Techniques

Pirouette Strike- Using the DF ability to spin herself at high speeds, Dawn bridges the gap between herself and her opponent and tries to land a spinning heel drop on them.

Hysterical Slap- Spinning herself, Dawn aims a barrage of slaps at her attackers.

Knife Work- Spinning a knife in her hand, Dawn attempts to slash an opponent with the rotating knife.

Boomerang Knife- Spinning and throwing a knife, the knife temporarily gains the affects of a boomerang.

Double Boomerang Knife- Same as before, but with two knives.

Cyclone Wall- Her "ultimate" attack, but needs a lot of setup to pull off. By rotating and throwing a barrage of knives at her opponent, Dawn follows it up with a rotating double roundhouse kick.

Personality
Speaks in an elegant tone. Open-minded and straight-forward. Flirty. Doesn't understand sarcasm.

History
Dawn is the member of a dance club owned by her parents. As such, she has been dancing all of her life. When she was seventeen, she ended up eating a Devil Fruit, becoming a Rotating Woman, which has helped with her dancing. However, she actually wants to make detailed sea charts as she has an absolute love for geography. Because of this, she has determined that she wants to join a pirate crew and achieve her dream.

Super Zeroes and Stupor Villains: A Comedic Superhero RP

Superheroes and Super Villains all have their own cities to call home. For some, it's the great Metropolis. For others, it's none other than Gotham. For others still, it's Jump City.

Slant City is none of these three.

Slant City is a sprawling big city that some of the strangest and worst superheroes and super villains call home. Heroes and villains from other cities often make fun of the residents of Slant City, but how is that their business? It's not, most of the heroes and villains say.

When the worst heroes and most flawed villains all gather in one city, day in and day out sure isn't boring. If only they can survive each other's incompetence for longer than five minutes, they may be able to enjoy life in Slant City.

But that's not very possible, now is it?

Rules.

1. Pretty obviously, no godmodding/OP characters/metagaming/bunnying/you know the drill. Besides, this is a comedy RP. While fights will probably happen depending on what happens since this is largely sandbox, try to remember that the heroes and villains of this city are largely comedic and incompetent.
2. Romance is fine if it comes up, but sexual scenarios should be taken to PM.
3. Casual length, of course. At least a paragraph minimum per post.
4. You may have one hero and one villain to keep things pretty even. However, if you want something like a superhero duo or villainous duo, just bring it up to me with what you have planned and I may be flexible for you.
5. If you want a more dramatic or story-based plot arc to pop up from time to time, and have some ideas for that, don't be afraid to either PM me or bring it up in the OOC. But overly dramatic and complicated plot arcs will probably be shut down to keep the tone of the RP in tact.
6. Feel free to ask questions at any time.
7. Have fun with this. The world is your oyster.

Name: Fuuka Kisaragi

Age: 17

Grade (1st/2nd/3rd year): Third year

Disability: Currently confined to a wheelchair due to having both legs amputated.

Personality: Fuuka is an incredibly spacey, but slightly irritable student. With an extremely high love for music and dancing, she is almost always seen sporting headphones (at least until teachers force her to take them off in class). She is incredibly naive and has a limited world view, so she often says things that can annoy or hurt other people's feelings without realizing it.

She has a bit of a fiery temper and is known for only having a good mood when she's around people she finds decent or is listening to music. She's independent to a fault and constantly tries to do everything herself, not wanting to see herself as weak in any certain way. She currently has no idea about what she wants to do in life, since her one dream of dancing is basically out of the picture.

Background:

Throughout her childhood, Fuuka was known as a bully. She always wanted her way and always wanted to be the center of attention. Through primary school, she had developed a reputation for being expelled from multiple schools due to her bullying.

However, when riding in the car with her older brother, they suffered a car accident that changed Fuuka's life forever. Fuuka's older brother Takeshi was killed upon impact, but the shrapnel from the crash didn't kill Fuuka, but rather damaged her legs to the point that both had to be amputated (when riding in a car she had a bad habit of placing her feet on the passenger side dashboard).

When she was sent to Yamaku Academy, she ended up stopping her reign as a bully, but due to having no way to vent her emotions became extremely irritable and sharp-tongued. Now that she's a third year, she knows she'll have to do something with her life soon, but currently has no dreams or ambitions to turn to or speak of.

Other Info: She's openly bisexual. She wants to be a professional choreographer when she grows up, but do to being a double amputee, she currently has no dreams or ambitions in life. She used to play baseball in her younger years.
