Legendary powers: Lucas's mantle as Beast of the Sea bequethes him with a few blessings; the ability to walk on water as though it were solid land, to withstand the pressure of the ocean depths, and to hold his breath for hours on end beneath the waves. At all times he is aware of the general direction of the Avatars of Moltress, Articuno, and Zapados, and a general idea of their state of wellbeing.

Appearance: Since his merge with Lugia, Lucas his tried to mimic his predecessor, whether out of respect or wholly believing himself to be the legitimate item, wearing clothing that greatly let him resemble the Beast of the Sea. His once brown hair has turned ivory and grown to an almost femine length, though Lucas seems to not notice or care.
Personality:
"No man, nor Arceus himself, can tell you what you should do. Only what you can do." Lucas is peaceful, disciplined, kind, yet somewhat detached from the day to day of regular life. As an Avatar, he seems to take his new abilities and gifts with a significant grain of salt and seems to wholly believe he must step into the role of who he is now, rather than who he was. With Lugia came its wisdom, which Lucas will disperse with quiet serenity. He remains the last person to judge until one's decisions put others at stake, and emphasises on giving humans choices, for good or ill, rather than outright their problems.
Lucas will often try to solve his own problems with words first, and powers a distant second, typically resorting to violence only as a last resort. With his fellow legendaries, he takes a more firm hand and often acts as the "the older brother who will nudge you back into place if you act up and tell you to knock it off," though he offers the same quiet serenity and ear to them as he would any other.
One quirk that sets the legendary apart is the quiet, whispered conversation he haves with himself at times, especially during stressful situations. The avatar barely seems to be aware that he himself is doing, and it always seems as though one side of the conversation is left out.

Backstory:
"We each have a story. Yours is yours, mine is mine. Every author thinks himself the greatest, but that doesn't make him any less important."Born and raised in the coastal town of Olivine City, Lucas and his family were fishermen and lived on a boat in the marina. Much of his childhood was spent playing with his siblings on the docks of the city and out at sea with his father, searching for the day's catch.
The boy never showed any real interest in becoming a pokemon anything. While he and his family used them in their buisiness, Lucas never partook or even desired to own a pokemon of his own. His passions thrived more in sailing and diving, and the boy seemed more content miles from the shore than he did with his feet on land. It was expected by all that he and his younger brothers would take over their father's enterprise and grow into a fishing empire. The Power Plague did little to hurt their buisiness, and all seemed as it would return to normal.
Lucas quietly vanished from his home one storm night, and has never been seen since.
