Farran

Name: Farran Abohon

Appearance:

Personality: Farran can be described as a liberal man who is honest and generally in a calm mood and good mannered, all while maintaining the attitude of a realist. He can also sometimes become ill tempered, especially if he is dealing with someone who insults his friends, family, or anyone else that is close to him. He does, however, live with one Libertarian world view in that if you "don't mess with [him], [he] won't mess with you."

History: A native hailing from Vale, Farran didn't have the best childhood, especially when compared to all the other people at the academy. To be blunt, he was a criminal for five years, stopping once he had enough of the lifestyle he lived. He had chosen the life of a criminal over what life he had before, which in all honesty wasn't that much better. At the tender age of eight, he had ran away, hoping to get as far away as he could. For a long time, he had resorted to robbing people of their valuables and currency. Sure, he could have had a better life, but to him? There was no choice to him.

Soon after he had collected enough, he had set his sights on going to Signal Academy to learn more about combat than he already had. Going there was... interesting to say the least. He didn't have too many friends, but he didn't have too few friends either. His skill with his cane was rather impressive to say the least, especially when using his semblance. After his time there was over, he had chosen to try to get into Illuminate Academy. He did make it, but he could have done so much better if he had actually tried to improve his skills over the time he had before the exam. Anyway, he is here and now, ready to do whatever, all while hoping no one learns about what he had done before he came to any of the academies.

Weapon:(Please put in a description as well as any images) His choice of weapon is rather simple, he chooses to use a cane which he has yet to give a name. What does this cane do? Bludgeons things and changes into what is essentially a shotgun. The cane itself is capable of firing multiple shots in quick succession, up to eight at most. As for its appearance, there is nothing to special about it. Just a gray cane with a curved handle that stands at thirty eight inches.

Semblance: "Motion Mimicry" is a Semblance that allows the user to remember an action done by someone and replicate the action perfectly whenever they need to use it.

The Semblance works by looking at the action being done, recording the movement and flow of the Aura within the person as they move, creating a imprint of that into the user's mind. Then whenever the user wants to replicate that action, they call on that imprint allowing the user to perfectly mimic what was done.

The weakness of this Semblance is that it cannot for example, be used to record fighting moves on videos or on non-organic beings because the user cannot read the flow of the Aura. In addition, the user can only "store" a limited number of mimicked actions (which is gradually forgotten over time), otherwise causing great mental stress as well as not being able to replicate the use of other user's Semblances. When using the Semblance, the amount of Aura needed to mimic depends on how complicated the action is to record.

Dust:(Do they use it? If so what kinds?) Yes, he uses it as ammunition for his cane. Any that he can get on his hands on, he isn't picky.

Farran frowned as he read the letter for the eighth time. Was this real? Had he really been accepted? He sighed before he shifted into the form of a cheetah, hurrying to the meeting point. Sure, he could shift into something like a raven and head straight to the academy, but he'd prefer to see who would be at the meeting point and meet this 'Arkan' first. Hopefully, he would be the last to arrive.
