The train remained at the station for ten more minutes before a final boarding call was announced. The conductor came down to aisle to check tickets for the last time and Growl had to hide back in Ame's bag that was stuffed underneath her seat. Once the conductor passed their row and the train slowly began to chug down the tracks, Ame leaned back in her seat and Growl leapt up onto her lap. He moved towards the window and he pressed his face and paws against the window, staring out at the moving scenery. Listening to Lily, she nodded her head, "That's right. Team members have to look out for each other. I mean, there's no way that a single wizard can go out on a job alone. That's pretty much a suicide mission. Plus, it must be kinda lonely to be by yourself. I would be so sad if I went out on a job and I didn't have anyone to share the adventure with." She said.

Ame's smile dropped to a neutral expression and she shrugged, "It's just Growl and I for now. We've tried to make a bigger team, but it's never worked out." The girl's eyes went to Lily while Growl completely ignored the two, "Why do you ask? Do you want to join our team? Because I'd be more than glad to have you. I want to spend time with you again. It's been so long!" she exclaimed, her voice almost sounding desperate. For some reason, Ame really wanted to have Lily join her. She didn't care what Growl said. Lily was her friend and she wanted her friend to be with her.
Yeah, I'm fine. It's been a busy week on my end but I should be okay for now. Though on friday I'm driving home and then I go back to school next week. I'm going to reply right now to make up for vanishing for so long :<
You see, the people I roleplay with don't really like fxf so I never get the chance to do it. Yeah, they're supportive of LGBT+ but they just don't like to do it. Though one of my friends and I are doing a fxf roleplay and it's so refreshing lol. I'm so used to having to do fxm roleplays that they don't bug me anymore, especially since I end up playing the man most of the time. It gets old, so I'm glad that we're doing something a little bit different.

Yeah, of course! I don't care how slow we go. Romances don't happen that quickly in real life, right?

Yup, this is her first year in college and she's super excited to be away from home. It's a 16+ hour car ride so that won't be fun but she's happy to be that far away from home.
Ame was a little bit shocked, "You've never been on a train? Aunt Lucy never brought you onto a train? My mama used to take me on the train whenever she went somewhere. It's a lot of fun, especially the overnight ones. There's beds and restaurants inside the trains. It's really cool!" she exclaimed, her eyes lighting up like a giddy child. The platform was becoming busier when the trains began to arrive at the station and Ame was being pushed aside and shoved by people rushing to get on them. Growl too was being stepped on and he crawled back onto the girl's shoulder to prevent being squashed like a bug, "It's okay. I can buy the tickets. You just wait there, all right?" she asked Lily before getting on the line at the ticket booth. The line zoomed by quickly, as the trains were just arriving and Ame managed to snag the last two tickets to Esbon (Growl didn't count as a person according to their standards. Animals weren't allowed on the trains, so she would have to hide him in her bag.) Holding onto the tickets with a firm grasp, Ame returned to Lily and handed her a ticket, "The train's here, so come on!" The girl grabbed onto Lily's arm and nearly yanked her towards the red and gold train. On the very front of the train, the city's name of Esbon was written in white script, which meant that this train was specialized to only head to Esbon and nowhere else.

Growl had slid into Ame's backpack, so he wasn't visibly seen as the two girls boarded the train. Ame kindly showed her ticket to the conductor and he punched a hole onto the side of it. The conductor smiled at the girls and allowed them to board with ease. There was no specific seat assignment, so they were allowed to sit wherever they wanted. Ame chose a spot that was a booth with a table and she sat on one end close to the window and threw her bag on the seat next to her. A few moments passed and Growl popped his head out from the bag. He was panting and he had his paw to his chest, "I nearly died in there, for God's sake!" he panted, his ears drooping onto his head and his tongue lapsing out onto the side of his mouth.

Ame couldn't help but laugh at the cat, "Hey, at least you got on without any trouble. We can't lose a team member before we even get there. Isn't that right, Lily?"
Have you played the DLC Left Behind? Because that'd be horrible if Riley and Ellie were attacked by German Shepard puppies right after they kissed.

I just wanted to let you know in case you nagged me about replying lol
Jessica looked up at the foggy sky. The sun was completely invisible and the air was both muggy and disgusting. It was the end of summer and yet, it was somehow extremely humid outside. She really didn't like the hot weather and much preferred the cold, but she wasn't in the position to complain. At least she was living somewhere safe. "I'll take fog to a clicker any day." she joked, though her voice was quiet when she spoke. The last time she saw a clicker was when she got bitten and vivid memories still swam around in her brain. Though she shouldn't complain about the clickers seeing as everyone at the settlement was suffering, she still had nightmares about them and she still feared that her bite would end up turning her into one of those monsters. Jessica told herself that the minute she felt herself turn, she would kill herself. It took a lot of thought to come to that conclusion, but that is what she had to do to protect the other people and their families living in the settlement.

She couldn't help but laugh when the dogs began to climb over Nellie and were even laying on her. The smaller ones were crowding by her face and giving her slobbish licks, "If that immune kid thinks she's invincible, then she's got another thing coming. She wouldn't even be here if Tommy wasn't Joel's baby brother," Jessica retorted. She, like the others, had respect for Tommy and his wife, Maria. They were the ones who created and ran the settlement and they ensured that no clickers would kill the people living within the settlement. They were trying so hard to rebuild humanity and there was no way that Jessica could hate them. If they had not taken her in, she would've been killed off by the clickers. "Speaking of Joel, don't you find him to be a little handsome? He's probably around your age or a little bit older. I think he's single, so you might have a chance with him." she joked.
Imagine that instead of clickers and infected, the world had been taken over by little German Shepard puppies.

Oh and just so you know I'm driving down to Florida tomorrow and friday to help my sister move into college so replies might be a little slow until I get there. I'll try to reply once more tonight and /maybe/ tomorrow morning before I leave.
I'm kind of excited knowing that Lily and Ame will eventually become a couple. I am a lesbian myself and roleplaying fxf rather than fxm is rather thrilling to me lol
