SORRY TO EVERYONE FOR DISAPPEARING!

Used to be pretty active ~6 months ago, might be coming back...

Name is Zorogami, but you can call me Zoro. I really enjoy Rping, although it used be an on and off thing until I finally joined the Guild. Since then, I've been lucky enough to meet very friendly and cool people here as well as take part in various interesting RPs. As for settings, I enjoy fantasy and sci-fi worlds the most, but i´m always looking to try out new stuff as well. I like character-driven plots with lots of freedom, since those settings allow for a ton of possibilities in the story. I'm testing the 1x1 RP waters as well, so feel free to hit me up with any ideas if you want!

I guess that's it for now, Maybe I'll see you around?

Eusine - Galloway, close to the cemetery

The little group that had formed kept running towards the direction of the cemetery. As they came closer, they passed more and more people running the the opposing direction. Whatever was happening, the townfolk were scared, most of them looked pale and lost. Was it the beastmen? If so, what were they trying to accomplish at the cemetery? The whole thing did not sound right. Whatever it was, Eusine told himself to be careful.

Eventually, the man in front of him slowed his paces, a group had gathered in front of them. Eusine slowed down as well, still trying to get a look at what was actually happening, but to no avail. He came closer to the man who had been running in front of him, who was now talking to someone who looked like a guard. Eusine managed to hear the last few words he spoke "...dead rising from their grave, unable to be shaken...the more of us that fall, the more of them rise and apparently they reanimate when they've been struck down!" The news surprised Eusine. His brothers and master had taught him a few things about necromancy, a powerful, but corrupt power, allowing some to raise the dead and command them to do their bidding. If that was truly what was happening here, some evil powerful force had to be close-by.

An important looking guy started shouting commands shortly after, instructing his man to keep the undead at bay as much as possible. Eusine looked around, and finally managed to get a look at a mob of undead. They looked like regular people, expect for the fact that they were already decomposing, some more and some less. They had definitely been raised from the local graveyard, Eusine was sure of it. A cry grabbed Eusine's attention, and the man in front of him seemed to have noticed as well. He suddenly tried to get past the guards, losing two arrows at something. Eusine didn't understand what was happening, but the desperation in the man's actions moved him to act as well. He tried to get past the guards as well, pushing them away witht the other man.

The wall of people eventually broke apart, enough for the man to run past, followed by Eusine right behind man. When he finally realized what was happening, Eusine's heart skipped a beat. The man took out one of the undead, but it was too late. He kneeled down, and closed the dead boy's eyes. Eusine was not the type to get angry easily, but what just happened was enough to make even the calmest monk's blood boil. A boy had been killed, and whoever was resposible, Eusine would find him and make him pay for it.

He suddenly realized that the undead were gathering all around them. Tightly grabbing his staff, he prepared to channel his anger at the mob around him. The man was getting up as well, sword still in hand. "Warrior" Eusine shouted as he turned his back at the man. "It seems we are both surrounded. I suggest we each take care of one side, keeping each other's back save." Eusine didn't wait for an answer, as the undead were already uncomfortably close. The staff in his hand lashed out, knocking two from their feet. As they lay on the ground, Eusine followed up with a kick and a smash of his wooden staff. The impact was enough to break the undead's skull.

He glanced up. The fight had just started, and the night was far from over. Eusine started swinging around his staff.
KYL-9XX / Mitis Forest / Battle of the Clearing

The group dispatched the little force of demons rather quickly. Kyle was once again impressed by the power of his comrades, each of them exceling in their own way. Wrath was very able with his sword, slashing anything that even tried to come close. Kosara was a wild and agile fighter, unleashing one barrage of arrows after the other in quick succession. His gatling gun made quick work of the demons attacking him as well; it seemed like they were more a means of distraction than actual danger.

The party opposing them was getting ready for a full-blown attack. The Gorgon picked up its sword, gave a few quick words, and stood still a few feet in front of them. Her appearance was imposing, a declaration that anyone attacking her would need to be careful. The half-demon was setting up something as well, once again summoning a small army of demon forces. The fiends quickly split up and attacked each of the Charred Council's agents. Kosara was coming Kyle's way, apparently wanting to use him for cover. There were for demons coming his way, and other were about to attack Kosara from behind. He decided to move in front of her to save her from the ambush.

His thrusters started up, allowing him to swiftly close the distance between him and his ally. Meanwhile, his gatling gun took aim and fired at the demons, one after the other, making sure none got away in the midst of battle. As Kosara moved behind him, Kyle switched to his Rhino module, and shot two quick rockets at the half-demon.

If they wanted to win this fight, they would need to focus less on the underlings, and beat their actual two opponents.
"Huh...maybe it does not understand me?" Leon thought, as the Gible's only response was a curious look. He didn't appear to have a trainer, otherwise he would have known what Leon was asking. Then where had the sandwich come from? The whole thing was rather confusing.

"Say Gible, what are you doing here?" He tried again, occasionally glancing at Emma, trying to read her reactions...to no avail.

Shux - Somewhere on the streets of Maceron

The day was not at all going as expected. Shux was walking through the streets of Maceron, his head down, in his thoughts cursing the wights for causing him this much trouble. Today was supposed to be a good day, one that would have made him even richer than he already was. The reason he had arrived in Maceron a week ago was simple: his newest concerto was supposed to premiere in the city. Shux had composed 12 brand-new songs and melodies that were sure to make the ladies’ hearts melt and the coins come rolling in. However, the city had been put into a state of alarm, and as a measure to prevent any incidents, major gatherings had been cancelled…which meant his concerto was not going to premiere today. Or at all for that matter.

The Satyr could not remember the last time he had been this upset. Life was usually fun for the laid-back, little-caring Bard, but having his concerto cancelled was too much. What was he supposed to do now? He had little interest in staying in Maceron, on the other hand, he had no plans to speak of. Shux was supposed to be performing for the next month in this city, a plan that did not look like it would pan out. I need a drink; he thought to himself, being this angry caused his throat to dry up. A nice cup of wine might lighten his mood, although he would need a lot of it to improve his view on the current state of affairs. Shux recalled the location of a tavern nearby. Nothing fancy, as far as he could remember, but it would get the job done.

A few streets later he finally arrived at the Unicorn’s Respite. It didn’t appear to have changed much, but as long as they had some wine, Shux was not going to complain. The Satyr entered the little building, and was greeted by the usual noise and smell that one encountered in places like this. He hoped to go unrecognized, as his current mood was not the best to deal with annoying fans. All he wanted was some alcohol and time alone. He decided to sit down at the counter, and proceeded to order a whole bottle and a cup. Their selection was limited, and they did not carry his favorite vintage, but oh well. As he poured his first cup, the Bard took a look around, observing the patrons that had gathered.

Most of them were simple peasants and travelers, although there were numerous people that looked like warriors. Probably came to Maceron to fight the wights, hoping to make a name for themselves and looking to be rewarded for their heroic deeds. How pathetic. Shux chuckled to himself at the irony of life. While others risked their life for gold and country, he got to sit in a comfortable chair, write about all these deeds without being ever in danger himself, and the money he made from his songs was more than any treasure one of these “heroes” could ever hope to find or earn. Oh well, not everyone got to be as lucky as him.

When Shux emptied his 4th cup, his mood started to get slightly better. His concerto would have to wait, but why not enjoy himself in the meantime? In times like these, people tended to try and forget their troubles with drinks and songs, a solution that didn’t even sound half that bad. His train of thought was interrupted as an agitated human entered the tavern.

"Everyone, the statue of the king has come to life! And the knights are fighting the wights! You have to come and see, help...run, quick!"

The annoucement brought a lot of commotion with it. The travelling knights packed their stuff and ran off, some townfolk joined them as well. Shux glanced at the bottle, it was about one third full. He sighed, unsure if he wanted to follow the pack and spectate or stay here and enjoy the quiet.

@MaxxIm very sorry for not posting yet, and instead of coming up with a lame-ass excuse, I'll get to writing.
Many apologies, really
Brian was getting annoyed once again. He was not usually like this, but the circumstances were bringing the worst out of him. His plan had been to be there before everyone else, that way he could check out the new gadgets and talk to Aya in peace. First, Avary had managed to beat him to the lab, but that he could live with. One more person wouldn't matter much...

But then this other boy showed up out of nowhere, someone Brian didn't really recognize. Was he a new recruit? Who cared, the fact was he was now disturbing his intentions as well. Three were definitely a crowd, and Brian did not enjoys crowd's when it came to testing new toys. However, Aya was starting to showcase the new gadgets, so the agent tried to push his dark thoughts away and focus on the matter at hand.

All of the things Aya showed them were very nice, each in their own way. The more flashy ones were the saw and the sword, but Brian was fond of the less cool, but arguably more useful gadgets. The goggles especially sounded like they could be extremly helpful. They could allow him to see through bombs and machinery at will, without having to take them apart.

"Hey, uhm, Aya, can I ask you a thing or two about those glasses?" He hope that talking to her would get him away from the other two agents for a short while...
