"Callan, you know things aren't fair... there is no point in constantly bringing it up." Cadence said but he quickly shut up when Callan looked over her shoulder glaring at him. The blonde traced her father's name slowly, and then turned around moving away from everyone and down the steps of the Justice Building. There was a small sign that pointed the way towards the Victors' Village and Cal began heading in that direction wanting to be alone.

"I swear to everyone, if she doesn't calm down I'm going to force feed her some medicine." Cadence snarled watching his mentee walk away by herself. "She's allowed one kid, because I don't think I could deal with her like this for another one." The sky seemed only make the metal plated buildings brighter than they actually were. The sun shone brightly down on them, and Callan began kicking a small pebble as she walked well in front of everyone.

Every so often someone would peer out of their shop or home at the eldest twin but wouldn't say a thing, just a quick glance at the most.
"Well if you can't give to other districts then you guys should limit what you actually use," Callan said roughly, "I hate the career districts." The blonde glanced over to her sister and began heading towards the justice building. The walk seemed to take forever since Callan was set on seeing the Tribute wall and not looking around at the lavish buildings.

Once they reached the wall, Callan counted back enough names for 18 years worth of tributes and there is was - Calvin Morose. The older twin seemed to freeze where she was and just stood staring at the name and the blank space above it where their mother's name will eventually be carved. "It's not fair..." Cal whispered under her breath, her hand instinctively going to her stomach. She only had to deal with this stupid tour for two more days and then she'd be on her way to Seven to give her child the best life she possibly could.
Callan felt the gentle lurch of the train and she sighed to herself and stretched out her legs before easing herself to her feet. "Well I guess we should get off this train and head out." She said holding her hand out for Silver to take and stand up.

There was a momentary pause and Cadence walked over and gave Cal a one armed hug before kissing the side of her head. "It'll be alright, Cal. You'll see." He said is barely above a whisper knowing how emotional Callan got now of days over the littlest things.

As they made their way off the train, Callan looked around the lavish train station. "Ridiculous. You all are living like this and people from Five and on are practically starving..." She muttered but she was sure someone would have heard her since she didn't try to hide it.

Off in the distance, Callan spied the top of the Careers Center and her whole disposition changed. If they had been able to stay in One she and Silver would have went there... Trained, perhaps even volunteered.
I start having an idea and by the time I go to write it down I've lost it
:) glad to hear it. I have like 2 sentences written in a word doc but I'm just... You know blank.
I'm okay, I just can't think right now. I'm drawing a blank on everything D:

How are you?
Callan had opened her mouth to ask her mother a question but Silver managed to speak first and it wasn't a question she had been expecting her sister to ask. "What? They're still alive?" Callan asked suddenly a bit more interested in One than she had been moments ago. "I at least want to go by there now." She said leaning on the arm of the chair. "But I do have a few questions... One, why are my feet starting to hurt already? Two, can we get something to eat? And three, do I have to wear that ugly orange dress to the President's ball?" She asked thinking ahead a few days hoping to get back to Seven as soon as possible.

Cadence entered the car, squeezing past Asteria and walking over to Callan handing her a few vitamins and some water. She took them and thanked her mentor softly, knowing her hormones had been getting out of control recently and she had been tearing the people trying to help her new ones any time they even mildly irritated her.

After taking her pills, Callan looked down at her glass, "I heard there's a wall where all the fallen One tribute's names are carved. If that's true... Can we go by there?"
"No. I stopped wondering about that. There's no point in thinking about what if when other things have happened." Callan said as she stared at the district where they were born. "It does look like a little miniature version of the captial. That makes it horrible." The blonde said with a sneer and moved over to her chair and sat down with her hand on her stomach, flipping through pictures on her phone.

She had been waiting for Carver to call her back since they left three, she had missed him twice in the last few days but she needed to ask him if it was still alright if she moved in with him. "I'm ready to leave here already. Do I have to get off this train?"
The next few days seemed to drag on but as they approached District One Callan seemed to be more on edge than ever before. It got so bad that Cadence had began to steer clear of Cal at all possible moments.

"Silver.." Callan whispered as she sat in a chair by the window staring out at the vastly changing environment. "Silver, there it is." She said getting up and placing her forehead against the window. One was extravagent, it was much different than any other district they visited. "You'll fit right in here, Silver. Everything seemed to be plated in some sort of medal."
Yes, please.
