As the group crowded into the hospital room, Sebastian became aware of the presence of a large amount of supernaturals. This was probably the most concentrated group of inhuman beings he had ever had the misfortune to encounter, and a deep panic began to rise in his throat.

He quelled the fear, forcing himself to remain calm as a new figure entered the room. Zoe was a figure Sebastian vaguely recognized, however all thoughts of her human identity vanished as she released a primal roar that silenced the room, demanding all attention.

A hard lump formed in the Siren's throat as he immediately recognized the call of an Alpha, forcing the other Weres into submission. While Sebastian had never directly encountered an Alpha before, he knew exactly what she was the instant her eyes flashed a sickly blood red.

Cassie began babbling about her demands to be informed of the current situation, drawing most of the attention to herself as Sebastian slowly edged towards Syleste, the only other non-Were in the room. Being in the center of a foreign pack was probably one of the most dangerous places any creature could be. Their combined power and savagery was unparalleled, as well as their ability to detect outsiders. Sebastian lost any faith in the bonds he had forged with the new-born Weres before they had been turned, knowing that the demands of an Alpha were quite difficult to refuse.

As Cassie quieted, Sebastian stopped himself, forcing his breathing to slow, attempting to calm his heart rate before Zoe heard it, assuming she hadn't already. You don't know what she wants. She might not even know what you are. She probably has no interest in you. Don't give her any reason to gain some. Fear and panic clouded out most rational thought in the face of other supernaturals, however the calming presence of his friends was enough to keep him from acting in any rash way.

@Jangel13 Hey, I'm really sorry but I've been so sick this past week. Is it okay if I don't post for a couple days? Really Skubli isn't gonna approach a crowd and any post would probably just be him thinking alone. If you want me to I can go ahead and post though.

Skubli spent a few more minutes attempting to remove a couple more of the odd rocks from the walls, however, it was a fruitless effort. They remained fused inside the wall, unwilling to relent from their position within in the stone.

The small goblin collected the three rocks he had managed to remove from the wall and moved over towards the larger room of the alcove. Skubli slid one of the rocks into a crevice in the wall, hiding it securely. He took the other two with him outside of the alcove, intending to keep one and show the other to Grandpa.

The main room of the cave was live with activity; brothers Zectoll and Lomen battled ferociously in their "mock hunt" as many other goblins watched from the sidelines. A goblin with an odd form that Skubli didn't recognize dueled with an invisible opponent, thrusting their staff into the air again and again in a stabbing motion.

Intimidated by the conflict, Skubli hugged the cave wall, passing by the crowds undetected, slowly sneaking up behind Grandpa. The runt reached out and tugged gently on the older Goblin's cloak, gaining his attention as he offered up the odd rock he had found in the wall.

"Grandpa, I found this strange rock," He stated, unwilling to reveal the location of where he had discovered it for fear of the other Goblins wanting into his alcove. "It's very hard, maybe unbreakable. What is it?"

Sorry! I just got home about ten minutes ago! I was out of town at a retreat in the woods and there was like zero connection anywhere. They had walkie talkies and landlines for emergencies. Working on a post right now!
