The Plot of Lost: A plane crashes on a hot island so people are always sweaty. The island has a ton of MYSTERIES, chiefly that somehow all the women still have access to razors for their armpits.

I did just remember one detail. It's to do with Cybernetics.

Cybernetics were invented just before the catastrophe and continue to be used in the City. In the Upper city cybernetics are state of the art and streamlined. Some people in the Upper City get Cybernetics to make their lives easier or for their jobs. While in the Undercity Cybernetics are ugly, cobbled together things built by unlicenced black market engineers and people only get them to compensate for injuries, so that they can keep on working.

I also remember the last time I did this roleplay, one player was a complete cyborg. A robotic body with an AI brain, but I'm not sure if I should have that in this one or not.
So I made up a roleplay a long time ago, but i can't remember all the little details. The general jist of it is this:

In the not-too-distant future a global catastrophe renders the entire world uninhabitable by humans, fortunately all of the worlds best, brightest and richest people combine their resources to have a huge floating city built, a floating pleasure palace so that they can ascend above the destruction and the human race can survive.

Their descendants make their home in the bright and vibrant Upper City. Living glamorous lives and working comfortable, high-class jobs

The workers and engineers who actually built the city were rewarded with positions in it when it rose to safety, after all without them, who would operate and maintain all of the city's factories and machines. Their descendants live in the smog filled Undercity, alongside the very machines and reactors that they maintain.

Then there is a faction of death cultists that believe the catastrophe that left the earth uninhabitable was God's Judgment on a sinful world, and that by building the floating city, humans were disobeying God's will. They snuck a sleeper cell on board the city and their descendants remain carrying out occasional small scale terrorist attacks all over the city.

So basically it's a Dystopian Cyberpunk/Sci-fi roleplay set on a giant floating city separated between a distinct Upper and Lower class
There are a butt-load of details that I've forgotten but I wanted to see if there was any interest in my bringing this back before I put any more effort into remembering or recreating this.
The alleyway murder of two of Torchwick's goons that night had not gone unnoticed. Hidden eyes watched from the shadows as a middle aged woman slit the throats of two strong healthy men and dumped their corpses in a dumpster as if it was just another day of work. As the woman turned and left the alley a white and red mask, framed by long black hair, emerged from the darkness. The light of a passing car flashed down the alleyway and briefly illuminated the figure's foreign clothes and glinted dully off of the black glass-like sword she clutched in one hand.

Inari approached the dumpster and lifted the lid, giving the bodies a brief glance before looking in the direction the woman had gone. Strange... She thought, letting the lid close once again and releasing her hold on her sword, which shattered into Dust as it left her hand. She turned towards the wall and jumped, traversing up the wall to the rooftop in three leaps. Once there she made her way deeper into the city of Vale until she found a rooftop from which she could see Beacon high above. As she stood there, looking out over Vale and the old Hunter Academy, she thought about what she had seen that night. "Things are beginning to move in this city..." She mused out loud, running a finger along the edge of her mask. I must learn more. She finished, in her thoughts.

Would it be cool for Silme and Inari to know each other through the White Fang, if only by name. She'd be understandably surprised to find him alive, since last she heard if him was getting blown up on a schnee freighter.

Sure, no problem. I post next time I'm on though, as I'm on Australian Eastern Standard Time and it's three in the morning here. Long story short, I'm off to bed.
---Character Bio---

Name: Inari
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Race: Faunus (black fox)

Appearance:

Personality:
Inari is always gentle towards her fellow Faunus, however her two greatest hatreds in the world are Humans and Grimm. She despises the Grimm and wants nothing more that to wipe out every single one of them and anything associated with them. As for Humans, she considers them all to be untrustworthy bigots and would rather work alone than fight alongside one, unless absolutely necessary. Some humans may be nice people but, as far as she is concerned, none of them can be trusted until they prove to her otherwise.

Background:
Inari was born in Menagerie, under a different name, and experienced the discrimination of humans directly as she grew up alone on the streets. Even in the aftermath of the Faunus Rights Revolution, Humans living in and around Menagerie still made life for Faunus unpleasant. This came to a head when one evening in her early adolescence when she came across a group of drunk humans who were looking for trouble. She was passing by in a hurry and accidently ran into one of them, something they took personally. The humans decided to remind the insolent little Faunus of her place in a way that she would never forget. They carved four diagonal scars down her pretty little face, giving her the appearance of having been attacked by a clawed beast, and her fear, hatred and distrust of humans was born.

Inari spent the next few years hiding away from the world until she was found one day, in a back alley by a member of the White Fang. When he saw her scars he took her under his wing and introduced her into a life of rebellion against human cruelty. She donned a mask to hide her scarred face and discarded her previous name, instead choosing to call herself Inari, after a character from a street play she once saw as a child.

Over the next few years Inari would lose many of her White Fang comrades to the Grimm and she developed a hatred of them that rivaled her hatred of humans. So imagine her woe when she discovered that, not only had the White Fang allied with a human named Roman Torchwick, but that his plan involved the Grimm. Ordered by her superiors to assist in Torchwick's plans, she did so under protest, and witnessed the man's callous attitude toward the Faunus under his command. Torchwick became a center point for Inari's hatred and, in the aftermath of the Breach, while most of the White Fang rallied around Adam Taurus, Inari struck out on her own, planning to undermine Torchwick in any way she could.

Affiliation: Loner/White Fang

Weapon:
Shrouded Glass: Inari uses Fire and Earth Dust, woven into the fabric of her clothing, to create weapons made of diamond hard Obsidian. She crafts the black glass-like mineral into bladed weapons such as swords, daggers and throwing knives.

Fighting style: When fighting with a sword weapon, Inari uses the Kenjutsu fighting style, confronting her opponents with graceful swordplay. When wielding smaller blades like daggers or knives she falls back on a more agile fighting style of ninjutsu.

Semblance:
Gravity Manipulation: Inari is able to effect the direction of gravitational pull upon herself, allowing her to stand and walk on vertical and even upside down surfaces.

A fascinating concept. Definately interested.
