Shift ran to the fence, and with a fluid movement, hopped up onto it. He sat there for a while, thinking about Peggy. He'd planned to speak to her today, but again, had chickened out. He sighed. Smart and confident had a big seperation. Shift pulled out his phone and scrolled through the missing texts from his band, forgetting about the fact someone could see him from a window.

Shift watched as Peggy, the girl he wish he could talk to, passed by him. He as always, kept his head down. He took a deep breath. Shift probably wasn't going to his next class. He walked down the hall and down the stairs until he reached the door to go outside. Shift quietly opened the door and walked into the school grounds. Spotting the fence he often jumped to leave, he smiled as his auburn hair blew around in the wind.

Riley was in the fight of his life. He was stabbing into the mass of geeks (zombies, walkers, infected) who were trying to take a bite out of him, but it wasn't making a dent. He cursed, then looked down. There was an assault rifle, and, when Riley checked, had enough rounds to make a dent in the geeks. He grinned, and started to load ammo into the weapon.

Jack continued running. He was almost past the grenade, but it melted his flesh and blew him forward. His skin quickly healed itself, and Jack cursed. He was farther behind. Jack continued running. "Come fight me, you coward! You're nothing! You can't handle regenerative powers?! What a wimp! My mom fought better than you."
