I have to agree. Consdering we'll be splitting into teams on various jobs, that rule just hinders the faster posting teams. Since they aren't anywhere near your character, you can catch up on reading that later, or skip is altogether if you want.
That is a good point, Perhaps we can remove the rule most of the time but I would like to reserve the ability to reenact it if we enter something like a full guild battle, otherwise three people fighting the same thing can easily become very very one sided.

Lucid chart has a free and a paid version, I currently use the free one and I guess when you make a new account it gives you a free trial of the paid service. You shouldn't loose access to it once that runs out. you just loose access to unlimited size charts and certain shapes.

Out of personal experience, this large number of players won't last for very long. There's usually a mass-dropout a little after the IC starts. From there, one of two things will happen:
1) The RP dies from the dropout wave.
2) (I'm hoping this) The RP survives the wave and stabilizes around 3-6 active members, depending on the RP. Once it stabilizes, it lasts a VERY long time (I've hosted the same RP for about a year once. T'was pretty sweet.).
Yeah, I do see that happen a lot and as such I would like to say that if anyone wants to drop out, please send me a PM about it. I wont get mad.
