Imagine you operate a market stall in an open world RPG. What do you sell? How does it help the player?

Items that appear to have much importance/high stats near the start of the game (just outside of the tutorial zone) for a ridiculously high price (basically, you waste all your post-tutorial cash) and no sell-back value that become entirely redundant about thirty seconds into the first actual action segment and have somehow made your character worse than they should be. Or stuff with permanent-curse problems...

Not much has really happened - spent most of yesterday in college learning not very much (it is only the second week...). But am utterly bored because I don't know what to write for my essay, and none of the RPs/Spam Forums seem to be moving very fast. And my eggs feel like they're taking forever. So, fairly boring.

Endless Conflict

Erm, but here's my proposal: Let's get tough. The time for talking is over. Call it extreme if you like, but I propose we hit it hard and hit it fast with a major -- and I mean _major_ -- leaflet campaign, and while it's reeling from that, we'd follow up with a {whist} drive, a car boot sale, some street theatre and possibly even some benefit concerts. OK? Now, if that's not enough, I'm sorry, it's time for the T-shirts: "Mutants Out" ... "Chameleonic Life Forms, No Thanks" ... and if that's not enough, well, I don't know what will be.
