Hi there,
I'm really craving a new one on one story set in a medieval fantasy world of our own creation. Specifically I'd like it to be a mix between the world of the Witcher games/books and the Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice and Fire world. It would be dark, gritty and often deadly, there would be horrible creatures that lurk in the dark wilderness and equally horrible people ruling in the courts across the lands. Magic would exist but would be used sparingly, no mages shooting fireballs and lightning bolts at each other or anything like that, it would mostly be in the form of curses and protection charms having a more passive effect. I would rather stick to humans being the only sentient race, or at least the vast, vast majority; if we include other sentient races they would be very rare. Everything else we can discuss and decide together.
Now, onto what I'm looking for in a partner. I'd like this to be an advanced roleplay, so around 4 paragraphs or more is what I stick to, I'd like you to be around the same. I'd like a partner who will carry the story forward and not just react to everything I've said in the previous post. I can usually post on any weekday but I'm busy at the weekends so I don't post then; I'm happy if my partner posts at least a few times a week but I understand that everyone has their own lives to be getting on with. I'm open to having romance in this story if the character I'm playing opposite is female (I prefer to play male). This game will have graphic violence, sexual content and disturbing scenes so please be 18+.
If you're interested please PM, I find it easier to keep track of than threads. I would also like to write the story via PMs for the the same reason.
Anyway, I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully we can create an interesting story together.

Count me in, I really like the sound of this one. I don't mind playing more than one character or else having multiple jobs on one character. I'd say swordsman wouldn't need to be a singular role, you can have a character who is skilled with a sword but also has a technical job on the ship. Just an idea.
Sadly I've not heard from anyone. I think we'll have to assume that they're no longer interested in this game. So as of right now it's no longer active.

Unfortunately I think it's safe to say that Gowia is no longer taking part in this game. I sent him a message and I've had no reply for days now. It doesn't seem he's been active on here for some time. When our characters embark on their raid I'll have to write his character out. I'll leave it open ended so that if his absence is only a temporary thing he can write himself back in. But as of right now, he's no longer part of the group it seems.

Just go ahead and post when you're ready Dervish, I'll try and get in touch with Gowia. It's not the end of the world if the posting order changes.
We'll just have to bear in mind that the rest of your character bio is on your post slightly further down. This is the first game I've hosted on the new website so I wasn't aware of the issue beforehand. You live and you learn!
I made a bit of a mess of the original OOC post, I was trying to get everyone's CS on there but it turns out there wasn't enough room in the one post. Now it won't let me edit it, which I'm told is an issue without a solution currently. We'll have to put up with it I'm afraid. I got most of them on there but unfortunately Lucian only got half of his bio in the post. Sorry Dervish!
