Kalos Bound!

I'm definitely fine with keeping up with Pokemon and items!

As for anime only locations, I'm cool with leaving them out, to be honest. Kalos's anime only locations aren't that great in my opinion anyway, so I think that'd be not worth it in the long run. I'll probably have Ash's background be similar to pre-Kalos when it comes to traveling to Hoenn/Sinnoh/Unova, but I'll try to explain that well IC.

Starting in Shalor is fine! Seems like one of the easiest places to start, too!

Frida frowned when the Poison Gas began to leak towards them. Trying to hold her breath from the poisoning odor, she ended up not paying attention to a wad of sludge coming her way, but just in time, she was pushed out of the way by Mellios, the sludge missing her thanks to his intervention.

"Er, thank you!" she called out in thanks to the Gijinka who was currently running towards another being nearby. She turned back to the enemy Pokemon before taking ahold of her mane of bubbles, "Take this!" She then flung a small stream of bubbles towards two of the Grimers, but was unable to reach the third Grimer or the Muk.

Hmm, I don't know about healing in particular since it sounds a bit odd for a wound to close up just because someone's looking at it... but to substitute I'd be perfectly fine with an ability that accelerates growth (of cells). I think this'd have more uses due to it being usable on things that aren't injured. Strangely enough, accelerated growth would have a higher daily limit than actual healing... cause healing by itself just sounds bizarrely overpowered.
