Hey, everyone! My name is Delta/V. I actually joined the Roleplayer Guild a while back and was semi-active around the casual roleplay section for a few months. However, I ended up away for a while afterwards, over which time apparently the forum had to be rebuilt from the ground up again. Since then, I idly remembered the forum a few times (It was sitting in my bookmarks for all of winter) and tried to log back in, not realizing that accounts had been wiped, but I wasn't interested enough to look at the news and figure out why my login credentials weren't working.
Eventually (About ten minutes ago), I actually did look at the news and found out that the site had been rebuilt while I was gone. After that, I re-registered, and here I am now.
Anyways, as for myself. I've been partaking in forum-based roleplaying for a good few years at this point, though I shudder from embarrassment when I I think about my first few RP posts. I used to also partake in some roleplaying on Minecraft servers in the earlier parts of those few years, but I've drifted away from that in the last year or so. Most of my experience roleplaying was on a hardcore nation RP forum that was a bit like the Nation Roleplay section here, but on a larger scale, but now that always-small site has sadly died from moderator corruption, so here I am.
As far as more personal things go, my favorite color is red, my favorite movie is Gravity, my favorite games are Europa Universalis IV and The Last of Us, and my favorite food is chicken wings. That said, I'm sure most of you are skimming at this point and I'm not trying to write a manifesto, so I'll end this introduction here.
Also, one question: Is there a 'preview post' button? Because if not, that would be really useful for making sure one gets their syntax correct.
