I'm not sure, Hawk. As co-GM, I make the decision along with Ruby, and I would say nay, just as I don't really see how it would fit in with our vision for the roleplay.

But I'll consult with her and let you know ASAP!

In a regard to us beginning, I would say we will start with the group's first meeting. So maybe post how your character is anticipating what the others will be like.
I totally get to approve my character by myself. Perks of the Co-GM.

Name: Rosalie Moore

Age: 28

Nationality: British, England

Three random facts about your character:

- She hates being called 'Rosie', 'Rose' is the only acceptable shortening of her name, if at all.

- She no longer has much contact with her family. Once her fiancé was killed in battle, she refused to comply with her family’s wishes and expectations, and once she moved away from home, she did not seek out to write them, only sending letters of her whereabouts each time she moves, in case they may want to contact her, which they never have.

- She is apathetic towards the social norms of her society. She wears her hair loose, dresses how she pleases, and does not conform to their expectations. She spent her whole childhood pleasing her parents, waiting for her fairytale dreams to come true, then the war began, and she lost hope.

Mutant Power

Elemental Control - Rosalie has the ability to produce and control both fire and water. She can produce both from her palms or fingertips, and can control water and fire to a degree that is not produced by her own body. She can manipulate her body temperature to either extreme. Her power is affected by mood, often being unable to control her fire control when she is angry or aggressive. It is also affected by her energy levels.

Biography

Rosalie Moore was born a privileged beauty. Wealth and good fortune had graces her family for generations, and at some points in their family tree, there were links to the royal family. Her mother and father, Reginald and Patricia Moore, had had high expectations of their only daughter, the youngest of their three children. Rosalie had always been expected to be the accomplished young woman that every high class British family expected, well mannered, beautiful, and silent. She had always satisfied her parent’s wishes, getting good grades at school as a teenager, then becoming involved in her mother’s faux philanthropic hobbies, hosting charity galas for the poor World War One Widows, but there was only so much one young woman could take.

Just when she was at breaking point, she was given a taste of freedom. Theodore Parker, Teddy. The eldest son of one of her father’s business partners, introduced at a dinner party. He had a sparkle in his eyes and liked the way she rolled her eyes when her mother talked. The two had a spark from the beginning, and soon fell in love. With an inheritance due of large proportions, her parents instantly approved, allowing their engagement. It was the beginning of a very happy, free life for Rosalie.

Then the war broke out.

Rosalie had begged Teddy not to go, to stay and continue his work with the running of the munitions factory, but Teddy’s patriotism and feeling of duty made him enlist. As a man of high-standing, he was instantaneously promoted to a high rank, but it wasn’t enough to save her beloved. It had been only a few months since he shipped out, that she received the dreaded telegram. She would never be the same.
Some mutants develop their powers early, some powers manifest themselves after traumatic life events. This was the case, and five years later, she was stronger than ever.

She had sank into herself when her fiancé had been killed in battle. No longer pleasing her parents with her pleasantries at their many dinner
parties and celebrations. They did nothing to ‘raise her spirit’ like her mother had suggested, and she couldn’t stand any more condolences.
Although it was not the done thing to do, she volunteered as a health assistant at one of the many war hospitals in the south of England. She was far enough away from her parents that she had plenty of excuse not to visit, and eventually, the letters stopped, from both parties.
On the fifth anniversary of her fiancé’s death, Rosalie had an emotional outburst, causing her abilities to be noticed by a wandering corporal. Within days she was enlisted by Stark.
Sorry guys! University drama!

Had deadlines and meetings and stuff like that. I'm almost done with my CS. My plan tonight is sitting myelf Infront of the last Hobbit movie, and finishing it.
@He Who Walks Behind That's fine :) Just post your new character up here for review.
If it's mine we're talking about; I'm just being fashionably late, getting in character ;)

Plus two assignments are kicking my ass, but I'll get it finished tonight.
Feel free to put your characters in the character tab now they're accepted :)

Name: Amelia "Millie" Hollingsworth

Age: 22

Human, werewolf, or hunter?: Werewolf

If werewolf: Alpha, beta, or omega? Beta - Brand new to the pack

Background

Raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Millie Hollingsworth was a true southern belle. Born, raised and loved by a large, happy family, she wanted neither for love or attention. She blossomed in confidence from a young age, feisty and stubborn, just like the women who came before her. She got good grades, had plenty of friends and plenty of male attention. Her life was perfect, up until the age of seventeen.

Sneaking home on night from a house party, having been dropped off at the small town welcome sign, the dark hadn't worried her as she walked, afterall, nothing bad ever happened in her little slice of paradise, apart from the occasional stray football breaking a window, or the occasional group of teenagers gaining a slap on the wrist for sharing a few beers in the back of a truck. A rogue, loner werewolf had stalked her through the undergrowth, waiting until a dark bend to attack her, leaving her for either dead, or to transition, he hadn't cared, as long as he'd got what he wanted.

It was a cruel fate, and her life darkened in the months that followed. She withdrew from her friends and family, becoming cold and dismissive. Her grades dropped, her family despaired. At the age of eighteen, she left home, breaking off ties with her already distant family, disappearing away in the middle of the night.

She wandered through the states of the county, mostly keeping to herself, only socialising with other groups of werewolves to gain information, or for safety. She rarely let her guard down, keeping her quiet, almost cold exterior. She was still sweet underneath, only those closest to her seeing her real personality. She had to be able to hold her own, her stubborn, headstrong southern nature still thriving. She was usually a flight risk, leaving the groups she'd felt too close with without warning, needing to regularly move on. She always worried she'd cross the werewolf who'd turned her, or worse, hunters.

The thought of the release of death tempted her often, but she wasn't about to be finished by some hundreth generation pretty boy who thought he was owed the world because of his hunter lineage, or worse, the same breed, but female, that would've been too humiliating.

She soon grew tired of moving around so much, and managed to gain the trust of her current pack. She worked hard as pianist at a local resteraunt, putting her youth-learnt talents to use, and brought in good money to the pack house. When life felt a little stale for her, there was usually some kind of brawl to keep her entertained.
ooh cool idea, i think ill do someone with either lightning or teleportation... maybe fire depending on dizzy

My girl's already got fire, and we have another character with fire-like stuff already.

I think teleportation is your best shot! Like Ruby said, they'd have recruited the most powerful, useful mutants.
GoGo? Is my character accepted? So I can try to get a post up!
