Suavo isn't with the other performers backstage. He went out into the audience area to talk to Velhni, not the other way around.
Suavo

"Nothing so big. Mimira is singing on the main stage for a bit, so I'm in the sideshow tents. I'll be showing off a few tricks and pulling in some coin." He reached behind Velhni's mask and pulled out a widget, flicked it into the air and caught it again. A blink later, his hand was empty again, and the widget nowhere to be seen.
"But don't change the subject now" he continued. "We never agreed on the terms of our bet: what is at stake here, exactly? I warn you though, I'm feeling pretty confident. Watch!"

The lively little Matoran sprang out and grabbed a passer by by the hand, bringing the Ko-Matoran into their conversation.
"Just a moment, Sir,he apologised, "but I was hoping you could settle something for us. I have heard it said that when the Red Star first blessed our nation, six Toa Stones were created and given to the temple, while my friend here maintains that there was only one. You look like a knowledgeable sort of fellow, so perhaps you could give us an opinion?"

Kumanu

"By my memory it was only one" the Ko-Matoran replied thoughtfully, "Though I have also heard it said that there were three: one for each of the Great Spirit's Virtues."
Suavo

"Unguarded..." Suavo whispered under his breath. That sounded like a challenge, and the little Ba-Matoran wasn't in the habit of backing down from challenges. To be honest, his habit was to raise the stakes.

"Very well then, Velhni" he replied. "Let's make a bet, you and I. You say there's a Toa stone in the temple, but when I was young and the legend was told in Ba-Congro, we always said that there were six. So we go by the temple tonight, take a look around, and see which story is true. What do you think?"

Personally, Suavo thought that was a the best idea he'd heard this week. Sneaking into the Great Temple and seeing the mystical artefact(s) would make for an amazing story later on. The exact number of stones didn't matter hugely to him, but he'd make a deal of it with some banter and playful ribbing. All the better to add some fun and make sure no-one lost their nerve.

So, kind of like the tools that Onewa used as a Toa Metru, but more hook-shaped?
Yep. I'll change it on the picture.
Good to know.

Anyway, while I'm around, I decided to update my sig today with images for each game I'm playing.

Here is a larger version of our characters as the Toa Kongero. I realise it has already become outdated (RIP our silver-handed friend), but I thought I should throw it up anyway.
When you two do get to posting, Kumanu is there and not doing much, so he's easy for a character to come in and start interacting. Hura, Vhis, Kurava, doesn't matter, he's open.

Also, Suavo just shoved the conversation in the direction of plot, so progress there too.
Sad to see you go, Argetlam. Good luck to you as well, wherever it is you go.

Still, Kurava looks cool.
He certainly does.

While on that topic, a quick disclaimer from me: I have not read any cosmere works outside of the Mistborn series. I have very little knowledge of all of the other stuff he has written, and no doubt this will impact the way I GM this RP.

I'm tangentially aware of stuff from the other books, that there are other shards beside Ruin, Preservation and Harmony, each with their own worlds and magic systems. I'm aware that there is some background crossover stuff going on between books, and that this will probably increase over time, but I'm fuzzy on all the details since I haven't read the other books.

So, yeah. If you're expecting other worlds to play into the plot of this game or for references to be made to Stormlight and others, you'll be disappointed on that front. I do plan to read the other books eventually, and expect to enjoy them greatly when I do, but for now this will be a solely Mistborn game. I hope everybody can be OK with that, and refrain from posting spoilers.
@Adalrod You're more than welcome.
