I'd be interested in this as well, I think I would go for a tribesmen type character. Maybe he had been serving as mercenary in one of the kings' armies or something along those lines. I could have him actually be reluctant to follow the war-like path of his fellow tribesmen and he's left the army in the hope of finding his way in the world.

Seeking Advanced 1x1 Partner

Hi there, I'd like to find one or two writing partners for some one on one games. I don't find I have enough time for group roleplays but I don't want to stop altogether. So I'm looking for some stories to keep me going. A bit about myself, I'm 24 and male. I've been roleplaying for about 9 years or so on and off and consider myself to be advanced.

I had an idea of an original setting for a story. It would be a mix of western and martial arts film styles with some fantasy added but at it's heart it'll be an adventure story. I'm open to romance being present if the opposite character is female (mine will be male). Basically we would play characters in an original world that is a mix of the old American west and China or Japan of the same or maybe slightly earlier period. There would be various super powers (for lack of a better word) that warriors in this world can use although some choose to use firearms instead of training in the martial arts related to these powers. If anyone is interested we can discuss these ideas further, I'm open to new ideas and anything you want to add so just drop me a PM and we can talk about it.

I'd like to express an interest in this game, I'm a big Lovecraft fan. I'm on my phone right now so I'll keep it brief. I'd be interested in playing the middle sibling. Will this be a modern setting?
