Another change of topics: Anyone up for team-forming with me? :D

If you think Elize and Astaroth would go along well together, I'd be up for it :3
Edited Elize's bio :D

I think Elize's magic is my personal favorite so far, and I look forward to seeing how it'll develop. Only thing I see wrong is "The debt collectors were there, armed with powerful magic" part, 9 years ago there wouldn't be many wizards powerful enough to destroy a town quickly enough before the authorities (Armed with anti-magic weapons) got there. Even if they happened to be some of the few wizards powerful enough back then, they wouldn't be debt collectors.

Yeah, I see that now. I was running out of ideas and kinda took a cop-out xD I'll fixity fix things as soon as I can!
Name:
Elize Kaitsor

Age:
19

Magic:

Magic Level:
B, due to how much she still has to learn about her magic. Her raw power level is probably on the border of B and A, but her ability to conserve and use it is definitely B.

History:
Elize grew up in a small coastal village, with a fairly average family. Her mother and father, Maria and Peter, and her brother Marcus and herself all lived in a decently sized cottage, though it wasn't anything fancy, and their lives were nothing but normal. "Normal" included prejudices against magic, held by all Kaitsors but herself. She didn't really get it. Sure, it was all bad and scary way back when, but why couldn't people just move on? Then again, she hadn't come into contact with magic, really, so maybe it wasn't her place to judge. Elize would play with her brother, who was a year older, on the beach, looking for seashells and swimming whenever the weather permitted. It was a nice, easy life, with almost storybook-like peace. Though all things such as this eventually come to an end.

She went about her life, and she started coming down to the beach alone. Elize didn't have a particular reason to go without Marcus, other than to be alone. Though on one occasion, she was very glad that Marcus wasn't with her.

On a gorgeous, sunny afternoon after lunch, Elize had sneaked away from the house and wanted to look for sea shells. However, there was already someone there: A man in a rather nice blue and gold outfit, with several tomes hanging from his hips and pack. Out of curiosity, Elize had approached the man, who introduced himself as Blaine. He had hair of milky gold, and lovely sapphires for eyes. He seemed surprised anyone would talk to him, as he was a wizard from the city. Instantly intrigued, Elize practically assaulted him with questions and inquiries, asking what the books were, what he did as a wizard, and all sorts of things. Blaine was a bit overwhelmed, but he humored her. He was a Holder wizard, who used grimoires to cast spells, and he was part of a guild in the city, though he wouldn't answer which.

Elize begged and pleaded for him to teach her magic, as she wanted to stop the loan sharks from hurting her father and family. Blaine told her that he couldn't just teach her magic, what with the current condition of the world, as she may get herself into a situation of persecution. Elize didn't care. When it was obvious she wouldn't give in, Blaine instead gave her one of his tomes, one covering the basics of magic.

This may have been her biggest mistake, but also her biggest opportunity. Her village was mainly populated by elderly folk, prejudiced and stagnant in their beliefs about magic. They didn't trust it, or anyone with it, since they had had a few run-ins with city wizards on jobs sometimes disrupting their quiet lives with their spell flinging. Of course, Elize didn't know any better.

Over the next few weeks, she'd try to hide the tome under her bed, and read it at the beach. Elize was normally very good at hiding it, but one day and elderly couple was taking a stroll, and she couldn't hide it fast enough. Her parents found out, the mayor found out, practically everyone did in such a small hamlet. She became the village pariah, even though she wasn't doing any harm. Her family came under the village's suspicions, which couldn't be cleared just by getting rid of Elize's received tome. No, she was tainted, they said. She was probably researching Zeref and his dark arts. It wasn't long before the mayor asked them to leave, thinking that they were all involved.

Flustered and upset, they moved into the city, where they were unlikely to be pestered for Elize's studies. Her parents tried everything to get her to stop, wanting her to drop such a foolish dream. However, the city became a paradise for her, when all of the guilds began to crop up. Once she was 15, the Kaitsors had grown fed up with their daughter's ambitions, gave her some money, and kicked her out into the world. Confused and alone, she wandered the city looking for a place to go. It was then, that she found Phoenix Wing.

She signed up with Phoenix Wing as another pair of hands to help around the hall, and over the next four years, would learn her own magic: magical knives that she could make dance and shine. Elize became aware of her latent potential, and it didn't take her too long to get into the swing of things.

Personality:
Elize is a headstrong girl, never faltering in her determination and always looking for the her next challenge. This demeanor is the complete opposite of her appearance, as she believes keeping such a calm and collected look leaves her opponents and rivals off-guard. Her guild is the most important thing to her, as they filled the place her parents had left. She does have a kind side, though it may not come out right away around new folks, as they've got to show they plan to stick around. She isn't afraid to get her hands dirty in the slightest, but always tends to do so in a ridiculously elegant way.

Team Members:
She's studied and did small jobs solo, so she doesn't have a team. Although, she's wanting to change that.

Three Strengths:
1. She is determined, once she sets her mind on a goal.
2. Elize is quite graceful, able to dance around and maneuver a battlefield with ease.
3. With an analytic and quick mind, Elize can piece information together quickly

Three Weaknesses:
1. She has developed a bit of a trust issue, seeing as the people that once loved her unconditionally cast her aside.
2. Elize can sometimes rush into situations which are difficult to escape from.
3. She can hold a grudge, though it takes quite a bit for her to.

Greatest Love:
Learning and exploring the world

Motivation:
Other than to learn as much as she can about magic and their world, Elize doesn't have a long-term goal. It may be to prove to her parents that she wasn't chasing an evil fever dream. Right now, it's just to live life as she's always wanted to live it.

Appearance:

Additional Details:
-She keeps her knives in pouches strapped to the middle of her thigh.

-Elize has a love for stray cats that is unparalleled. They sometimes tend to flock to her, especially around the guild (Unfortunate for those with cat allergies)

-Her favorite food is apple dumplings.

-Her guild mark is located on her upper right arm

Got a bit wordy with the bio, but I hope everything's in order!
Question! Is it required to create new members of Phoenix Wing, or is it possible to have one that's been around for a while? OR did I completely misinterpret something and Phoenix Wing is a new guild?

Figured I should ask these things xD
Yey :D
He did, for the record, advise against bringing a weird squishy thing on board the ship. "There can only be one, and that one's me!" He had said to the crew that brought the egg on-board, although it was a bit of a joke.

Glyx hovered around the med-bay, trying to get things in order. He had knocked everything over in his haste to help the crew members that had been attacked by the...whatever the fuck that was. The captain was the most worrying, with what seemed to be another alien embryo in his chest. Glyx didn't want to know how that happened. Of course, they weren't exactly equipped for surprise alien impregnation. It became obvious that Glyx couldn't do anything but pump the poor bastard full of pain-killers and a variety of metallic elements and hope that they kill the little bastard. Due to the meeting that was scheduled to take place in the mess momentarily, that didn't work. Most were dead. Just the usuals, now.

It was depressing, truly it was, but Glyx had come to the conclusion that all doctors must come to eventually: You can't save them all. In the case of this little company, that happened often. Instead of sulking, he'd taken the time to reorganize and clean the blood off of his floor. The office had equipment (monitors, fridges, a few vials and beakers, the basics) on counters lining the southern wall of the room, with the lounge at the northern half. In the middle was an operating table, with a light overhead. It wasn't a fancy space in the least, but it got the job done. Thankfully, a desk wasn't needed, as he just stored everything in his brain. His pod made information recall simple, so it left a little bit of floating room.

A little reminder pinged in his suit, jerking Glyx's thoughts to the meeting at hand. "Fifth time's a charm..." He sighed, in his bubbly, yet obviously robotic voice. Hovering out the door at the east wall, he made his way down to the mess hall, with barely enough room to fit his diameter. Maybe a slimmer model would have been better? Nah, this one had more amenities. The shielding had saved his hide on many occasions, after all. The crew, what was left of the old and the new, were already gathering. This was going to a bit better than the other little "ceremonies", because there was only one lady that could ascend to the throne now...

On cue, Jane Pepper came in and stepped out onto the center. A purposeful stride, one that meant business. She nodded to him as she took her spot, front and center. It made him feel a bit better, knowing that she thought what he felt. Possibly unlike the new hires, Glyx was fully prepared for what Jane had to say. She was no-nonsense when it came to work, and it was definitely effective.

After her little speech, Glyx flashed an image of a thumbs-up, showing his approval. "You got it, Cap'n!". He, took, scanned the new and old folks, skipping over Harriet's ominous gaze. At least this captain made his job a whole lot easier. Hopefully the new guys would too...though given the track record they had, that was sort of a fever dream.
I could go for some Fairy Tail deliciousness.
