Outside ThaumDylan followed along as they all made their way out of Thaum, keeping silent as he tried to make sense of the evening. There was so many questions to answer, as well as a driving need to find Marcus as soon as possible. Why had they split up again? It was starting to look like something bad happened every time they split.

They picked up the pace, kept dry by the shield, but they still had to dreg through the muddy path. Finally, just when Dylan had enough, Atlas came to a sudden stop. “Are we here?” he asked, excitement creeping into his voice.
Glancing up ahead, all excitement slipped away from him as he saw the scene in front of his eyes. “That’s...that’s not...” he stammered, struggling to find an explanation that made sense. An explanation that was rational and sensible and proved that he crazy as Atlas had sounded.
