Welcome to the Revolution, comrade.

Sorry if my OP wasn't clear. Only a short time has passed since the actual bombings, roughly 36 hours. (Enough time for the citizens of The City to get adjusted to their new dystopia.)
Not surprisingly, the majority of resources (food, shelter and raw materials like iron/steel) were claimed within the first 12 hours.

I welcome any questions.

--DESCRIPTION: Griffins are dangerously protective of its young. Many wary travelers fall prey to the Griffin because they unknowingly impede on its breeding grounds during mating season - a griffin can fly for many tens of miles, so it's breeding grounds can stretch for miles as well.
The Griffin is by nature aggressive and will rip a man to shreds with its talons or worse yet, grab a man by the arms, fly into the air and drop him from great heights.

High-Fantasy RP with lots of combat?

Since time immemorial, the Arkadian Federation has been host to a great tournament held every 10 years. From every corner of the continent, warriors flock to the City of Arkadia to participate in The Great Hunt. The vast majority of these brave adventurers come from distant lands, each bringing with them unique weapons, deadly martial arts, obscure knowledge and arcane Magic.

For thousands of years, creatures known as the Fury have been ravaging and rampaging across the continent, consuming and murdering smallfolk. The Arkadian kingdom, over millennia, has grown wealthy enough to hire these warriors in order to purge the realm of beasts. This tradition of hiring private mercenaries to deal with the Fury threat was soon adopted by the Arkadian people as a festival and group hunt, that now occurs on the First day of the Harvest-Season.

Basically, this RP will involve a lot of combat between the RPers and dangerous, primal beasts referred to by the Arkadians as 'the Fury.'

Arrrr! (Golden Age of Piracy): A seafaring, naval Nation RP with pirates.

I am always up for pirates. Although I'd like to know more about what you mean by "light" fantasy, since I've seen that be used to mean everything from "basically just the middle ages with the names changed" to "has some magic and monsters". ^^;

The latter. Players will have access to and experience some magic throughout the RP, but it will be used sparingly and will not devastate whole cities or things of that nature.

Anyone else for an aquatic-themed piracy Nation RP? Light Fantasy roleplay, pirate ships + combat on the open seas is the name of the game.

Players don't necessarily have to be a pirate, they can be part of an imperial fleet, independent sailors, fishermen, etc.
