Name: Ariah Acrana
Aliases: Silver Star, Glaive Reaver
Titles: N/A
Age: 22
Place of Origin: Kingdom of Nakha, Village of Nirakhrin
Kingdom: Currently unaligned but sympathetic to the Kingdom of Wresta
Gender: Male
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Black
Day To Day Attire: When on business or expecting danger it's not unusual for Ariah to wear his light weight armor as it doesn't bear down heavy on his shoulders and tax him by wearing it. Though when not looking for trouble he often takes to wearing silk garments, that tend to follow the same pattern as his armor with their knee high tails and form fitting smooth chest pieces.
Strengths:- Dexterous and Agile - Quick on his feet, fast to react, and ready to keep practicing the agile arts to strive for even greater feats.
- Whiplash? Never Heard of Her - Ariah moves fast and through the years he's grown accustom to the feel of rushing wind and the rattle of resistance on his body growing damn near immune to it.
- Snap Decisions - When one moves fast, they need the mind to match. Ariah has one such mind, thinking fast and reacting equally fast.
Weaknesses:- Fast, not Strong - Ariah has a style and that style does not revolve around bulging muscles and over powering foes. This in turn leaves him a tad lacking in the raw strength department.
- Low Constitution - Fast on his feet means he's likely to dodge, duck, dip, and weave out of harms way each and every time some nasty comes his way. This also means that when something does make contact it hit a lot harder than it would compared to another warrior.
Joyous * Caring * Laid Back * Daring
Sexuality: Straight
Relationship Status: Single
Personality: Ariah is many things, but deep down inside he has dedicated himself to not only caring about himself, but those he cares about. In fact that's a majority of his motivation in the world, because as scary as reality may be, as dangerous as it may be, he knows that as long as the ones he cares for are safe and know that there are things in the world worth smiling for. Then he's happy and that lets him live on and enjoy taking the world by the horns and taunting it to try and bring him down.
The same goes for the other side of his personality. When the shit hits the fan and you need to tuck your smile away, he keeps his joy and loyalty at the forefront of his mind, instead of fighting with rage and hate, he fights with hope and will power. Knowing that when the battle is over and he's still standing he'll have a life that's worth living as it isn't tainted by distrust, hate, envy, and rage that so many warriors embrace in battle.

- Artifact Glaives: Argeance and Umbra are Ariah's twin glaives. Passed down from generation to generation these weapons' true origin have been lost to the ages. One thing is certain though. They are magical artifacts, though their potential has yet to be unlocked for as long as history can tell.
Parents: - Mother (Larah) - Alive and living in Nirakhrin as one of the village's healers. Enjoying a simple, yet peaceful life taking care of the sick and wounded. Ariah holds a good relationship with her and often writes back just to check in and see how she's holding up.
- Father (Kanar) - Deceased, slain in the war against Sheolan fighting for Wresta. Ariah is burdened by his father's untimely passing and his death has given him a dislike for Sheolan.
Siblings: Younger Sister (Aria) - Ariah's younger sister, Aria is staying with their mother in Nirakhrin. Apprenticing under her as a healer in training. Much like his mother Ariah holds a good relationship with her.
Childhood: Ariah was born and raised in his hometown of Nirakhrin to a loving and caring family of Larah and Kanar. Larah was a healer by trade and Kanar was a soldier posted in the village to defend it from monsters and bandits. It was a simple life, but damn did it make him happy. While growing up Ariah had a habit of running around and 'flying' through the fields like he was a gust of wind in the skies. It was a childish fantasy, but one that guided and shaped him.
Before long as the years rolled by and Ariah was old enough to begin his studies in the arcane arts he took to them. His method being that of the Somatic School, but heading into the sub division of Displacement, using it as his way of becoming one with the wind. Before long and after picking it up like a nature he couldn't be kept still without being tied up! Like a blur or streak of wind Ariah was perfecting his art through dashing and flying all around the village. For being so young this of course got him in trouble more times than should be acceptable and that in turn caused his father to take action. While still learning the healing arts from his mother, his father taught him how to put that speed to use in defending the town.
Picking up a twin set of glaives Ariah was taught first hand by his father on how to use them. Again he proved to not only be a natural, but to even surpass his father. Of course with his dad guiding him he used this uncanny talent for good and honor he made use of his personal blades to help around town, even using them to instead of fighting, to dash through the fields of wheat and be a living cutting wind. While unorthodox, it let him help and enjoy the sound of whooshing wind rushing past his young ears.
Adulthood: When Ariah became a man he was well versed in his magic as well as his glaives. That let him assist his father in defending the city, fighting beside him against monsters and bandits. Between the shifts on guard of the town he'd continue to advance his arcane knowledge learning as much as he could from the nation of magic as it seemed to be a conduit for wonders!
However, as time went on and Ariah turned 19 his father went off to serve Wresta when Sheolan drew the world into war. He said that the dishonor and injustice of a regicide could not go unpunished and that Zeph Tenebris' must end. With his father away Ariah had to step up and lead the defense of the town. His skill made it an easy job, but it kept him from knowing more about the world around him. He was stuck here in the village as his father fought a war. This let Ariah work with the fellow villages training and building a defense force so that one day he'd be able to leave and set out on his own quest. To embrace the freedom of an aimless life while he waited for his father to come back. Yet he was not to return from that war as before the year was out a letter was brought to the Acrana residence. On it bore news of Kanar's fate.
As cruel as his passing was, life had to carry on and as Larah and Aria stayed within the village to assist it, Ariah returned to training a defense force of the town. Yet no matter what happened the void left by his father's untimely death. It broke his family apart and while they stuck together all they could ever wish for was to see him returned save and sound. Before long the militia was ready and Ariah had his chance. Saying good by to his family he set out into the wild world to seek out adventure and legends.
One such legend he learned of while traveling through Wresta. It told of a relic, ancient, old, and powerful. Said to grant a wish to anybody who seeks out it's power. This was his chance to find the relic and make his wish...
Special Moments: One truly special moment in Ariah's life was when he learned his first spell. It's the one he uses the most to this day and will do so until the day he dies, Displacement.
Another special moment in his life was when he received his personal glaives, Argeance and Umbra. These twin tri-bladed glaives were made strong, and light, perfect for a fast and light fighter. Given to him by his father and told they were ancient things with potential beyond what anybody has been able to find. Having belonged to an
of the village and passed down generation after generation until they reached his possession. They are some of his most valuable possessions.
Current Events: Ariah had started to travel the world, using his skills, talents, and magic for honor. Seeking out legends and leads for not only adventures and to unlock the secrets of his glaives, but also for a way to reunite his family. That is where he found about the relic and it's wish granting powers. That power could be his one chance to bring his father back.
