His hair is indeed normally a silver color. A byproduct of his mutations that he has always had.
Powers/Abilities: Elasticity - Cody is extremely malleable and elastic, allowing him to stretch, flatten, deform, expand, and contract his whole body, including limbs, torso, neck, etc. He can control how elastic/flexible his entire self or parts of him are, allowing him to change his body into various tools or other constructs. He can also make himself as thin as a piece of paper, inflate like a balloon, or reshape himself into various non-complex shapes. Currently Cody can stretch from toes to fingertip at around 400 feet before he starts to feel a sharp pain go through his body.
Power Grade: Grade 4
Skills: Handy with computers and software, trained in judo by his father, very talented in being a total smart ass.
Costume: A simple body suit that is green with dark blue down the sides, and the undersides of the sleeves. With black fingerless gloves, a black belt with gold snapping middle and small pockets for carrying items. Finally a green domino style mask (Think The Incredibles) that sticks to his head and has silver tinting covering the eyes while allowing not only complete viability but also protection from direct sunlight.
Suit Capabilities: Treated with a special spandex like material that is breathable but is over 200 times more elastic than normal materials. Allowing the suit to stretch and move with Cody with no discomfort or tearing.
Personality: Although even with his powers Cody has never really aspired for much in life. In fact when his powers first developed around the age of 14 he didn’t even tell his parents until two years ago. Not out of fear for how they’d take to him, but because he just never really bothered to. Cody has always had a knack for coasting through life without a care for the world, and sadly without a goal for himself. Usually just fixing and building computers as a means for money. Anyone who typically tried to get Cody to be more proactive though would typically get a taste of his razor sharp tongue. Except his parents, they’ve given him more than one chewing out that left a strong impression not to mess with them.
History: Born in Dallas Cody’s parents were able to move to the city from a small rural Texas town just in time for the Zenith shield to save them from the red scare. Cody’s father worked as a judo instructor, having in his teens won gold at the Olympics, while his mom was a special ed teacher. Cody himself was a slacker growing up, showing that smarts wise he had more than he showed in his grades. He wasn’t some super genius by any means, but Cody knows more than he lets on.
Growing up Cody was able to keep his powers a secret until he finally slipped, stretching an arm out to get the salt shaker at the dinner table one night shortly after he graduated high school. Despite protesting the idea Cody’s parents were able to get him registered into Savior School. Cody needing to be dragged kicking and screaming the whole time.
