Hugh polished his badge as he stared at it in the mirror. "S.P.I.D.R Agent Mann..." he muttered absent mindedly. It's got a pretty... well, it sounds kind of silly, honestly, but who cares?! He thought as he fastened his hard armor vest. I made it! I can actually start doing some good now! Hugh double checked that he had all his gear before locking his apartment and making his way to the S.I.A. building.
It was a nice, bright day as Hugh walked to work. He loved sunny weather like this, always had. Walking ahead of him was a girl about his age, her upper body obscured by the large, dark parasol she carried. Hugh continued walking behind her at a respectable distance, following her into the building. To his surprise, she not only had business in the same building, but the same room. Oh, she must be one of my teammates! He thought excitedly.
Hugh attempted to follow her into the room, only for her to close the door on him. "... I'm sure she just didn't see me." He said quietly to himself before entering the room. Inside was the girl with the parasol as well as another young woman with freckles and an albino man. Wait... Hugh thought to himself. I thought albinos had red eyes...? He shrugged and walked up to the group, eager to introduce himself. "Hi! I'm Hugh, it's a pleasure to meet you all." Hugh said in his friendliest tone. He held his hand out to the albino man, waiting to shake it.
