@Dervish So does that give us free reign to start shooting now?
@Fang Over here bruv
Nah I'll do it.
Eeyup. T1 is the main style a lotta people here write with.

You wanna make the thread? You can decide on an arena and such.
Here's my response. Not exactly high powered, considering the only real powers your guy has are increased strength, speed and durability.

My closest match would be Two-Step, mainly because other than his leg strength and wind powers, he is just about similar to your guy.
Let's see the character, matey. I'll field someone who matches it, if you're keen.
Just noticed both my and Hellis' shades of blue are very similar.

Do you want to change, @Hellis or shall I change my post color again?
Post Synopsis for the sake of reader clarity: The Admin building a large, concrete office building that consists of three floors. Large windows take up much of each side, with no apparent activity on the two lower floors. The third floor however, seem to be occupied and light can be seen. There is only one door in or out, and It is guarded by four Pirates. There is another walking around the building as a patrol.

There is evidence of drinking among the pirates, meaning they might not be in tiptop shape. Two more pirates are keeping a very lax watch of the perimiter. Two more sharp and diciplined guards is guarding the maingate into the sprawling mining compound. All of this information can be accessed on your omnitools or helmet HUD's,
Kaolin Mining Facility
Recon Team

Collab between @Hellis and @DJAtomika

After the incident with the road blockage, the crew were back on the road again. Hazan sat near the back of the truck, idly listening in on a conversation between one of their biotics, Tonka their krogan, and the lone drell Drono. He wasn't paying much attention but his opinion on the drell was changing by the minute. From supposedly professional, to crafty but proud and kinda a jerk, Hazan couldn't decide what to make of him. His stint as a stealth operative intrigued him though. Reminded him of himself once, in a past life. Now though, he was a pureblood front line soldier. Not some sneaky two-bit bounty hunter looking for an easy buck.

Though the irony was that they were doing just that: hunting a bounty. Albeit more dangerous than he cared to admit. The Twin Sun was a dangerous vessel with a dangerous crew. Something he could've handled alone, in the past, when stealth and subterfuge meant he didn't have to engage them on home turf. Now though, he had no choice.

The truck rolled to a stop. A brief check on his omnitool confirmed their location.

The mining facility laid just down the road. They were here.

Hazan pulled the rifle from his back and unfolded it as the drell got up.

"You. With me."

With a very curt order, Drono hopped out of the truck. Hazan rolled his eyes. Another negative quality to add to that checklist. He cocked his Mattock and hopped out immediately after the drell, following right behind him.

The facility itself was pretty damn big. Almost a sprawl. The two buildings the map indicated were right there, along with the entrance to the mine just past them.

Game plan: recon the shit out of the administration building.

"Alright". Drono said as he extracted out of the truck. "Whats your equipment like?" He asked offhandedly as he kept low and began to move on foot towards the outer perimiter of their target. His feet made almost no sound, his offbeat, snappy demeanour melting away as instincts took over. He pressed himself to some rocky outcrop as he surveyed the scene ahead.

"I count four at the door to the Administrive building."

"Mattock semi-automatic battle rifle. Scimitar assault shotgun. Predator heavy pistol. And a good ol' fashioned knife."

Hazan pulled a viewfinder from his back rigging. The repurposed sniper scope synced with his visor, quickly identifying the four hostile arrayed loosely out the front of the building. He marked them with red diamonds and synced them to his visor and omnitool, pushing the data to Drono's tool as well as the team's. With grim determination, Hazan moved forward, past the drell, his rifle low but ready for action, when Drono spoke.

"...So. You're my backup when I screw up. Gotcha." He said with a quick nod, shooting the other a smile before he returned to the same callous, calculated look. He noted the others movements and acted accordingly. Moving to his flank, constantly a low profile. The Admin building was three stories tall, with a lot of space upwards for each floor it looked like. At least 4 meters in height per storey. "There has to be more. Lets move around. See if we can spot any mobile elements. A patrol feels likely."

"It's not likely. It's a given. And just keep the chatter to a minimum and watch our six. I've been at this longer than you have. Follow my lead and we'll be alright."

Hazan quickly covered the distance between the main road and the short dirt rise that overlooked the facility. He stopped there and reached for his viewfinder again, dropping to a knee as he peeked over the rise.

"Roger" Drono didn't feel like correcting the militaryminded turian. They were both on the same side here. Apparent dislike aside. Instead he moved to the others side.Peeking over the ridge. "I got a tactical cloak." He said as he watched the feed of Hazans viewfinder filter into his own display. "I can make it past the sentries."

"Yeah and trust me when I say that won't work for crap when you're two feet away from them. Bending light like that only works for a distance, otherwise you're a shimmering mass that moves."

Hazan swept his viewfinder across the facility slowly, trying to take in everything he could see without his plain eyes. Whatever targets were present, he marked them and quickly synced the data to the crew's omnitools.

"I'm not dumb, I know how my damn cloak works," Drono was quickly regretting everything up to this point. He was surrounded by know-it-alls.

"And you won't believe how many times I've heard someone say that and end up dead. Don't be cocky. That's how you get yourself killed. D'you think I want you to end up dead? Spirits."

Hazan lowered his viewfinder and picked up his rifle.

"Since you got yourself a cloak and I don't, I'll stay up here, give you cover. I'll also pass you my viewfinder. Any targets you see that aren't marked on your omnitool, use my scope and mark 'em. They'll show up here and for the crew too."

"I can work with that." Drono pursed his lips. "Alright. I'll move from the right, going counter-clockwise." He clicked his omnitool and vanished into a mass of shimmering light as he blended with the surroundings. He was over and past the ridge in a silent, slow jog. Keeping distance and hunched over. His eyes scanned the side of the building. Two more showed up in the distance. "You got eyes on them?" he whispered into his mic.

"See you on the flip side, Drono. Good luck."

Hazan braced his battle rifle on the ridge and watched the slight, hazy (pun not intended) shimmer pad down the dirt rise, small clouds of dust rising from his footsteps. In his visor, Drono's moving formed automatically marked itself as a bright green upside down triangle for friendly. He watched as the drell slunk away to some dark corner, and after a few minutes, two more red diamonds popped up on his visor some distance away. He spotted the patrol almost immediately, and Drono's green triangle close by.

"Eyes on. Keep it loose. I don't see anyone else behind them."

"Roger" He was getting a little kick from having professional aid for once. It had been so long since he relied on others. He moved slowly, kept out of there peripheral untill he spotted another guard, far away and on the other side.

"Perimiter guard. Should be one or two more spread out. They clearly don't expect trouble."

"Roger. I have eyes on."

Thankfully the scope he'd fitted on his Mattock had some zoom capabilities and not none. The scope Drono had with him was all the eyes he had. But the rifle made up for it some. With his crosshairs trained on the patrol nearer to the drell, Hazan marked the other distant target on his visor and then sent the updated target map to the crew's tools.

"You're still clear. Move and they won't see you."

He moved past, around and behind. He got closer and looked up a the windows.

"I am seeing activity inside. Only top floor. Bet you 100 credits that's where the intel is. I think we are done here as far as recon goes."

"And I bet you fifty more that at least one of our marks is in there. And yeah, my scope can't see through walls, but we're not done yet. Do a full sweep around the perimeter, mark everything, then get back here. We still need to recon the other building."

"Right right."

Drono moved, stride purposefull and quiet. His hand at his gun as he slid around in a wide arc. He noted no other guards. No back entrance either, what there had been had been kicked out and filled with plaster and concrete.

"They walled up the back entrance."

"Well that's good. Gives them only one avenue of escape, not counting the windows. I'll feed that data back to the crew, though knowing Mirage he's done that already. Be careful though, I've lost visual on you."

"Never understimate flight insticts. That wall wont contain anything determined to escape" Drono muttered as he kept the sweep. He dodged another perimeter guards lazy sweep. He noted how lax they were. They clearly thought nobody was stupid enough to hit them.

"Found the missing perimeter guard. Marking. Done" He breathed quickly as he began to move back.

"Roger. We're good for this side. Come back here and we'll shift over to the other building, do a sweep there."

Hazan steadied his rifle and looked for the last red diamond marked on his visor, spotting it near Drono's little green triangle as the latter moved back to his position.

Drono kept quiet untill he cleared the ridge and was back in cover.

"They may be veterans. But they are clearly overestimating their own rep. I saw signs of drinking on the job. Discarded bottles everywere."

"Drunk and stupid. Congratulations, I think the Twin Suns have won the award for Worst Slavers in the history of Ever."

Hazan lowered his rifle as the shimmering drell advanced back up the ridge and got next to him. With rifle in hand, he turned and moved to the left, keeping crouched so he didn't expose himself on the road. As he passed what he assumed was the main gate to the facility, he marked the two hostiles guarding the front. He quietly slipped across the road and headed for the other side.

"Gotta be pretty dumb to get into slavery to begin with. Too much colleteral. Too much heat." Drono spoke, approaching it from a buisness perspective. He followed Hazan, noting the guards. "Those two looks more sharp. Seems that at least someone wants to earn a paycheck."

"I bet you they're new. Got assigned guard duty as an initiation rite. Typical. Pay the new guys to stand around and look tough. Oh, and we have to find a place for Tonka to set up too. He's one of the few of us that has an actual sniper rifle."
