His reactions aren't FTL. Not even close. The best feat you were able to mention was precog-dodging a Mach 1000 attack (high-end estimate) while in a space ship. There's still nothing that puts him even remotely close to FTL, even with precog. And precog dodging means he was dodging the aim of the people firing the weapon, meaning it's a Mach 2-3 feat with precog (high-end estimate, again). Any being moving Mach 10 or faster would be able to easily adapt to that, meaning precog-dodging would no longer work because he'd be unable to move his body to keep up with what he knew what was going to happen, and the faster entity could adapt to any defence he could put up.

By comparison, high-end feats for Naruto put them in the Mach 20-50 range, with Kaguya at the top of that or beyond. Meaning she's 5x faster than the highest end estimate I could possible give the Sith.

Sure, but it takes time. And Kaguya was able to achieve a similar feat instantly. Considering Sidious' limited use of TP in battle, I'd say chances are he wouldn't be able to mind control Kaguya, especially as her mental defences and powers are probably well beyond anyone Sidious ever fought besides Luke.

Probably the only Sith who has a chance here is Vitiate.

Pfffft... Vitiate. AKA: Sith Silver medalist. No matter what Bioware says or shows, he will never be as mighty as Palpatine since G-Cannon trumps EU. Sure he ate the souls of all those Sith Lords and ripped the planet they were on asunder, but that was during the time when there were many Sith, meaning that all that darkside energy wasn't fully focused upon him, just the largest concentration prior to the Baneite Sith, whom were capable of feats such as this without even trying. Sure he might have become a monster, but when comparing what Palpatine did during Dark Empire with his planetary surface/fleet wrecking force storms along with his constant draining of Byss' inhabitants over the years that enabled him to grow even higher in power; it's clear Valky won't win if the two come to blows.
@dirty slime
Again, even with Force-augmented senses, there's nothing there that would indicate he's near to lightspeed.

Precog allows them to dodge those attacks. And even if they could dodge those things in person with no precog, that's Mach 1000 at best, not even 1% of lightspeed. So really, not even close.

Both of his feats of mind control were performed over an extended period of time. Kaguya's feat was instant. Big difference. There's no indication he'd be able to replicate that level of mind-control in battle, and most of his encounters seem to show that he can't. His greatest combat TP feat is using TP to make people dizzy in combat.
His movement speed isn't FTL but his reactions are thanks to precog. And because of that he gets the Jump on characters who simply move faster than he does.

Even so, billions to trillions of sentients. Imagine all the mental prowess needed to hypnotize all those minds focused against a single target and said mental prowess can reach across several thousand lightyears, the fact that he wasn't said to be utterly strained from such feats means that it wasn't too hard for him to do, thus his TP/TK is so much more powerful than Kaguya's. And the people he used that against tended to be powerful force users themselves with significant mental defenses or he was merely toying with them.
@gun

Much to the surprise of the Mech's pilot, the shield didn't shatter from the railgun's slug, hardly budging even and the incoming holy weapon merely slowed down by a pitifully meager amount, yet the shock of the impact causes the Angel's muscles to tense, making the punch to go astray, enough for the Mech to dodge, forcing the blow to whiff and yet even a near miss like that caused a section of its armor to become uncomfortably hot due to the friction caused by the shield grinding against the plating. Gritting his teeth at having severely underestimated his opponent, the Angel suddenly lashes out with his legs, kicking himself away from the mech in order to unleash his more powerful-and draining techniques. At the very moment the fangs jockeyed into position in order to box in and fire at the holy warrior as he sails away, he spares the Fangs surrounding him a cold glare before casting a spell upon itself.

"Execute: Sonic Move."

The Fangs then unleashed their destructive light and fury upon their target, seemingly consuming him utterly in their radiance. Yet Kyrie's sensors do not lie: The Angel wasn't done yet! On the upper corner of his eyes, he catches a purple glint flashing across his Fangs, so fast that even his mech couldn't fully perceive what just happened, but he found out soon a moment later with his machine telling him that all four of the remote weapons he deployed have sustained heavy damage from a single attack, enough to make it very risky to keep flying around if he wishes to get more use out of them. As the Freedom's systems adjusts to the massively increased speed of the enemy, an abrupt and thunderous impact on the back of Kyrie's machine threatened to send it toppling, its auto-balancers and Servosystems being pushed to the utter limits of their construction just to keep it upright.
@thewizardguy

Naruto lore is often inconsistent, especially near the end. I'm 100% sure the Ten Tails had infinite power. But yeah, it's definitely contradicted later on. Also I heavily doubt cell-level regeneration was an obstacle considering the insane powers her sons had (soul removal, gravity, destruction of all things with their black chakra weapons).

Apparently Soul Removal wouldn't be enough, otherwise Hagoromo wouldn't have had to seal her away (Because that's one of the Rinnegan's ability). Consequently, she has that same power but clearly surpasses practically any Soul Eater character via feats (at least from the anime, haven't checked the manga). The others I don't know their powers.

@dirty slime Speed of light or not, she could easily catch off guards two protagonists who used instant teleportation (Minato level). I don't think he'll get the jump on Kaguya, quite the contrary they'll keep trying to surprise each other and fail miserably. The only problem is that Kaguya can kill anything in one shot (that isn't some super immortal).

As for Sora. Ok, the instant he has to cooldown one of those, he dies. Lel.

Catching a teleporter off guard is easy when you're so much faster than he can react and he's completely unaware of you're presence. Same deal with just about anyone with powers that make them "invincible" so long as they actively use it.
@dirty slime
Palpatine can't be seen by human eyes. Considering the distance, this puts him at Mach 5 at best. Lightspeed is Mach 1.000.000, just as a frame of reference.

And just because droid brains are capable of processing information at lightspeed does not mean that their vehicles are capable of reacting at that speed, nor that their information processing is superior to Anakin's Force-based intuition. Various human pilots in Star Wars have outdone droid ships, doesn't mean they have FTL reactions.

Blasters are about speed-of-sound. So deflecting that many of them is a Mach 10 feat, maximum. And that's ignoring precog. With precog it's just a Mach 2 or 3 feat, logically speaking. Again not even mildly close to lightspeed.

I'm a huge fan of the EU my friend, but we're talking a confirmed planet buster here. Even Palpatine's Force Storms don't have enough energy to do that kind of shit.

What is Force-Augmented senses? Not even that could make Anakin sense the exact location of Palpatine as he tried to kill Windu. The only reason why Windu didn't die instantly like the other Jedi with him was because of Vapaad redirecting Sidious' hate and darkside energy back towards him and that he was planning on converting Anakin to his side the moment he realized he had come.

Also, Jedi pilots routinely dodge and react to turbolaser and laser cannon fire, which have much, much faster bolts than handheld blaster weapons. Fast enough to go from orbit to surface within a handful seconds. And again, Palpatine is far superior to them.

Also, regarding TK/TP, Palpatine is far superior; Kaguya did her trick with millions, Sidious did his mindfuck with billions to trillions of sentient beings as he was able to keep everyone, everyone in Coruscant hypnotized for many months to a few years give or take into thinking that the Lusankya wasn't actually being constructed on its surface. Not to mention what he had done to Byss, turning it and his inhabitants into a massive farm of life-force for him to drain at his leisure all while the poor victims were blissfully, subtly wasting away without a care in the world.
@dirty slime I was going to respond with a lengthy post but you seem to just ignore the fact that she's invincible without a specific counter.

One touch from her and she wins. What will Palpatine do? Mind control the person who can turn illusions into reality?

Right.

As for Sora. I don't know what his endgame feats are. Pretty sure he has some dimensional people that could do something but arguably he gets one shotted too.

Nope. If she can't react fast enough to kill Palpatine before he turns her into a harmless vegetable through telekinesis, how can she take advantage of her invincibility? And that complete invincibility you say is called a No Limits Fallacy, which is HEAVILY frowned upon in debating. Instead, we utilize the most powerful thing a character has ever endured/done as the peak of their power if they can't be scaled to other characters.
@dirty slime
Palpatine is nowhere near FTL, and none of his feats would come even close to suggesting this. He's hypersonic at best, and even that's a fairly massive stretch. Don't be silly.

Palps could totally TP her to death though.

Sora would get annihilated. Not even in the same league. Not sure why people would put Sora in a fight with moon-busters, who could clearly just wave him out of existence with a wayward fart.

What's this then?

Anakin blinked and rubbed his eyes again. Maybe he was still a bit flash-blind—the Korun Master seemed to be fading in and out of existence, half swallowed by a thickening black haze in which danced a meter-long bar of sunfire. Mace pressed back the darkness with a relentless straight-ahead march; his own blade, that distinctive amethyst blaze that had been the final sight of so many evil beings across the galaxy, made a haze of its own: an oblate sphere of purple fire within which there seemed to be dozens of swords slashing in all directions at once.
The shadow he fought, that blur of speed—could that be Palpatine?
Their blades flared and flashed, crashing together with bursts of fire, weaving nets of killing energy in exchanges so fast that Anakin could not truly see them—but he could feel them in the Force. The Force itself roiled and burst and crashed around them, boiling with power and lightspeed ricochets of lethal intent. And it was darkening.
Anakin could feel how the Force fed upon the shadow's murderous exaltation; he could feel fury spray into the Force though some poisonous abscess had crested in both their hearts. There was no Jedi restraint here. Mace Windu was cutting loose.
Revenge of the Sith Novelization
Anakin can only perceive Palpatine as a shadowy blur, not even seeing his crimson lightsaber.

Anakin Skywalker, best starfighter pilot in the galaxy, routinely capable of beating out Droid Tri-fighters to the punch, whose computer brains are stated to be near-lightspeed in processing actions and evasive maneuvers. Anakin Skywalker, who is comparable to Obi-Wan Kenobi, who did things like this:

An instant later the Force had him hurtling through a storm of blasterfire as every combat droid in the control center opened up on him at once. Letting go of intention, letting go of desire, letting go of life, Obi-Wan fixed his entire attention on a thread of the Force that pulled him toward Grievous: not where Grievous was, but where Grievous would be when Obi-Wan got there...

Leaping girder to girder, slashing cables on which to swing through swarms of ricocheting particle beams, blade flickering so fast it became a deflector shield that splattered blaster bolts in all directions, his presence alone became a weapon: as he spun and whirled through the control center's superstructure, the blasts of particle cannons from power droids destroyed equipment and shattered girders and unleashed a torrent of red-hot debris that crashed to the deck, crushing droids on all sides.
Revenge of the Sith Novelization

And Palpatine is literally leagues above them in every aspect.

As for Sora? Lol timestop. Lol I resisted becoming heartless through sheer willpower. Lol my magic can actually hurt guys like Hades, a true Olympian god. Lol I can dodge multiple lightning strikes (Real lightning, as in from the sky all the way to the ground) from numerous directions. Lol guys like Xemnas, who can create and destroy entire worlds just like Kaguya were beaten by me and my buds.
@dirty slime

Lucky toss? I wasn't expecting that.

It's called "making things dramatic"
<Snipped quote by dirty slime>

Lolwut.

Did you read the manga or ...

She just has the power to delete any creation with her powers.

You're downplaying the Naruto power levels by a bunch. It was clearly established she's completely invincible without the seals.

Pretty sure Sora is one shotted by that bone attack. Palpatine dies by being sent in another dimension where he can't breathe or something stupid like that. Though let's admit they can hurt her. Then what? Madara with a fraction of her power had his whole higher body blown off and just shrugged it off.

Palpatine has FTL reactions due to having precognition far greater and more accurate than anyone has in Naruto. He gives Kaguya a mean look and causes her brain to explode from his immensely powerful telekinesis/telepathy, powerful enough to reach from one end of the galaxy to another and brainwash billions upon billions of people in both Coruscant and Byss. All that before she could even think to destroy him.

And even if Palpatine can get shunted from one dimension to another, he can come back using Force Storm; which causes hyperspace wormholes, which leads to literally another dimension. While also creating a planet-scouring maelstrom of destructive psychic energy.

Sora? Well, he defeated things far worse than Kaguya, things that wielded far greater power than her. And he's got shit like time stop, teleportation and is fast enough to threaten Palpatine. Fast enough to threaten someone who can see the future and act on it in literal light speed.
@Saint girralo

The Thermal Detonator thrown by the Alchemist Lieutenant ends up conking the charging mage-knight on his helmet, the thing barely registering in the mind of the solider who was rendered practically deaf and blind by his thirst for glory and honor, if he wasn't so heavily protected by his suit of powered magitek armor and the various passive magical barriers he had erected, he would have been reduced into naught but atoms by the fusion blast.

But as it stood, it merely stopped his charge dead his tracks, badly scorched his armor, so badly that the thinner sections of his armor looked like they were partially melted and perhaps most tellingly, caused him to flail about blindly as he barrels towards a random direction; his helmet's visor having been overwhelmed by the intense radiance of the miniaturized nuclear fusion charge. Unfortunately, he was going towards the Resistance gunline; where the moment he regains his sight, heads will roll...

Gasping in surprise at what had happened to his brother-in-arms, the Puppet-wizard neglected to retaliate against Mustang's troop and instead slams the butt of his staff on the ground, causing several pillars or stone to form in front of the rampaging knight, pillars that were soon bulldozed over by the superhuman strength of the knight, causing him to trip over the debris, stopping him long enough to shake off his impetuousness and realize that he was incredibly vulnerable in his state; prompting him to keep his head down as he erects an active barrier around him while he blinks the white spots from his vision.

"Defenser!"

A magical circle then forms in front of the knight, keeping him well-protected for the time being. Meanwhile, no good deed goes unpunished as the Puppet-Wizard curses loudly from a blaster bolt nearly blowing his staff-carrying arm off, giving him a good reason as any to take cover behind a crashed mech as he blindly throws fireballs behind him; the Rebels becoming wise to focus their firepower on the squishy spellcaster that can probably kill dozens of their number with just a gesture and not the currently turtling Knight who may or may not suddenly fire some sort of magical mega laser from his plain-looking sword.
