A loud hissing noise filled the halls, followed by slow rhythmic thuds. A heavy metallic groaning echoed outwards, as a deep scent, reminiscent of methane swept outwards. A computerized beeping sounded out, as tiny mechanisms whirred persistently. The orchestra of noises coordinated nicely, almost as if it was designed like a symphony, to take the otherwise sharp edge off of the brutal sounds.

Ubatokk looked around the constrained metal halls, swinging his bio-wrench alongside him. As he strode past the varied lights that filled the corridors, they refracted off of his shiny bronze suit, he glares blurred and dulled in the metal. Steam surrounded the metallic figure as he walked, hunched over.

"Captain Hunt asking all members to meet in the briefing room. All members to the briefing room."

Ubatokk sighed, directing his slow motion towards the briefing room. In his mechanic helmet, he pulled up a map of the ship, highlighting his route to the room. Slowly, he made his way into the small room, leaning on his wrench for support as he walked. A slight hiss sounded as the door swung open, and Ubatokk entered. He took a quick look around the room, a laser light sweeping for a moment over each person in the room.

Without saying anything, Ubatokk sat down at one of the chairs, his heavy body thudding down upon the chair. He took another brief look around the room, before his single eye settled on Captain Hunt, waiting for some form of order to be given. Taking a moment to sort out his machinery, he turned off all systems currently unnecessary. As this went on, the noises emanating from Ubatokk slowly died down.

Yay, thanks.
Ah screw it, go on without me. I'll make some changes (big changes) to my CS, just shoot me a PM when you guys have an opening.
Also, have fun, y'all.
Has a decision been made on mine?
Hopefully it will go on... Right now we only have 3 people, though.
One last bump... :(

Me? Fiddles? Both?
Hey, I'm working on my CS, sorry for taking so long. I already wrote it awhile ago, but I forgot to save it, so I got errored out of it. :(

'Criminal is but an elaborate synonym for artist- the detective is a simple critic.'

Name:
Ubatokk Y'Shool, AKA 'Wrenchie', a nickname he got for his affinity for wrenches, and his accent, which humans would most closely define as French.

Age:
Last time he counted, it was somewhere near 1095, which is extremely old, even for his species.

Faction and Role:
Engineer for the Marauders

Bio:
Born in the smoky pipes in which his species lives, Ubatokk Y'Skool was raised with machines. Because his species generally creates thousands of offspring, they are abandoned to the machines that have been created specifically to raise them, before they matured enough to move on with their lives, and become a useful part of society.

Of course, to them, that meant expanding their mechanical planet. Because of their dependency on methane, Ubatokk and his species have to live in their artificial airtight environment. The life of a Methanite (The formal name of his species) Was an industrial one, in which there is very little time for any form of recreation or social experiences.

However, after filling the mandatory 300 years of service on the 'Hearth', the government of Methanite elders released him to go out and live his life. So, he worked out on various ships, engineering, as dictated his past. As his travels went on, he gained knowledge of a certain group, known as the Marauders. Eventually, stalking this group of, as he saw them, heroes, he managed to worm his way in, using his engineering expertise to win himself a spot.

During his experiences in the Marauders, he received a rather grim reminder of what this all meant. He was working in the reactor core of one of the ships, when some insolent idiot left a rather flammable sandwich sitting around. By the time the smoke cleared, it was almost impossible to identify the body. He was out of commission for 29 years, in a comatose state. Upon awaking, he was in a metal suit, barely keeping him alive. As soon as he could move his limbs enough, he improved the suit, allowing him to not only survive, but to thrive.

Personality:
Calm and collected, Ubatokk takes pride in all of his work, believing them to be pieces of art. He is a bit cowardly.

Weapons:

He has three weapons. Firstly, his Bio-Wrench. Not only can the wrench be used as a massive club, but it also had the ability to shoot a powerful beam. Called the bio-beam, it tears apart life at the chemical level, dissipating creatures caught beneath it into nothingness. However, it only works on smaller life forms, and is used only to eliminate pests from his machinery. When focused on almost anything else, it results only in chemical burns.
Secondly, he does have a plasma cutter. The plasma cutter can be set on many different frequencies for many different materials. When used on life forms, it will cut deep through many skins.
Finally, his only conventional weapon, a steam cannon. a small handheld pistol, it fires a heavy blast of steam. Though this itself only stuns enemies, he can also load it with slug-like bullets.
