sad.

Too many people are leaving and/or afraid of the Staff. Considering the 502 errors, I don't blame them. I'm a little sad that my meme didn't get a little more traffic though. I spent a solid three or four minutes on that.
