Cravings of a Dropbear

New account, not new to RP - I've been roleplaying for over 10 years in various formats.

I write to a mid-casual standard, and tend to post a minimum of 2-3 paragraphs. I would prefer to write with a partner at the same standard level, but I'm happy to roleplay at other levels, too. Also I am fine with any pairing except for non-con and pairings with that involve a minor.

Due to my work schedule, I'm usually not able to post every day, but I do try to get back to my replies as soon as I'm able!

Personally, I mostly roleplay females, as I find males difficult to write, though I am willing to play males as required. I also enjoy having and playing a wide cast of weird and wonderful side-characters, so I would prefer partners who are willing to do the same. However, I refuse to play canon characters - I'd never be able to do those beautiful bastards justice.

And here's my list of pre-established characters! Though I'm always up to add new characters to my haremcollection!

I enjoy both fandom and original stories, and I am A-OK to play mature settings and themes (I bloody love gritty roleplays). When it comes to sexual situations, however, I prefer to use fade-to-black as driven out sex scenes are just long and awkward to write.

She doesn't talk about her past. But she earned her nickname following a certain event, only referred to as the "Tragic Ham Incident". Every time someone asks her what the incident actually is, she has a different story to tell.

▬ COMBAT ▬

Weapon/s: Various homemade bombs
Abilities: Alchemy, sneak, (some) knowledge of ancient languages (but only enough to read a select few recipes)
Weaknesses: Every time something gets thrown (by someone other than her), she has to roll to resist chasing it.

Aamdara the Half-Minotaur

Name: Aamdara Curkisun
Race: Half-Minotaur

Appearance: She stands at an impressive 7'6", and has the build that would make most strongmen weep with envy.

Weapon/s: Warhammer that she wields one-handed most of the time
Abilities: Strength (due to her sheer size), affinity with animals, excellent memory of maps and geography (due to her long-time wanderer nature)
Weaknesses: She's afraid of large bodies of water, struggles to fit in most human buildings comfortably, she's deathly allergic to tar tar sauce, she cannot sneak to save her life

Ruzha the Artist

Name: Ruzha the Artist
Race: Dark Elf
Age: 27
Class: Rogue
Appearance: Very tall and lanky - she appears frail, but her body is actually made up of pure muscle. Purple eyes and deep blue skin with white tattoos. Her dark blue hair (which almost appears black) falls in a lazy braid over her shoulder.

▬ BACKSTORY ▬
The only part of her past that she's mentioned is that she used to be a con artist, but became a mercenary because "it's less of a pain in the arse." When asked why she's called "the artist", she shrugs and responds with "what I do is an art, and I only perform masterpieces." She is also a lowkey alcoholic.

▬ COMBAT ▬

Weapon/s: Dual daggers
Abilities: Near-master speechcraft, freerunning, hand-to-hand combat

• Her daggers, named "Slashy" and "Slicy" (don't tease her about it, or you'll find out why she picked those names).

Backstory: Was in line to become the next leader of her clan, but she was banished due to her kleptomania.This has caused her to develop some real abandonment issues.

Race: Elf, Ororan.
Class: Ranger
Alignment: Chaotic Good

▬ BACKSTORY ▬
When she was 11, her home village was raided by the human army, and many elves were taken to the humans' home country to be imprisoned and experimented on. However, she was soon "released" and left to survive on her own in a country she'd never even visited before.

She tried to get back home by boarding a boat, but she got disorientated and ended up heading south instead of north, and she instead ended up on the desert continent of Shuai Skum, home of the savage Kroic people. They admire strength (and that includes through adversity), and she was allowed to join a tribe, and she's lived there ever since.

Bar that one time she was recaptured by humans but she refuses to talk about it.

Weapon/s: Wooden bow & arrows, dagger for skinning and cleaning game
Abilities: She is linguistic (she is fluent in both elven and kroic, and knows some common-tongue), she is an excellent archer due to her upbringing in both Ororan and Shuai Skum
Weaknesses: Claustrophobic, suffers from PTSD-induced anxiety, can't speak a lot of Common Tongue.

Hi all!

My name is Deadmeme Dropbear, and am quite obviously Australian judging by the name.
I'm 22, and I'm going to be doing a huge international move in April so yay!

Roleplay-wise, I'm into high-fantasy settings, and I have more characters than I know what to do with.
I RP at a casual level, and I like platonic RPs more than actual romance RPs.
