Arthur's in the halls, being a water war general.

Rose is bored, but following Arthur

Jack is currently screaming about his shirt. (JK, he just yelled once.)
Jack stopped at the door, his backpack slung across his shoulders. He quickly wiped the black goop coming from the eyeholes in his mask and opened the door. He pulled up the hood of his sweatshirt and kept his head down. Walking this way, however, caused him to get lost quite quickly. The black substance stained the front of his shirt now, and he cursed. "Oh,shiz!" Jack said it a bit too loud, and it echoed through the halls.
Cedus nodded and grabbed his sword as well. It was beautifully crafted by Cedus' own hand. He was proud of it, and he cherished it the most of his belongings.
Arthur ran inside, a water gun in hand. "Now...Where are they? He started to walk along the halls, water gun at the ready. This'll be easy. I'm a trained fighter. I can handle a little water war. Rose stepped along side him, two water balloons as her weapon. "Why don't we just ask somebody?" She was bored. "Because that would ruin the element of surprise we have right now!"
Name: "Well, I prefer Jack. Just Jack."
Nickname: "Um...Eyeless Jack, I guess?"
Age: "I'm 17. That's all you need to know."
Gender: "I'm a boy, duh."
Species: "Good question."
Powers: "Ah, crap. I uh, can't die? Oh, and I kill people easily."
Crush: "HAH! No." *forever alone*
Relationship: "Yeah, nah..."
Spouse: "Seriously?"
Personality: Serious, cynical, sarcastic, dark
History: "You could tell me better than I could tell you. I have no idea."
Other: Has a 33 Magnum revolver and a scalpel. Also, Bi-sexual.
Appearance:

Room #: Same room as Arthur. #3, I think.
Levi walked through the armies, a cloak on his shoulders and a hood covering his face. Every now and then he'd chop somebody up, just for the fun of it. No matter what side. He didn't give a damn anymore.
@The Kid Lantern

Will do. I'll add in who his father is. I already have an idea.
Gotham Slums, Night

Jax watched the streets, waiting for any movement that was uncalculated, uncalled for. He pulled out the police radio from his suit. "All units, to 95th avenue!" Jax rolled his eyes under his mask. "Another bank robbery? This is almost like a trend...They're trying to draw the Bat out." He shoved the radio back in his zip-up pocket, and began hopping buildings. 95th avenue was less than a mile away. He could make it before the police.

Once he arrived, Jax turned on his infrared vision. He was getting eleven, no, twelve heat signatures. Either they needed a big group to rob a bank, or they had hostages. Jax cursed. This was going to be tricky. He turned on the headset within his cowl. "Yes, son?" His father had become his mentor over the past couple of years. Turns out he was a strategic genius. "I'm gonna need some help with this one." He loaded his pistols as his father told him the plan. "Alright. Icicle out."

First step. Jax turned on his stealth mode, and his whole suit shifted until it reflected the surfaces around him. He smiled. Just another day at work. This was getting almost too easy. He turned his right wrist over and activated the device that clamped down on his arm. He holstered his pistols. Jax had heard about the Starro invasion. But right now he needed to focus on Gotham. Maybe he'd take a "vacation" tomorrow and go to the nearest city afflicted by it.

Character Re-imagined: Icicle

Secret ID: Jax Coldin

Age: 19

Powers:
Ice Manipulation-While he was not born with the powers, he has a small device located on both his right and left wrist that allows him to control ice and snow.

Resistance to Cold-Unlike the villain he was inspired by, he uses a suit to keep himself from freezing to death in cold climates.

Infrared Vision-Like the other abilities he has, this one is related to his suit. The cowl he wears is equipped with infrared vision, which is very helpful for finding heat signatures.

Stealth Mode-His suit was equipped with a stealth mode when it underwent upgrades, though it doesn't last very long.

Weaknesses:

Trust issues-After a hard time in his life in which Jax was stabbed in the back again and again(figuratively), he has never been able to trust someone completely.

OCD-Jax's Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is something he learned about later in life, but it is very prominent, and sometimes distracts him from the goal at hand.

The Human Body-Jax is after all, human, and while his suit protects him significantly, he can still be wounded.

Personality: Pessimistic, Serious, Cynical

Appearance:

BRIEF Bio: When Jax was only five, he was left for dead in the slums of an unknown town. For the next couple years, he fended for himself. When he was 14, he heard about the villain Icicle. At the time, he had a man who worked at an advanced science center as a father. He had pitied Jax, and adopted him. His name was Victor Fries. When Jax asked for a suit to match the powers of the man, his father was confused, but when Jax explained his inspiration to show that even villains can be good, he understood. Jax started as a light and happy hero, but after moving to Gotham when he was eighteen, he became dark and slightly corrupted, influenced by crime. He started pushing the limits, harming criminals severely. He continued his ways as Icicle, but didn't cross the line into villain. After a while, his father grew tired of having to hear about Icicle on the news instead of his son telling him, so he invited Jax over for a week. There was a short break in crime in Gotham, so Jax obliged. While he was there, he installed a headset in the cowl of Icicle, and began to give Jax advice when he fought.

Notes: While he is relatively famous in the slums of Gotham, he remains mostly unnoticed, except by crime.

He carries two pistols in holsters by his side. They vary by the mission.
