No, G-Man as in Government Man, specifically referring to the G-Man from Half-Life. Something that's definitely not God but may as well be compared to the player.

Funny you say that. I'm currently working on something similar. I plan to essentially snatch people's OCs out of their respective time/space and throw them into pre-existing worlds, ala Kingdom Hearts. The first "world" I was planning on doing was The Legend of Zelda, but specifically the very first game. It won't be done for a while, I literally just announced that I was looking for a co-Gm, but I saw this and figured I'd extend a future invite.

New, Need Advice.

So, I've decided to start my first project, and I'd like to bring a co-Gm in to assist me; on the grounds that I'm new and would benefit from a more experienced Gm double checking my work. Also, I expect to have a looot of questions.

The idea is that a G-Man like entity has begun interfering in the affairs of other realities and pulling people's characters into story lines and plots that they have nothing to do with. Functionally, though, it'll be a bit like kingdom hearts, with each reality being a pre-existing game, movie, franchise, etc. The first one I plan to do is Legend of Zelda, but specifically the game The Legend of Zelda for NES, the very first one. I plan to have NPCs be playable, as well as allowing "native" characters that are original characters, but are specifically created for that realm. And then of course will be the player's own OCs, from anywhere, any when. Do to the variety of character possibilities, characters will need to be reviewed fairly strictly, especially NPCs.

In the meantime, I plan on making a thread in Casual and setting it to full so I can work on it there, and then just copy-pasta an interest check. Let me know if you're interested!

When the average person hears of a druid, they envision a tree hugging hippie with a bear familiar whipping vines around, but a mere millennium and a half ago, the word had a different meaning. This was the era that Gedigan was born in, and he had been raised to honor the natural deities in all their glory. Not just plants and animals, but all of nature; from the water that gave life to the fire that took it, all was natural and divine. The details of his life back then are hazy, but by the end of his natural life, he had become so versed in ice magic that he was able to slow the rate at which he aged, preserving him for millennia. However, this took a toll on his humanity, and after centuries of isolation, he began to explore other aspects of nature, such as fire. It took fifty years or so, but the druid, who had forgotten his own name by then, had accrued enough knowledge of fire magic to thaw his frozen soul. The druid learned to balance his studies, using ice, fire, and forest magic in equal measure. Now he wanders, trying to reconnect with a species he should belong to, taking joy in every encounter he has. Those who meet him usually end up giving him a name, the most common being "Snowbeard", as his beard often has bits of snow caught in it. He never stays long, though, always eager to learn more of the society he secluded himself from for so long.

Other: Snowbeard is a sweet old man that genuinely loves everyone. Even if he dislikes someone, it's more a profound disappointment than anger or fear. However, he is also a very wise, very old man with no qualms of speaking his mind. If no one else will say what need be said, he will, even if he loses friends over it. Despite his obvious age, he's surprisingly robust, able to keep pace with young, strong men, even if he'll regret it immediately afterward. The few alive who have met Old Snowbeard say he has a knack for guessing what people need.

So, what qualifies as 18+? It says "adult themes" but like... death is technically an adult theme, and death can be found in the most kid friendly media. I'm assuming it's more like an R rating or an M rating? More drugs and sex than anything else?
